因多囊卵巢综合症引起不孕症的根本原因是雄激素过高，排卵功能障碍，由于肥胖或寒湿阻络，累及冲任所致，复杂病情，要祛痰制气，除湿暖宫，因此，本发明以人参、白术、茯苓、炙甘草、陈皮、半夏健脾暖胃，去除体内湿气，使子宫内膜增厚；妇人以血为本，以气为用，气血是女性生理活动的基础，所以本发明中添加有当归、熟地、川芎、白芍、桃仁、红花等补气血的中药；肾主生殖，所以，本发明中添加有菟丝子、鹿角片、羊胎盘、紫石英、川续断等补肾的中药，提高肾功能，进而激活卵巢功能，提高卵泡质量，解决多囊综合征不孕问题。所以，本发明从整体来调节机体功能，促进雌激素分泌，促使月经正常来潮，提高受孕率。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例，对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
实施例中，鹿角片为预先煎好的鹿角片。
一种治疗多囊卵巢综合征引发的不孕的中药组合物，包括下述重量份的组分：炒当归12份、野生茯苓20份、熟地黄5份、川牛膝15份、桃仁10份、红花10份、川芎5份、白芍10份、白术5份、炒苍术10份、紫石英20份、羊胎盘5份、法半夏5份、人参3份、广陈皮10份、川续断5份、山茱萸5份、淮山药10份、牡丹皮10份、菟丝子5份、鹿角片10份、制香附5份、炙甘草10份。
实施例2
一种治疗多囊卵巢综合征引发的不孕的中药组合物，包括下述最优重量份的组分：炒当归8份、野生茯苓12份、熟地黄10份、川牛膝10份、桃仁7份、红花7份、川芎7份、白芍8份、白术7份、炒苍术6份、紫石英12份、羊胎盘8份、法半夏9份、人参5份、广陈皮6份、川续断8份、山茱萸7份、淮山药7份、牡丹皮8份、菟丝子15份、鹿角片9份、制香附6份、炙甘草6份。
实施例3
炒当归12份、野生茯苓5份、熟地黄15份、川牛膝5份、桃仁5份、红花5份、川芎10份、白芍5份、白术10份、炒苍术5份、紫石英5份、羊胎盘10份、法半夏10份、人参6份、广陈皮5份、川续断10份、山茱萸12份、淮山药5份、牡丹皮5份、菟丝子20份、鹿角片5份、制香附10份、炙甘草5份。
实施例4毒性试验
选取雌性成年大白鼠，性发育成熟，35-50日龄，将实施例2中的中药组合物制备成口服液，给小鼠灌胃5ml，7-9天发现小白鼠子宫有明显增大，说明本发明对子宫发育不良有明显的改善。
结合小白鼠口服，发现小白鼠卵巢重量增加，成年小白鼠的卵子数量明显增加。
结合小白鼠口服，该药无明显副作用。
具体结果见表1；

实施例5临床实验
下述患者每次服用中药液200ml，早晚各一次；20天为一个疗程；
中药液的制备方法：
按照原料配比称取各原料，然后将原料粉碎至100目，大火煎煮1h，文火煎煮2h，过滤，得中药液。
病例1：谢女士，25岁，已婚3年，原发性不孕，月经失调4年，主诉：月经不规律，月经周期2-3月一行，经期3天，量少，色暗红，形体肥胖，诊断为多囊卵巢综合征，子宫内膜5mm，于2009年3月18号就诊，服用本中药10天，计人民币80元，卵泡22*20*18mm，受孕，次年怀孕产下一名男婴。
病例2：杨女士，28岁，原发性不孕，已婚5年，诊断为多囊卵巢综合征，月经周期40-60天，经期2天，量少，色淡红，质稀，于2013年4月22日就诊，诊断为多囊卵巢综合征，服用本发明中药，二个疗程受孕，次年产下男婴7.1斤。
病例3：刘女士，女，32岁，原发性不孕，已婚7年不孕，做过试管2次不成，胚胎子宫里不着床，诊断为多囊卵巢综合征，内膜3.6mm，子宫缩小，腰酸，肾虚痰湿，于2013年7月6日坚持服用本方中药3个月，子宫增大，内膜增厚到9.6mm，卵泡发育为18*17*17mm，受孕，次年产下一名男婴7.2斤。
病例4：陈女士，41岁，已婚15年，原发性不孕，做过试管3次，胚胎移植子宫里不着床、未果，月经量少，色淡，痰湿重，月经无规律3-4月一行，经期3天，腰酸如拆，诊断为多囊卵巢综合征，于2010年9页27日，主诉：宫颈囊肿，盆腔少量积液，服用本发明中药一个疗程，受孕，次年产下一名男婴。
病例5：周女士，29岁，已婚5年，原发性不孕，二次胚胎移植子宫里不着床，主诉：腰酸，雄激素偏高，真对味多囊卵巢综合征，子宫偏小，月经量少，色暗黑，服用本中药20天，受孕，次年产下一名女婴。
病例6：金女士，37岁，已婚14年，原发性不孕，西医看后无果，试管婴儿4次，胚胎移植盆腔里不着床，有着床的是空胎囊，无结果，输卵管堵塞，又有多囊卵巢综合征，于2016年8月15日来我处，服用本中药1个疗程，受孕次年产下一名女婴。
所以，在长期的诊治实践中，得出，本发明的中药组合物，疗效显著，有效率达90％以上。

1.一种治疗多囊卵巢综合征引发的不孕的中药组合物，其特征在于，包括下述重量份的组分：炒当归5-12份、野生茯苓5-20份、熟地黄5-15份、川牛膝5-15份、桃仁5-10份、红花5-10份、川芎5-10份、白芍5-10份、白术5-10份、炒苍术5-10份、紫石英5-20份、羊胎盘5-10份、法半夏5-10份、人参3-6份、广陈皮5-10份、川续断5-10份、山茱萸5-12份、淮山药5-10份、牡丹皮5-10份、菟丝子5-20份、鹿角片5-10份、制香附5-10份、炙甘草5-10份；其中，所述鹿角片为预先煎好的鹿角片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗多囊卵巢综合征引发的不孕的中药组合物，其特征在于，包括下述最优重量份的组分：炒当归8份、野生茯苓12份、熟地黄10份、川牛膝10份、桃仁7份、红花7份、川芎7份、白芍8份、白术7份、炒苍术6份、紫石英12份、羊胎盘8份、法半夏9份、人参5份、广陈皮6份、川续断8份、山茱萸7份、淮山药7份、牡丹皮8份、菟丝子15份、鹿角片9份、制香附6份、炙甘草6份。
