Furthermore, a closed second cavity 13 is formed by the concrete baffles 9 of the two adjacent prefabricated shear wall pieces 1 along the length direction of the prefabricated shear wall piece 1 and the four prefabricated shear wall pieces 1 of the two adjacent prefabricated shear wall pieces 1 along the width direction of the prefabricated shear wall piece 1, and bonding mortar 14 is filled into the first cavity 6 and the second cavity 13.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the construction method of the attached precast shear wall of the present invention may specifically include the following steps in a specific construction process:
the shear wall is divided into a first prefabricated shear wall piece 101 and a second prefabricated shear wall piece 102 along the center line of the section, the thickness of each of the two prefabricated shear wall pieces is set to be 90mm, a first cavity 6 is reserved between the two prefabricated shear wall pieces, and the width of the first cavity 6 can be set to be 20 mm;
embedding a steel bar mesh in each prefabricated shear wall, wherein the steel bar mesh is composed of horizontal steel bars 7 and vertical steel bars 8, the distance between the horizontal steel bars 7 and the vertical steel bars 8 can be set to be 200mm, and the steel bar diameters of the horizontal steel bars 7 and the vertical steel bars 8 can be set to be 8 mm;
pre-burying a metal corrugated pipe 2 at intervals of not more than 600mm along the cross section of the prefabricated shear wall piece and at the position close to the reinforcing mesh, ensuring that one metal corrugated pipe 2 is pre-buried at both ends of the prefabricated shear wall piece, and replacing one vertical reinforcing steel bar 8 with the metal corrugated pipe 2 when the metal corrugated pipe 2 collides with the vertical reinforcing steel bar 8 of the reinforcing mesh;
sleeving a plurality of cable sleeves 3 on each metal corrugated pipe 2, vertically distributing the cable sleeves 3 along the metal corrugated pipes 2, setting the distance between two adjacent cable sleeves 2 to be 400mm, exposing the other ends of the cable sleeves 3 outside the prefabricated shear wall sheet, arranging a row of cable sleeves 2 on two end parts of the prefabricated shear wall sheet in the same way, sleeving one ends of the cable sleeves 2 on the metal corrugated pipes 2 on the end parts of the prefabricated shear wall sheet, exposing the other ends of the cable sleeves 2 outside, and enabling the cable sleeves 3 to be perpendicular to the other row of cable sleeves 3;
reserving a semicircular notch 100, which can be a semi-elliptical notch or a rectangular notch, at the position of the cable sleeve 2 arranged along the long side direction of the prefabricated shear wall sheet;
manufacturing concrete baffles 9 at two ends of the prefabricated shear wall pieces, wherein the length of each concrete baffle 9 can be set to be 30mm, and the thickness of each concrete baffle 9 can be set to be 10 mm;
the inner surface of the prefabricated shear wall sheet is set to be a rough surface, a plurality of limiting blocks 10 are distributed on the inner surface of the first prefabricated shear wall sheet 101, the distance between every two adjacent limiting blocks 10 is set to be 600mm, and the heights of the limiting blocks 10 and the width of the first cavity 6 are set to be consistent and can be 20 mm.
When the prefabricated shear wall pieces are installed, the first prefabricated shear wall pieces 101 are hoisted in place, each metal corrugated pipe 2 is inserted into one connecting steel bar 11 and filled with grouting material 12, and the second prefabricated shear wall pieces 102 are installed in the same way;
after the two prefabricated shear wall pieces are installed, a first cavity 6 with the width of 20mm is reserved between the two prefabricated shear wall pieces, the mutually-crossed parts of the exposed cable sleeves 2 of the two prefabricated shear wall pieces form a round-hole-shaped fixing ring 15, and a first fixing steel bar 401 is inserted along the fixing ring 15 from top to bottom;
after two adjacent first prefabricated shear wall pieces 101 along the length direction of the prefabricated shear wall pieces and two adjacent second prefabricated shear wall pieces 102 along the width direction of the prefabricated shear wall pieces are installed by the same method, the concrete baffles 9 of the four prefabricated shear wall pieces form a closed rectangular second cavity 15, a second fixing reinforcing steel bar 5 is also inserted into a round hole-shaped fixing ring 15 formed by crossing two cable sleeves 3 on the side surface, and the first cavity 6 and the second cavity 13 are filled with bonding mortar 14 for filling.
It is thus clear that, above-mentioned laminating formula precast shear wall's work progress through dividing into two precast shear wall pieces with the shear wall, the thickness of precast shear wall piece can be unanimous. Embedding a metal corrugated pipe 2 and a cable sleeve 3 in the shear wall, fixing two prefabricated shear wall pieces through the cable sleeve 3 and a fixing steel bar 4, and attaching the prefabricated shear wall pieces together in a mode that a first cavity 6 in the middle of the prefabricated shear wall pieces is filled with grouting material 12; the upper shear wall and the lower shear wall are connected in a mode that the metal corrugated pipe 2 is inserted into the connecting steel bar 11. The attaching type prefabricated shear wall and the construction method thereof effectively solve the problem of defects caused by sleeve grouting connection. Meanwhile, the attaching type prefabricated shear wall is high in construction efficiency, less in using amount of workers, extremely less in field wet operation amount and great in economic benefit.

1. The fitted precast shear wall of claim 2, wherein the corrugated pipes (2) are embedded in both ends of the precast shear wall segment (1), respectively; the fixed reinforcing steel bars (4) comprise first fixed reinforcing steel bars (401) and second fixed reinforcing steel bars (5), the prefabricated shear wall pieces (1) are crossed and overlapped with the cable sleeves (3) of the first prefabricated shear wall pieces (101) adjacent to the prefabricated shear wall pieces along the length direction of the prefabricated shear wall pieces, the first fixed reinforcing steel bars (501) are inserted into the fixed rings (15), and the prefabricated shear wall pieces (1) are crossed and overlapped with the cable sleeves (3) of the second prefabricated shear wall pieces (102) adjacent to the prefabricated shear wall pieces along the width direction of the prefabricated shear wall pieces and the second fixed reinforcing steel bars (5) are inserted into the fixed rings (15).

The laminated precast shear wall of claim 2, wherein the precast shear wall segment (1) is provided with concrete baffles (9) at both ends; the second prefabricated shear wall piece (102) and a third prefabricated shear wall piece (103), a prefabricated shear wall piece (1) and a first prefabricated shear wall piece (101) which are adjacent along the length direction of the second prefabricated shear wall piece form a closed second cavity (13) together with concrete baffles (9) of the four prefabricated shear wall pieces (1), and bonding mortar (14) is poured into the first cavity (6) and the second cavity (13).
6. The method of constructing a conformable precast shear wall of any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
splitting the shear wall into at least two prefabricated shear wall pieces (1);
pre-burying a corrugated pipe (2) in the prefabricated shear wall sheet (1);
an annular cable sleeve (3) is sleeved outside the corrugated pipe (2);
the cable sleeves (3) which are matched and corresponding in position on the adjacent prefabricated shear wall pieces (1) are crossed and overlapped to form an annular fixing ring (15);
and inserting fixing steel bars (4) into the fixing rings (15), so that the adjacent prefabricated shear wall pieces (1) are fixedly connected through the fixing steel bars (4) inserted into the fixing rings (15).

The construction method of the attached prefabricated shear wall according to claim 6, wherein when the shear wall is split into at least two prefabricated shear wall pieces (1), a first cavity (6) is reserved between the adjacent prefabricated shear wall pieces (1); arranging a limiting block (10) on the inner side wall of the prefabricated shear wall piece (1) on the inner wall of at least one side of the first cavity (6); embedding a reinforcing mesh in the prefabricated shear wall sheet (1); pre-burying a corrugated pipe (2) at a position, which is in the prefabricated shear wall piece (1) and is attached to the reinforcing mesh piece; connecting steel bars (11) are inserted into the corrugated pipe (2); and grouting the corrugated pipe (6) with grouting material (12).

The construction method of the attaching type precast shear wall according to claim 6, wherein when the corrugated pipe (2) is externally sleeved with the annular cable sleeve (3), one end of the cable sleeve (3) is sleeved on the corrugated pipe (2), and the other end of the cable sleeve (3) is exposed out of the precast shear wall piece (1); arranging a notch (100) on the inner side wall of the prefabricated shear wall sheet (1) on the side wall of the first cavity (6) and at the position of the cable sleeve (3); the direction of a notch (100) on the inner side wall of each adjacent prefabricated shear wall piece (1) is opposite, a concave hole is formed by combination, the fixing ring (15) is located at the position of the concave hole, and the fixing steel bar (4) is inserted into the fixing ring (15) and the concave hole.

The construction method of the laminated prefabricated shear wall according to claim 7, wherein concrete baffles (9) are arranged at two ends of the prefabricated shear wall piece (1); and (2) forming a closed second cavity (13) by using concrete baffles (9) of the two adjacent prefabricated shear wall pieces (1) along the length direction of the prefabricated shear wall piece (1) and the four prefabricated shear wall pieces (1) of the two adjacent prefabricated shear wall pieces (1) along the width direction of the prefabricated shear wall piece (1), and filling bonding mortar (14) into the first cavity (6) and the second cavity (13).
