Abstract
The invention provides a data processing method, a system and related equipment, relating to the technical field of data processing, wherein the method is applied to terminal equipment, the terminal equipment is configured with a plurality of project processing functions in a project period, a graphical user interface is provided through the terminal equipment, and the graphical user interface displays project processing controls corresponding to each project processing function, and the method comprises the following steps: when a login instruction of a user is received, determining a to-be-processed item corresponding to the user according to identity information carried by the login instruction; displaying project basic data of the project to be processed through the graphical user interface; and responding to the point touch operation of a target control in the plurality of project processing controls, and processing the project to be processed by using a project processing function corresponding to the target control. The system management comprises a common administrator module, an authority module, a log module, an organization framework, an auditing process, a log updating process and opinion feedback, and also comprises company management, so that the compatibility of multiple companies can be realized, and the account number of each company can be operated independently.
In conclusion, the data processing method provided by the invention mainly adopts the most popular Bs architecture at present, and the UI is continuously polished, so that the display page is simple and clear, and the manufacture is more convenient. Compared with the prior independent plate and incomplete function system, the invention can cover the project cycle in all directions, wherein, the cost management and tools can be connected with the latest data in the current market, and can help the user to master the information in real time, so that the user can compare and modify according to the project quotation. The system also comprises a field progress module and a handwriting board for auditing, wherein the field progress can realize supervision and monitoring on field workers by using a form of issuing a task and taking a bill, and combining methods such as commission rewarding and the like; the handwriting board is used for auditing by directly signing, timely approving, printing and other links in a source file, so that the working efficiency is greatly improved.
Based on the data processing method provided by the foregoing embodiment, the present invention provides a data processing system, where the system is applied to a terminal device, the terminal device is configured with a plurality of project processing functions in a project period, and a graphical user interface is provided by the terminal device, and the graphical user interface displays a project processing control corresponding to each project processing function, referring to a schematic structural diagram of the data processing system shown in fig. 4, and the system at least includes the following parts:
the login module 402 is configured to, when a login instruction of a user is received, determine a to-be-processed item corresponding to the user according to identity information carried in the login instruction;
a display module 404, configured to display, through a graphical user interface, project basic data of a to-be-processed project;
and the response module 406 is configured to, in response to the point-touch operation on the target control in the multiple item processing controls, process the item to be processed by using the item processing function corresponding to the target control.
According to the data processing system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the project processing controls corresponding to a plurality of project processing functions in a project period are displayed by utilizing the graphical user interface provided by the terminal equipment, firstly, the to-be-processed project is determined in response to the login operation of a user, the project basic information of the to-be-processed project is displayed through the graphical user interface, in addition, the target control can be determined from the project processing controls, and therefore, the to-be-processed project is processed by utilizing the project processing function corresponding to the target control. In the method, the project processing function configured in the terminal equipment can cover the whole project cycle, and compared with the prior art that a user needs to process the data of one project by using a plurality of pieces of software, the embodiment of the invention can effectively improve the data processing efficiency and can also effectively improve the user experience.
In one embodiment, the item processing function includes a cost management function, and the response module 406 is further configured to: acquiring first cost information of at least one historical item, second cost information of the item to be processed and a budget range of the item to be processed; respectively comparing and analyzing the second cost information with each first cost information to obtain a cost analysis result, and displaying the cost analysis result through a graphical user interface; and/or judging whether the second cost information exceeds the budget range; and if so, displaying the over-budget prompting information through a graphical user interface.
In one embodiment, the item processing functionality includes electronic contract management functionality, and the response module 406 is further configured to: receiving an electronic contract to be audited uploaded by a user; if the electronic contract to be checked is legal, displaying a handwriting signature area through a graphical user interface; responding to the writing operation of the user in the handwriting signature area, and receiving signature information of the user; identifying identity information of the user based on the signature information; and if the identity information is legal, determining that the electronic contract to be checked passes the check.
In one embodiment, the item processing function includes an item modification function, and the response module 406 is further configured to: generating a project rectification task based on the alternative rectification problem of the project to be processed; wherein the alternative rectification problem comprises a quality problem and/or a safety problem; and sending a project rectification task corresponding to the project to be processed to a related terminal of at least one target object so that the target object rectifies the project to be processed.
In one embodiment, the project processing functions include a field progress function, and the response module 406 is further configured to: the system comprises a processor, a task center and a task center, wherein the processor is used for receiving an adjustment result fed back by any target object aiming at a project adjustment task; and auditing the task completion degree of the correction result to obtain an audit result.
In one embodiment, the item processing functionality includes item management functionality, and the response module 406 is further configured to: and receiving at least one item basic information uploaded by a user aiming at the item to be processed, and performing data maintenance on the item basic information.
In one embodiment, the item processing function includes a data presentation function that presents supplier information and/or labor information for the item to be processed via a graphical user interface.
The system provided by the embodiment has the same implementation principle and the same technical effect as the foregoing embodiment, and for the sake of brief description, reference may be made to the corresponding contents in the foregoing method embodiment for the part of the embodiment of the system that is not mentioned.
The embodiment of the invention provides a related device, which specifically comprises a processor and a storage device; the storage means has stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by the processor, performs the method of any of the above described embodiments.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a related apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present invention, where the related apparatus 100 includes: the device comprises a processor 50, a memory 51, a bus 52 and a communication interface 53, wherein the processor 50, the communication interface 53 and the memory 51 are connected through the bus 52; the processor 50 is arranged to execute executable modules, such as computer programs, stored in the memory 51.
The Memory 51 may include a high-speed Random Access Memory (RAM) and may also include a non-volatile Memory (non-volatile Memory), such as at least one disk Memory. The communication connection between the network element of the system and at least one other network element is realized through at least one communication interface 53 (which may be wired or wireless), and the internet, a wide area network, a local network, a metropolitan area network, and the like can be used.
The bus 52 may be an ISA bus, PCI bus, EISA bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one double-headed arrow is shown in FIG. 5, but this does not indicate only one bus or one type of bus.
The memory 51 is used for storing a program, the processor 50 executes the program after receiving an execution instruction, and the method executed by the apparatus defined by the flow process disclosed in any of the foregoing embodiments of the present invention may be applied to the processor 50, or implemented by the processor 50.
The processor 50 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be performed by integrated logic circuits of hardware or instructions in the form of software in the processor 50. The Processor 50 may be a general-purpose Processor, and includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; the device can also be a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components. The various methods, steps and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented or performed. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of the method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present invention may be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software module may be located in ram, flash memory, rom, prom, or eprom, registers, etc. storage media as is well known in the art. The storage medium is located in the memory 51, and the processor 50 reads the information in the memory 51 and completes the steps of the method in combination with the hardware thereof.
The computer program product of the readable storage medium provided in the embodiment of the present invention includes a computer readable storage medium storing a program code, where instructions included in the program code may be used to execute the method described in the foregoing method embodiment, and specific implementation may refer to the foregoing method embodiment, which is not described herein again.
The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above-mentioned embodiments are only specific embodiments of the present invention, which are used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the same, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art should understand that: any person skilled in the art can modify or easily conceive the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments or equivalent substitutes for some technical features within the technical scope of the present disclosure; such modifications, changes or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the embodiments of the present invention, and they should be construed as being included therein. Claims (10)
1. A data processing method is applied to a terminal device, the terminal device is configured with a plurality of project processing functions in a project period, a graphical user interface is provided through the terminal device, the graphical user interface displays project processing controls corresponding to each project processing function, and the method comprises the following steps:
when a login instruction of a user is received, determining a to-be-processed item corresponding to the user according to identity information carried by the login instruction;
displaying project basic data of the project to be processed through the graphical user interface;
and responding to the point touch operation of a target control in the plurality of project processing controls, and processing the project to be processed by using a project processing function corresponding to the target control.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the item processing function comprises a cost management function;
the processing the item to be processed by using the item processing function corresponding to the target control comprises:
acquiring first cost information of at least one historical item, second cost information of the item to be processed and a budget range of the item to be processed;
respectively comparing and analyzing the second cost information with each first cost information to obtain a cost analysis result, and displaying the cost analysis result through the graphical user interface; and/or, judging whether the second cost information exceeds the budget range; and if so, displaying the over-budget prompting information through the graphical user interface.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the item processing functions include electronic contract management functions;
the processing the item to be processed by using the item processing function corresponding to the target control comprises:
receiving an electronic contract to be audited uploaded by the user;
if the electronic contract to be checked is legal, displaying a handwriting signature area through the graphical user interface;
responding to the writing operation of the user in the handwriting signature area, and receiving signature information of the user;
identifying identity information of the user based on the signature information;
and if the identity information is legal, determining that the electronic contract to be audited passes the audit.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the item processing function comprises an item rectification function;
the processing the item to be processed by using the item processing function corresponding to the target control comprises:
generating a project rectification task based on the alternative rectification problem of the project to be processed; wherein the alternative rectification problem comprises a quality problem and/or a safety problem;
and sending the project rectification task corresponding to the project to be processed to a related terminal of at least one target object so that the target object rectifies the project to be processed.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the project processing functions include a field progress function;
the processing the item to be processed by using the item processing function corresponding to the target control comprises:
receiving an adjustment result fed back by any one target object aiming at the project adjustment task;
and auditing the task completion degree of the rectification result to obtain an auditing result.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the item processing function comprises an item management function;
the processing the item to be processed by using the item processing function corresponding to the target control comprises:
and receiving at least one item basic information uploaded by the user aiming at the item to be processed, and performing data maintenance on the item basic information.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the item processing function comprises a data presentation function;
the processing the item to be processed by using the item processing function corresponding to the target control comprises:
and displaying the supplier information and/or the labor service information of the to-be-processed item through the graphical user interface.
8. A data processing system, wherein the system is applied to a terminal device, the terminal device is configured with a plurality of project processing functions in a project period, a graphical user interface is provided through the terminal device, and the graphical user interface displays project processing controls corresponding to each of the project processing functions, the system comprising:
the login module is used for determining the to-be-processed item corresponding to the user according to the identity information carried by the login instruction when the login instruction of the user is received;
the display module is used for displaying the project basic data of the project to be processed through the graphical user interface;
and the response module is used for responding to the point touch operation of a target control in the plurality of project processing controls and processing the project to be processed by using the project processing function corresponding to the target control.
9. An associated device, comprising a memory and a processor; the memory has stored therein a computer program operable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of the method of any of the preceding claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon machine executable instructions which, when invoked and executed by a processor, cause the processor to execute the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
