Traditional live advertising limits the supply capacity of the ad slot provider and the effectiveness of the cross-regional and cross-audience display of advertisements due to limited ad slots. If the traditional advertisement positions are presented in different contents and brands according to different rebroadcasting areas, languages and audiences according to the mode in the embodiment, the display effect of the advertisement positions is effectively improved, and more flexible and more advertisement position supply is provided for advertisement providers. Because the advertisements are mostly displayed or occur on the spot, shot by multiple points or dynamic positions, the angle and distance of the advertisement presentation can be changed dynamically, when the advertisement space is identified by adopting the image identification technology and the position in each frame is determined, the position is identified by utilizing a pre-established model to replace the advertisement, then a new advertisement is replaced or superposed on the dynamic original advertisement space, even for the advertisement space with the angle and the speed changed in the motion, different advertisement contents can be fitted and covered on the traditional advertisement space video, different advertisement contents are presented to different audiences, and the visual effect similar to the traditional fixed advertisement is achieved.
Different advertising content can also be directly projected to the corresponding advertising presentation location without regard to fitted fidelity. The advertisement replacement, superposition and projection can be finished by real-time editing, and the video can also be finished by independent editing afterwards.
In the embodiment, by using the image recognition technology, people and objects sheltered before each frame of advertisement can be overlaid on the new advertisement content, and the visual effect similar to that of only replacing the original advertisement content is realized.
With the improvement of image recognition technology and computer processing capability, the mode not only can carry out the processing on the subsequent video, but also can complete synchronous video processing with low delay.
Through the embodiment, the advertisement position supplier can deliver the advertisements of the same event or scene through video editing according to different advertisement delivery requirements.
In the first embodiment of the invention, specific advertisement content or positioning in a fixed area can be ignored, and variable preset advertisement content is directly and virtually superposed on a suitable advertisement position on a video according to a release demand, wherein the suitable advertisement position comprises a traditional field advertisement display area and other suitable areas. For realism, advertisements can still be placed as a background without obscuring characters or important images.
The advertisement content replacement process of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings:
FIG. 3 is an original drawing acquired by live broadcast of a live event, and FIG. 1 is an original drawing; fig. 3 includes the first advertisement content 2 and the obstacle 3, and the vertex coordinates of the first advertisement content 2, including 4 vertices ABCD, are identified through image recognition, as shown in fig. 4; or identify an advertisement by advertisement feature 5 and then identify a first advertisement boundary by advertisement boundary features 4 and 6, including advertisement feature 5 and advertisement boundary features 4 and 6 in fig. 5, as shown in fig. 5; the filled position is obtained based on the vertex coordinates or the filled position 7 is obtained through the advertisement boundary feature 5, as shown in fig. 6, fig. 7 is a new image processed by the method, where 8 is the second advertisement content and 9 is the new image.
All videos are composed of time-series picture frames, and how to implement advertisement replacement by modifying frame images is described below, and similar methods are feasible as long as the replacement speed and effect are satisfied, and the embodiments of the present invention are not particularly limited.
The four vertices of the original advertisement a \ B \ C \ D are identified through fig. 4, for example, image tags using special codes are identified, and these tags are attached to the positioning vertices in advance, or the filled area of the original advertisement is determined according to the boundary characteristics of the known original advertisement in fig. 5 (the original advertisement can be identified and determined through the characteristics 5 in fig. 5).
And simultaneously, determining the projection deformation rate of the advertisement space according to L1/L2 and L3/L4, wherein L1 is the left width of the rectangular area where the original advertisement is located, L2 is the right amount of the rectangular area where the original advertisement is located, L3 is the upper side length of the rectangular area where the original advertisement is located, and L4 is the lower side length of the rectangular area where the original advertisement is located, the plane deformation rate can be calculated according to any ratio of L1/L2 or L3/L4, and if 3D deformation is considered, the two ratios are considered.
The advertisement to be used for replacement is simulated in the size of the filled area with reference to the calculated deformation ratio, and is superimposed into the original frame.
When the original advertisement is blocked by the obstacle, the obstacle in this embodiment may be a human body, a device, or another object, and the embodiment of the present invention is not specifically limited, and the human body in the region where the advertisement content is located is identified through the image, and the human body part in the frame where the original advertisement space (where the original advertisement space has been identified) is superimposed on the frame where the advertisement content is replaced, so that the advertisement replacement effect can be achieved.
In the process of advertisement identification, obstacle identification or advertisement position identification, a specially coded image label can be added at 4 corners of the area where the advertisement is located, so that the identification speed of the frame can be simplified. Even if the non-labeled 4 corners are identified, the method can be predicted, a learning process is not needed in the identification, and the method can be completed quickly.
In the embodiment of the invention, for the advertisement identification on sportsman clothes or carriers, the properties are similar, and the difference lies in that the clothes or carriers do not necessarily appear in a single plane, but can still be divided into a plurality of small planes, each small plane is independent advertisement content, the advertisement content is replaced by respectively adopting the same processing mode in the invention, the principles of identification and simulation are not influenced, and only the calculation amount is increased.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic view of the present invention in a practical application process;
wherein, the original image includes corresponding advertisement content, when advertisement audiences can directly watch the original image without replacing advertisements, can be directly sent to corresponding advertisement audiences through a line, or can be sent to an advertisement distribution platform firstly, then the advertisement content is sent to the subsequent advertisement audiences through the advertisement distribution platform, as shown in the line two, when the original advertisement content needs to be replaced, the advertisement content can be replaced in the advertisement replacement platform, then sent to the corresponding advertisement distributor through a third line or sent to the corresponding advertisement audience through a fourth line, the original advertisement can be distributed to the advertisement replacing platform through the advertisement distributor, and then the advertisement replacing operation is completed and then the advertisement is sent to the corresponding advertisement audience through the line five and the line six respectively.
In a first embodiment of the present invention, an advertisement content replacement method of the method includes:
identifying the characteristic point coordinates of the first area, and obtaining a filled area or an covered area or a projected area based on the characteristic point coordinates of the first area;
calculating a projection deformation rate of the first advertisement content based on the feature point coordinates or the boundary information of the first region;
filling the second advertisement content into the filled area by referring to the projection deformation rate to obtain the second data; or overlaying the second advertisement content to the overlaid area with reference to the projected deformation ratio to obtain the second data; or projecting the second advertisement content to the projected area with reference to the projection deformation ratio to obtain the second data.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when there is a need for an obstacle before the advertisement content, the method further includes: the following processing is carried out for any first advertisement content needing to be replaced:
acquiring standard content of first advertisement content corresponding to the T moment;
obtaining real-time content of first advertisement content corresponding to the T moment;
comparing the standard content with the real-time content, and if the standard content is different from the real-time content, judging that an obstacle exists in the real-time content;
obtaining position information of the obstacle in the original image based on the comparison result of the standard content and the real-time content, and extracting obstacle content from the original image;
and adding the extracted obstacle content to the new image based on the position information of the obstacle in the original image.
The method also comprises the following steps of aiming at any one first advertisement content meeting the replacement condition:
acquiring standard content of the first advertisement content corresponding to the T moment, such as an image without an obstacle;
obtaining real-time content of the first advertisement content corresponding to the T moment, wherein the real-time content is an image of an athlete with an obstacle;
comparing the standard content with the real-time content, and if the standard content is different from the real-time content, judging that an obstacle exists in the real-time content, namely judging that an athlete with the obstacle exists;
obtaining first position information of the obstacle in the first area based on the comparison result of the standard content and the real-time content, and the position of the athlete in the image, and obtaining non-obstacle areas in the first area, namely the areas which are not occluded by the body of the athlete based on the first position information;
displaying all or part of the second advertisement content in the non-obstacle area to obtain the second data.
The method can identify the obstacle in the first advertisement content, obtain the obstacle area and the non-obstacle area in the first area based on the identified obstacle, and then display the second advertisement content in the non-obstacle area in whole or in part, namely display the advertisement content in the non-obstacle area according to the requirement, so that the display effect of the advertisement is guaranteed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the feature information of the advertisement playing terminal includes one or more of the following information: geographic position information of the advertisement playing terminal user, age information of the advertisement playing terminal user, gender information of the advertisement playing terminal user and label information of the advertisement playing terminal user; and obtaining the second advertisement content matched with the first advertisement content from a database based on the characteristic information of the advertisement playing terminal.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the generating of the second advertisement content based on the first advertisement content and the feature information of the second data recipient includes:
based on the characteristic information of the advertisement playing terminal, acquiring user information corresponding to the advertisement playing terminal, wherein the user information comprises one or more of the following information: the method comprises the following steps that language type information used by a user, name information of a country where the user is located, specific region information of the country where the user is located, cultural customs information of the region where the user is located, average age information of the user and gender information of the user are obtained;
extracting first image content and first audio content in the first advertisement content;
converting the first image content and the first audio content into second image content and second audio content matched with the corresponding user information of the advertisement playing terminal;
obtaining the second advertising content based on the second image content and the second audio content.
The method comprises the steps of acquiring user information corresponding to an advertisement playing terminal based on characteristic information of the advertisement playing terminal, and generating corresponding second advertisement content in a matching mode through specific user information, wherein the user information comprises one or more of the following information: the method comprises the following steps that language type information used by a user, name information of a country where the user is located, specific region information of the country where the user is located, cultural customs information of the region where the user is located, and gender information of the user is obtained according to average age information of the user; the languages in different advertisements of different language types need to be correspondingly replaced; due to different national culture, religion, language and other information, corresponding advertisement content needs to be replaced according to the name of the country; some countries such as China have wider territories, and can use a plurality of languages in China, and when advertisement contents are replaced, the languages can be replaced into corresponding local languages according to specific regional information; if the user is in a special cultural customs, and if some original advertisement contents conflict with the cultural customs, the advertisement contents can be replaced by advertisement contents matched with the cultural customs or easily accepted; the understanding of the advertisement is different for different age groups, and the advertisement content can be played in a cartoon mode if being played in a children channel.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
identifying a plurality of preset areas of a plurality of advertisement contents in the first data;
judging whether the advertisement content in the preset area is shielded by a shielding object or not, and obtaining a preferred area which is not shielded by the shielding object;
and based on the advertisement putting demand, putting preset advertisement content in the preferred area.
If 5 advertisement contents are contained in the first data, each advertisement content corresponds to a preset area, namely area 1 to area 5, wherein area 1 and area 2 are blocked by people, the advertisement value and benefit are low, at the moment, an advertisement can be placed on area 3 or area 4 or area 5 according to the advertisement placement requirement, if an advertiser requires, the specific placement time and position can be flexibly adjusted according to the actual requirement, so that the unblocked area can fully exert the advertisement value, and the advertisement display effect is improved.
Example two
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic flow chart of an advertisement projection method, a second embodiment of the present invention provides an advertisement projection method, including:
acquiring third data, wherein the third data is video data or image data;
identifying a second region of third advertising content in the third data;
determining whether the third advertisement content in the second area satisfies a replacement condition,
if the third advertisement content does not meet the replacement condition, sending the third data to a first data receiver;
if the third advertisement content meets the replacement condition, performing the following processing;
generating fourth advertisement content based on the third advertisement content and the characteristic information of a second data receiver;
identifying a projected area of the fourth advertising content in the third data;
projecting the fourth advertisement content in the projection area to obtain fourth data;
and sending the fourth data to the second data receiver.
The advertisement projection method can project new advertisement content to other areas in the image instead of replacing, covering or filling the advertisement content, and the specific preset advertisement projection area can be selected according to actual needs, such as selecting some fixed areas or some variable areas, or areas with less influence on video content, and the like.
When the advertisement is projected, the obstacle is also reserved when the corresponding obstacle exists, so that the advertisement is projected to serve as the background of the obstacle.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic composition diagram of a processing system for replacing or adding an advertisement, a third embodiment of the present invention provides a processing system for replacing or adding an advertisement, the system includes:
the device comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring first data which is video data or image data;
the identification unit is used for identifying a first advertisement content in the first data or a first area of a first advertisement display carrier in the first data;
a judging unit, configured to judge whether the first advertisement content or the first advertisement display carrier in the first area satisfies a replacement condition;
the sending unit is used for sending the first data to a first data receiver if the first advertisement content or the first advertisement display carrier does not meet the replacement condition;
the processing unit is used for performing the following processing if the first advertisement content or the first advertisement display carrier meets the replacement condition;
generating second advertisement content based on the first advertisement content and the characteristic information of a second data receiver; or generating second advertisement content based on the characteristic information of the first advertisement display carrier and the second data receiver;
replacing the first advertisement content in the first data with the second advertisement content to obtain the second data; or displaying the second advertisement content on the first advertisement display carrier to obtain the second data;
and sending the second data to the second data receiver.

The fourth embodiment of the present invention provides a processing apparatus for advertisement replacement or addition, including a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, where the processor implements the steps of the processing method for advertisement replacement or addition when executing the computer program.
The processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), or other general-purpose processor, a digital signal processor (digital signal processor), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (Application Specific Integrated Circuit), an off-the-shelf programmable gate array (field programmable gate array) or other programmable logic device, a discrete gate or transistor logic device, a discrete hardware component, or the like. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The memory may be used to store the computer programs and/or modules, and the processor may implement various functions of the advertisement processing device in the invention by operating or executing data stored in the memory. The memory may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like. An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the steps of the processing method for replacing or adding an advertisement are implemented.
The processing means for advertisement replacement or addition, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, all or part of the flow in the method of implementing the embodiments of the present invention may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium through a computer program, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program may implement the steps of the above-described method embodiments. Claims (10)

1. A method for replacing or adding an advertisement, the method comprising:
acquiring first data, wherein the first data is video data or image data;
identifying a first advertisement content or a first area of a first advertisement presentation carrier in the first data;
judging whether the first advertisement content or the first advertisement display carrier in the first area meets a replacement condition;
if the first advertisement content or the first advertisement display carrier does not meet the replacement condition, sending the first data to a first data receiver;
if the first advertisement content or the first advertisement display carrier meets the replacement condition, performing the following treatment;
generating second advertisement content based on the first advertisement content and the characteristic information of a second data receiver; or generating second advertisement content based on the characteristic information of the first advertisement display carrier and the second data receiver;
replacing the first advertisement content in the first data with the second advertisement content to obtain the second data; or displaying the second advertisement content on the first advertisement display carrier to obtain the second data;
and sending the second data to the second data receiver.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first data receiver and the second data receiver each comprise: the advertisement distribution platform and/or the advertisement playing terminal.
3. The advertisement replacement or addition processing method according to claim 2, wherein the characteristic information of the advertisement distribution platform includes one or more of the following information: the system comprises the following steps that the advertisement distribution platform comprises language type information of advertisement delivery of the advertisement distribution platform, geographic position information of the advertisement distribution platform, advertisement version information and identity characteristic information of a subordinate advertisement distribution platform or an advertisement audience; and obtaining the second advertisement content matched with the first advertisement content or the first advertisement display carrier from a database based on the identity characteristic information of the advertisement distribution platform.
4. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the characteristic information of the advertisement playing terminal includes one or more of the following information: geographic position information of the advertisement playing terminal user, age information of the advertisement playing terminal user, gender information of the advertisement playing terminal user and label information of the advertisement playing terminal user; and obtaining the second advertisement content matched with the first advertisement content or the first advertisement display carrier from a database based on the characteristic information of the advertisement playing terminal.
5. The method for replacing or adding advertisements according to claim 1, wherein the replacing the first advertisement content in the first data with the second advertisement content to obtain the second data comprises: or displaying the second advertisement content on the first advertisement presentation carrier to obtain the second data comprises:
identifying the characteristic point coordinates of the first area, and obtaining a filled area or an covered area or a projected area based on the characteristic point coordinates of the first area;
calculating a projection deformation rate of the first advertisement content based on the feature point coordinates or the boundary information of the first region;
filling the second advertisement content into the filled area by referring to the projection deformation rate to obtain the second data; or overlaying the second advertisement content to the overlaid area with reference to the projected deformation ratio to obtain the second data; or projecting the second advertisement content to the projected area with reference to the projection deformation ratio to obtain the second data.
6. The method of advertisement replacement or addition processing according to claim 1, further comprising: aiming at any one first advertisement content meeting the replacement condition, the following processing is carried out:
acquiring standard content of the first advertisement content corresponding to the T moment;
obtaining real-time content of the first advertisement content corresponding to the T moment;
comparing the standard content with the real-time content, and if the standard content is different from the real-time content, judging that an obstacle exists in the real-time content;
obtaining first position information of the obstacle in the first area based on a comparison result of the standard content and the real-time content, and extracting obstacle content from the first area;
adding the extracted obstacle content to the second data based on the first position information;
or;
acquiring standard content of the first advertisement content corresponding to the T moment;
obtaining real-time content of the first advertisement content corresponding to the T moment;
comparing the standard content with the real-time content, and if the standard content is different from the real-time content, judging that an obstacle exists in the real-time content;
obtaining first position information of the obstacle in the first area based on a comparison result of the standard content and the real-time content, and obtaining a non-obstacle area in the first area based on the first position information;
displaying all or part of the second advertisement content in the non-obstacle area to obtain the second data.
7. The method of claim 4, wherein the generating a second advertisement content based on the first advertisement content and the feature information of a second data receiver comprises:
based on the characteristic information of the advertisement playing terminal, acquiring user information corresponding to the advertisement playing terminal, wherein the user information comprises one or more of the following information: the method comprises the following steps that language type information used by a user, name information of a country where the user is located, specific region information of the country where the user is located, cultural customs information of the region where the user is located, average age information of the user and gender information of the user are obtained;
extracting first image content and first audio content in the first advertisement content;
converting the first image content and the first audio content into second image content and second audio content matched with the corresponding user information of the advertisement playing terminal;
obtaining the second advertising content based on the second image content and the second audio content.
8. The method of advertisement replacement or addition processing according to claim 1, further comprising:
identifying a plurality of preset areas of a plurality of advertisement contents in the first data;
judging whether the advertisement content in the preset area is shielded by a shielding object or not, and obtaining a preferred area which is not shielded by the shielding object;
and based on the advertisement putting demand, putting preset advertisement content in the preferred area.
9. A system for processing advertisement replacement or addition, the system comprising:
the device comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring first data which is video data or image data;
the identification unit is used for identifying a first advertisement content in the first data or a first area of a first advertisement display carrier in the first data;
a judging unit, configured to judge whether the first advertisement content or the first advertisement display carrier in the first area satisfies a replacement condition;
the sending unit is used for sending the first data to a first data receiver if the first advertisement content or the first advertisement display carrier does not meet the replacement condition;
the processing unit is used for performing the following processing if the first advertisement content or the first advertisement display carrier meets the replacement condition;
generating second advertisement content based on the first advertisement content and the characteristic information of a second data receiver; or generating second advertisement content based on the characteristic information of the first advertisement display carrier and the second data receiver;
replacing the first advertisement content in the first data with the second advertisement content to obtain the second data; or displaying the second advertisement content on the first advertisement display carrier to obtain the second data;
and sending the second data to the second data receiver.
10. An advertisement processing apparatus comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the processing method of advertisement replacement or addition according to any one of claims 1 to 8 when executing the computer program.
