Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the invention can be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a viewing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step 110: receiving a call request sent by user equipment, wherein the call request is used for requesting to play a movie, and the call request carries a movie identifier of the movie.
The execution subject of the embodiment of the invention is a film watching system. The film watching system comprises a voice prompt server. After the user equipment initiates a call request, the call request reaches the voice prompt server. Based on the existing VoLTE communication network, the call request arrives at a Visitor Location Register (VLR) or a Mobile Switching Center (MSC), the call request carries an equipment identifier of the user equipment, and the VLR or the MSC establishes a connection between the user equipment and the communication network according to the equipment identifier. The communication network carries out routing addressing according to the call request to determine whether the call request is a film watching call request, and if the call request is the film watching call request, the call request is sent to a voice prompt server of the film watching system.
When routing is performed, the call request carries a movie identifier of a movie, and the movie identifier is a gateway number. All gateway numbers for viewing call requests use the same special number, for example, beginning at 1077. Each movie corresponds to a gateway number 1077 suffixed with a string of digits. And when routing addressing is carried out, whether the call request is a film watching call request is determined according to the prefix of the gateway number, and if the call request is the film watching call request, the routing address obtained through the routing addressing is the address corresponding to the voice prompt server.
Under the condition that a user knows the film identification of a certain film, the user can directly dial the film identification of the film so as to play the film. If the user does not know the movie identification of a movie, a query identification request may be sent to the head office in the viewing system. The general gateway corresponds to a set known number. For example, the number corresponding to the total gateway is 10771, and the movie to be watched is "no thief in the sky", and then query information in a preset form, for example, "query identifier @ no thief in the sky", is sent to 10771, so that the movie identifier corresponding to "no thief in the sky" can be obtained. Or, the 10771 is dialed directly, and 10771 returns a preset voice, for example, after 10771 is dialed, the voice returned by 10771 is "inquire movie identification please press 1", etc., and then corresponding operation is performed according to the voice returned by 10771 to obtain the movie identification.
Step 120: and determining whether the user equipment has the playing authority of the film according to the film identification.
The voice prompt server stores the corresponding relation between the film identification and the user identification of the user equipment. Wherein, the user identifier of the user equipment can be manually set by a person skilled in the art. For example, when the user equipment is a mobile phone terminal, the user identification is a mobile phone number of the user. After the voice prompt server receives the call request, the movie needing to be watched by the user equipment is positioned according to the movie identification carried by the call request. And if the corresponding relation between the film and the user identification of the user equipment exists in the voice prompt server, determining that the user equipment has the playing authority of the film.
It is worth mentioning that the play right of a movie is determined according to whether the user subscribes to the movie. If the user subscribes to a certain film, the corresponding relation between the film and the user identification is generated in the voice prompt server. For some subscription-free movies, such as public welfare movies, party and country promotion movies, etc., the user has the right to play the movie even if the user does not subscribe to the movie.
Step 130: and if the user equipment has the playing right of the film, acquiring the film from the video library.
The film watching system also comprises a video playing server, and the video playing server is communicated and interconnected with the voice playing server. The video playing server is provided with a video library for storing each film, and each film is distinguished in the video library through a film identifier. And if the user equipment has the playing authority of the film, acquiring the film from the video library according to the film identification.
Step 140: the movie is played at the user device.
After the video is acquired, the video playing server establishes communication connection with the user equipment, and the video is played at the user equipment.
By the embodiment of the invention, if a user wants to watch a certain film, the user can watch the film by directly dialing the film identifier of the film, so that the method and the device are convenient and quick, the film watching efficiency is improved, and the time of the user is saved.
In some embodiments, if the user equipment dials a movie identifier of a movie and the user equipment does not have the playback right of the movie, the viewing system sends movie information of the movie to the user equipment. The distribution form of the film information can be voice, short message or multimedia message, preferably, the distribution form of the film information is short message. The movie information includes, but is not limited to, a movie vignette and movie subscription information. Wherein, the ordering information of the film comprises the ordering mode of the film, so that the user can order the film according to the ordering mode. It should be understood that when the movie information is sent to the user in the form of a multimedia message, the movie information may include a trailer of the movie, so that the user can more intuitively know the movie information.
In some embodiments, the video playing server further stores a viewing record of the user equipment. The viewing record includes, but is not limited to, the end position of each time the user plays the movie. And after the film is obtained from the video library, obtaining the ending position of the latest sequential playing of the film by the user equipment according to the film watching record, and marking the ending position on the playing progress bar of the film. And establishing a communication connection with the user equipment so as to play the film from the marked end position when the user equipment plays the film. It should be understood that, similar to the existing video playing software, the user can manually adjust the annotation position during the playing process according to the user's own needs. By the mode, the user can continuously watch the rest part of the film on the basis of watching the last time, the user is prevented from repeatedly watching the same segment, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, when the user desires to watch a partial segment of a certain movie, before making a call request, the user equipment identifies a desired playing position of the transmission movie to the movie of the movie, and the form of the transmission content may be preset by those skilled in the art, for example, the transmission content is "00: 10: 00", that is, the user desires to play the movie from the tenth minute of the movie. After the viewing system receives the expected playing position of the film sent by the user, the expected playing position is marked on the film. When the movie is played back while establishing a communication connection with the user equipment, the movie is played back by default starting from the desired playback position. Through the mode, the user can set the playing position according to the watching requirement of the user, so that the watching is more personalized, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, the user device has the right to play the movie, but there is no viewing record of the movie in the viewing system, and the viewing system does not receive the desired play position sent by the user device, and the movie is played from the beginning by default.
In some embodiments, a user device subscribes to a movie to obtain playback rights for the movie. The user equipment can order according to the voice information returned by the film watching system by dialing the film identification of the film. For example, if the voice message returned from the viewing system is "order the film please press 2", the user can order the film according to the voice message returned from the viewing system. The user equipment can also send order information to the film identification of the film to order the film in a short message mode. The specific form of the content of the short message can be set by those skilled in the art. For example, sending a "DG" to the movie id of the movie may order the movie to obtain the playback right of the movie. By the method, the user can conveniently order the film, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, a user queries for film information for a film before ordering the film. When the film information is queried, the film identifier of the film can be directly dialed, and the query is performed according to the voice returned by the gateway corresponding to the film identifier. Or sending query information to a gateway corresponding to the movie identifier to query movie information. When voice query is performed, for example, if the voice returned by the gateway corresponding to the movie identifier is "query movie information please press 3", etc., corresponding operation is performed according to the voice returned by 10771 to obtain the movie information. When the short message is queried, the form of the short message content can be set by those skilled in the art. For example, the query form of the short message content is "CX", and the movie information of the movie can be obtained.
In some embodiments, after the movie is acquired, a user identification of the user device is acquired and used as a watermark for the movie. When the watermark is generated, a picture containing the watermark is generated according to a preset image processing algorithm, the background of the picture is transparent, and the user identification is positioned on the picture. Preferably, the user identifier is located at a corner position on the picture to avoid video occlusion. When the film is played on the user equipment, the picture is displayed while being played, and the picture always exists as a top-placing layer, so that the user identification is used as the watermark of the film. By the mode, the safety of the film is guaranteed, and the film is prevented from being stolen.
In some embodiments, the user may upload their own video. When a user needs to upload own video, the user equipment sends a video uploading request to the film watching system. And the film watching system generates an uploading link according to the received video uploading request and sends the uploading link to the user equipment so that the user equipment uploads the video according to the uploading link. And after receiving the video uploaded by the user equipment, the film watching system generates a film identifier and stores the corresponding relation between the film identifier and the user identifier of the user equipment.
