Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a fabric processing technology and method in the field of textiles, in particular to a processing method of natural cool antibacterial yarn-dyed mat fabric.
Background
The existing common summer sleeping mat generally comprises three types of bamboo mat, straw mat and chemical fiber ice silk mat, and the three types of summer sleeping mats have the defects that: the bamboo mat has high requirements on room temperature and personal physique, is easy to feel cool when the air temperature is reduced, and is heavy and inconvenient to store; the straw mat is poor in cool feeling and is easy to be affected with damp and damaged by worms; the chemical fiber ice silk mat does not absorb sweat and is not easy to be drenched.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the processing method of the natural cool antibacterial yarn-dyed mat fabric is provided aiming at the defects of the prior art, the processed mat fabric is a high-grade mat fabric, has elegant appearance, natural lasting cool and antibacterial performance, is cool but not ice, is permanently washable, breathable and moisture permeable, is suitable for people of all ages, and is easy to fold and store.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a processing method of natural cool antibacterial yarn-dyed mat fabric comprises the following processing procedures: preparing yarn, dyeing yarn, weaving and finishing, wherein in the yarn preparing process, the warp yarn used for weaving adopts one or more yarns of regenerated cellulose fiber, nylon, PE cool silk and mulberry silk, the one or more yarns are subjected to yarn twisting, doubling and doubling for two or more times to form a multi-strand yarn structure, the weft yarn used for weaving is hemp fiber or yarn blended by the hemp fiber and other fibers, and the mass percentage of the hemp fiber in the total amount of the warp yarn and the weft yarn used for weaving is not lower than 30%.
The processing method adopts the yarns with contact cool feeling and better heat conduction capacity as the warp yarns, and carries out yarn twisting, doubling and doubling for two or more times (multiple doubling can be carried out according to specific yarn count or requirements) on the warp yarns to form a multi-strand yarn structure, so that certain gaps are left among the multi-strand cool feeling yarns, and the finished fabric obtained by processing has the characteristics of lasting cool feeling, air permeability and moisture permeability.
The summer sleeping mat fabric processed by the processing method is a high-grade summer sleeping mat fabric, has elegant appearance, natural lasting cool feeling and antibacterial performance, is cool but not icy, is permanently washable, breathable, moisture-permeable, suitable for people of all ages, and easy to fold and store.
Preferably, the regenerated cellulose fiber is one or more of cuprammonium fiber, tencel fiber, rayon fiber, viscose fiber, modal fiber, bamboo pulp fiber, nylon fiber and silk fiber.
Preferably, the weaving process adopts a warp showing weaving method of one or more combination of jacquard processes of two-over-one twill, three-over-one twill, satin and dobby, and aims to enable the close-fitting front side of the summer sleeping mat fabric to be cool and breathable, and the back side of the summer sleeping mat fabric to contain more hemp fibers, so that the effect of better avoiding bacterial propagation derivation is achieved.
Preferably, the post-finishing process comprises singeing, cleaning, shaping, calendering and preshrinking processes, wherein: the cleaning is open-width water cleaning, the water temperature is 60-80 ℃, and the vehicle speed is 30-50 m/min; during shaping, overfeeding of the shaping machine is 3-8%, and the speed is 20-50 m/min, so that the shrinkage rate of the fabric is controlled; calendering is high-temperature calendering, the surface temperature of a roller is 100-150 ℃, and the speed is 20-60 m/min, so that the glossiness and the softness of the fabric are increased; the pre-shrinking rate is 3-8%. The singeing procedure can adopt a conventional singeing method of the woven fabric.
Further, the shaping is carried out by using clear water, or an antibacterial agent with the dosage of 30-60 g/L and/or a hydrophilic softening agent with the dosage of 10-50 g/L are added in the shaping process. The antibacterial agent can further improve the antibacterial performance of the fabric, and the hydrophilic softener can play a role in further adjusting the hand feeling of the fabric, so that the fabric is softer. The hydrophilic softener is prepared by adopting the prior art. Hydrophobic silicone oil cannot be added in the shaping process.
Preferably, the antibacterial agent is natural extract antibacterial agent provided by Shande Shi company of SwitzerlandMintactiv 50。
Preferably, when the warp yarns used for weaving contain PE cold yarns, the PE cold yarns are not dyed, and the treatment temperature in the whole processing process of the summer sleeping mat fabric is not higher than 110 ℃, because the glass transition temperature of the PE cold yarns is low and the PE cold yarns cannot resist high temperature.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1) the summer sleeping mat fabric processed by the processing method is a high-grade summer sleeping mat fabric, has elegant appearance, natural lasting cool feeling and antibacterial performance, is cool but not icy, is permanently washable, breathable, moisture-permeable, suitable for both the old and the young, and is easy to fold and store;
2) after the summer sleeping mat fabric processed by the processing method is washed for 5 times, the antibacterial performance meets the evaluation requirement of the antibacterial performance of GB/T20944.3-2008 textile, namely the bacteriostatic rate of staphylococcus aureus is more than or equal to 70 percent, and the bacteriostatic rate of escherichia coli is more than or equal to 70 percent; the shrinkage rate (tested according to GB/T8629 and 2017 textile test for household washing and drying procedure 8A) can be controlled within-3 percent; the contact cool coefficient meets the requirements of GB/T35263-2017, and Qmax is more than or equal to 0.15J/m2·S。
