Abstract
发明涉及护发美发技术领域,具体涉及一种液体发膜及其制备方法。本发明发膜为液体状,遇水变成膏状浓度提升,使用在头皮及发干仅需8秒即可使秀发柔顺有弹力。本发明由以下重量份原料组成丙二醇、乙醇、肉豆蔻醇、水、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、硬脂基三甲基氯化铵、西曲氯铵、防脱成分、山嵛基三甲基氯化铵、异丙醇、乳酸钠、日用香精、丁二醇、加水分解蛋白质、明胶、混合氨基酸、植物精华提取物、甘油和苯氧乙醇采用一定的方法制备而成。

技术领域
本发明涉及护发美发技术领域,具体涉及一种液体发膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
如今社会为了美丽,很多人选择染发或烫发,但是染发,烫发很容易引起发质受损,已经受损的毛发在被弄湿或者吹干时,毛发打结会很严重僵硬,导致毛发没有润泽,管理起来很困难,看起来不整洁美观等问题。
针对毛发的发膜可使毛发打结降低到最小化,也可毛发变得柔软顺滑,同时,在干燥的毛发上也可以防止由于静电造成的毛发蓬乱,提升毛发触感,更容易管理毛发,并使毛发达到整洁美观的效果。
现有毛发护发产品一般形态为乳液或者膏状,这种形态不能接触头皮使用,因为其形态的原因,不易冲洗,容易堵塞头皮毛囊,引发毛囊炎症甚至脱发等问题。
现有膏状毛发护发产品须要经过乳化过程,使用时至少需要等待3-5分钟毛发护发产品才能发挥其效果,过程繁琐、花费时间长,护发效率低,导致护发效果无法达到使用效果与使用过程上的最佳状态。
现有毛发护发产品虽然可以防止静电,但是其含有多元醇以其衍生物,低级酒精等的碳氢化合物,使用时会出现浓度稀的不便感,使用后容易对于触感、使用感受产生不满意的现象。
三、发明内容
本发明提供一种液体发膜及其制备方法,本发明发膜为液体状,遇水变成膏状浓度提升,使用在头皮及发干仅需8秒即可使秀发柔顺有弹力。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种液体发膜,其特征在于:所述液体发膜由以下重量份原料组成:
丙二醇50~51份;
乙醇22~25份;
肉豆蔻醇5~10份;
水5~6份;
环五聚二甲基硅氧烷3~5份;
硬脂基三甲基氯化铵1~2份
西曲氯铵1~2份;
防脱成分0.7~1份;
山嵛基三甲基氯化铵0.7~0.9份;
异丙醇0.2~0.3份;
乳酸钠0.1~1份;
日用香精0.1~0.5份;
丁二醇0.05~0.07份;
加水分解蛋白质0.04~0.05份;
明胶0.01~0.06份;
混合氨基酸0.01~0.02份;
植物精华提取物0.01~0.1份;
甘油0.004~0.006份;
苯氧乙醇0.0008~0.0009份。
进一步,防脱成分由薄荷醇,水杨酸和泛醇组合而成。
进一步,加水分解蛋白质由水解胶原,水解角蛋白,水解玉米蛋白,水解大豆蛋白和水解小麦蛋白5种蛋白质组合而成。
进一步,混合氨基酸由甘氨酸,丝氨酸,谷氨酸,天冬氨酸,亮氨酸,丙氨酸,赖氨酸,精氨酸,酪氨酸,苯丙氨酸,脯氨酸,苏氨酸,缬氨酸,异亮氨酸,组氨酸,半胱氨酸和蛋氨酸组合而成。
进一步,植物精华提取物由白苏叶提取物,茶叶提取物,菖蒲根提取物,稻糠提取物,光果甘草根提取物,积雪草提取物,柠檬果提取物,金盏花花提取物,欧芹提取物,薰衣草提取物,药鼠尾草叶提取物,鱼腥草提取物,燕麦仁提取物,银杏叶提取物,甜橙果提取物,勃那特螺旋藻提取物的混合物,中华猕猴桃果提取物,西伯里亚菊提取物18种植物提取物组合而成。
一种液体发膜的制备方法为:
1)将丙二醇,肉豆蔻醇,硬脂基三甲基氯化铵,山嵛基三甲基氯化铵、异丙醇原料混合后,加热至85℃,搅拌20分钟,混合均匀,得溶液;
2)将步骤1)所得的溶液冷却至45℃后,加入水,乙醇,西曲氯铵,环五聚二甲基硅氧烷,乳酸钠,日用香精,防脱成分,明胶,加水分解角蛋白,丁二醇,苯氧乙醇,甘油,混合氨基酸,植物精华提取物,搅拌10分钟,混合均匀;
3)将步骤2)所得液体原料冷却至25℃,得液体发膜;
4)出料、检验、包装、贮存。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点和效果:
1)本发明为水状质地的液体毛发护发发膜,在使用时和水相结合,能够形成膏状。液体形态可以直接接触头皮使用,营养容易渗入毛囊内部,不堵塞毛囊,由毛囊向头发提供所需营养,高效解决毛发打结问题,防止秀发吹干后的静电,使秀发柔顺,顺滑;
2)本发明使用在头皮及毛发上后,和水接触产生发热反应,可加快营养渗入发芯速度,使用过程只需8秒,无需等待3~5分钟,在提升视觉效果的同时,可防止毛发吹干后打结、静电,达到使用效果和使用过程上的最佳状态。同时因为是液体形态,也可以很容易的以喷雾或者摩丝形态使用;
3)本发明采用环五聚二甲基硅氧烷两亲性高分子作为有效成分,减少含有多元醇以其衍生物,低级酒精等的碳氢化合物类油以及用做防静电的发膜在使用时出现的浓度稀的不便感和使用后对于触感不满的现象,本发明对皮肤的刺激小,黏度低,使用感优秀,使毛发柔顺,有弹力,顺滑。

上述植物精华提取物由白苏(PERILLA FRUTESCEN)叶提取物,茶(CAMELLIASINENSIS)叶提取物,菖蒲(ACORUSCALAMUS)根提取物,稻(ORYZA SATIVA)糠提取物,光果甘草(GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA)根提取物,积雪草 (CENTELLAASIATICA)提取物,柠檬(CITRUS LIMON)果提取物,金盏花 (CALENDULAOFFICINALIS)花提取物,欧芹(CARUMPETROSELINUM)提取物,薰衣草(LAVANDULAANGUSTIFOLIA)提取物,药鼠尾草(SALVIAOFFICINALIS)叶提取物,鱼腥草(HOUTTUYNIACORDATA)提取物,燕麦(AVENASATIVA)仁提取物,银杏(GINKGOBILOBA)叶提取物,甜橙(CITRUSAURANTIUMDULCIS)果提取物,勃那特螺旋藻(SPIRULINA PLATENSIS)提取物的混合物,中华猕猴桃(ACTINIDIACHINENSIS)果提取物,西伯里亚菊(CHRYSANTHEMUM SIBIRICUM)提取物18种植物提取物组合而成。
一种液体发膜的制备方法为:
1)投入原料丁二醇、水后在投入原料肉豆蔻醇,硬脂基三甲基氯化铵8,西曲氯铵,加热溶解到75℃。
2)将步骤1)液体原料冷却至50℃,投入原料防脱成分,环五聚二甲基硅氧烷,甜菜碱,山嵛基三甲基氯化铵,丙二醇,乙醇,混合氨基酸,日用香精,植物精华提取物,明胶,乳酸钠,水解角蛋白,苯氧乙醇,制造桶后使用搅拌桨,以转速50rpm,10分钟混合搅拌后就制成了液体发膜。
3)将步骤2)所得液体原料冷却至25℃,得液体发膜;
4)出料、检验、包装、贮存。
制造出来的比较例的pH为4.8,比重为0.92。
本发明为发膜为液体形态,可直接作用于头皮,能够将营养渗入毛囊,给受损头发提供营养,遇到水会形成膏状,参见图1,并同时发热加速营养渗透。
将本发明与水按照1:9比例混合搅匀,可以确认到悬浮液,如图1容器2、和图2容器2所示;将本发明与水按照2:8的比例混合搅匀,可确认粘度提升变成了膏状,如图1容器3、图2中容器3所示,膏状形态转换可改善使用感,使毛发变得柔软,有弹力,柔顺。
本发明遇水形成膏状,和水同等量混合时可确认膏状的表面光滑,光泽和润泽度也是非常优秀,如图3所示。
取比较例和本实施例3发膜重量大约10~15g,涂抹在淋湿的毛发上,如图4所示;本发明透明液体即使作用在被淋湿的毛发上,由于粘性的特征本品不容易流失,形成了凝聚的状态,比较例的发膜因为没有粘性,使用之后容易流失,同时又追加了单纯用水清理后的毛发(参见图4)毛发状态经自来水清理后没有变化。
将涂抹了本发明及清水处理的毛发均匀揉搓3分钟、用自来水冲洗,吹干 (图5、图6),可进行使用前后的使用感评价;
各个测定项目如下评价所示:
以30名试用者为测试对象,非常不好为1分,非常好为5分,以一分为间隔进行评价,计算出平均值。
试验2)形态安全性确认
比较例的试料和本品在40℃烘箱里保管后,在一定的期间后通过肉眼分析确定了产品的安全性(异物感,均质性,形状变化)
试验3)形态变化确认
在试料中按照1:9(试料1:水9)的重量比混合搅匀后,在25℃用布鲁克菲尔德粘度计测出了各自的粘度(5,000cps)
在把试料按照2:8(试料2:水8)的重量比混合搅匀后,在25℃用布鲁克菲尔德粘度计测出了各自的粘度(45,000cps)
试验4)发热度确认
取试料5g,作用在被25℃水侵湿的毛发上前后,用酒精温度计测出发热度作用在毛发前为25℃,作用在毛发后为32℃,测量出发热度的差异为7℃。发热的状态可以缩短营养进入发芯时间,让头发快速吸收营养,缩短护发时间。

Claims (6)
1.一种液体发膜,其特征在于:所述液体发膜由以下重量份原料组成:
丙二醇50~51份;
乙醇22~25份;
肉豆蔻醇5~10份;
水5~6份;
环五聚二甲基硅氧烷3~5份;
硬脂基三甲基氯化铵1~2份
西曲氯铵1~2份;
防脱成分0.7~1份;
山嵛基三甲基氯化铵0.7~0.9份;
异丙醇0.2~0.3份;
乳酸钠 0.1~1份;
日用香精0.1~0.5份;
丁二醇0.05~0.07份;
加水分解蛋白质 0.04~0.05份;
明胶0.01~0.06份;
混合氨基酸0.01~0.02份;
植物精华提取物0.01~0.1份;
甘油0.004~0.006份;
苯氧乙醇0.0008~0.0009份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种液体发膜,其特征在于:
所述的防脱成分由薄荷醇,水杨酸和泛醇组合而成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种液体发膜,其特征在于:
所述的加水分解蛋白质由水解胶原,水解角蛋白,水解玉米蛋白,水解大豆蛋白和水解小麦蛋白5种蛋白质组合而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种液体发膜,其特征在于:
所述的混合氨基酸由甘氨酸, 丝氨酸, 谷氨酸, 天冬氨酸, 亮氨酸, 丙氨酸, 赖氨酸, 精氨酸, 酪氨酸, 苯丙氨酸, 脯氨酸, 苏氨酸, 缬氨酸, 异亮氨酸, 组氨酸, 半胱氨酸和蛋氨酸组合而成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种液体发膜,其特征在于:
所述的植物精华提取物由白苏叶提取物,茶叶提取物,菖蒲根提取物,稻糠提取物,光果甘草根提取物,积雪草提取物, 柠檬果提取物,金盏花花提取物,欧芹提取物,薰衣草提取物,药鼠尾草叶提取物,鱼腥草提取物,燕麦仁提取物,银杏叶提取物,甜橙果提取物,勃那特螺旋藻提取物的混合物,中华猕猴桃果提取物,西伯里亚菊提取物18种植物提取物组合而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种液体发膜的制备方法,其特征在于:方法为:
1)将丙二醇,肉豆蔻醇,硬脂基三甲基氯化铵,山嵛基三甲基氯化铵、异丙醇原料混合后,加热至85℃,搅拌20分钟,混合均匀,得溶液;
2)将步骤1)所得的溶液冷却至45℃后,加入水,乙醇,西曲氯铵,环五聚二甲基硅氧烷,乳酸钠,日用香精,防脱成分,明胶,加水分解角蛋白,丁二醇,苯氧乙醇,甘油,混合氨基酸,植物精华提取物,搅拌10分钟,混合均匀;
3)将步骤2)所得液体原料冷却至25℃,得液体发膜;
4)出料、检验、包装、贮存。
