The machine vision-based road traffic sign recognition system according to claim 1, wherein the wind power generation system comprises a fixed cylinder (18), an N magnetic pole (14) and an S magnetic pole (15), a fixed plate is fixed on the inner wall of the fixed cylinder (18) through a bolt, a rotating rod (20) is connected to the outer wall of one side of the fixed plate through a bearing, fan blades (19) distributed at equal intervals are arranged on the outer wall of the rotating rod (20), a conductor bar (16) is arranged at one end of the rotating rod (20), and the conductor bar (16) is arranged between the N magnetic pole (14) and the S magnetic pole (15).
