the telescopic rotary-cut assembly comprises a third supporting rod, an air cylinder, a connecting plate, a push rod, a third motor, a round block and a cutting fork knife, wherein the third supporting rod is fixedly connected to the base, the air cylinder is fixedly connected to the third supporting rod, the telescopic rod of the air cylinder penetrates through the third supporting rod to be connected with the connecting plate, the push rod is connected to the lower portion of the connecting plate, the other end of the push rod is connected with the third motor, the round block is connected to an output shaft of the third motor, and three cutting fork knives are annularly arranged on the other side of the round block.

The pineapple fleshing device of claim 1, further comprising a support bar and a blocking piece, wherein one side of the third support bar is fixedly connected with a pair of support bars, the end of the support bar is fixedly connected with an annular sliding rail, the blocking piece is rotatably connected in the annular sliding rail, and the cutting fork knife is in sliding fit with the blocking piece.
