本发明公开了一种管材生产用废管多级粉碎装置,包括支撑机构、研磨机构和限流机构,所述支撑机构包括底座、粉碎箱、进料口和粉碎箱门,且底座上设置有粉碎箱,所述粉碎箱顶部开设有进料口,所述研磨机构包括电机、研磨板、研磨槽、防护板、研磨块、引流板和液压缸,限流机构包括第一限流板、第二限流板和通孔,所述传动轴的顶端贯穿第二限流板与固定块连接。该管材生产用废管多级粉碎装置,设置有第二破碎刀和第二限流板,在电机的作用下第二破碎刀可对管材碎屑进行初次粉碎,同时第二限流板可对初次粉碎之后的管材进行筛分,而破碎不充分即尺寸过大的管材碎屑将继续留在第二限流板的顶部接受第二破碎刀的旋转破碎,从而便于提高破碎的均匀性。

本发明涉及管材生产技术领域,具体为一种管材生产用废管多级粉碎装置。
背景技术
管材在使用完毕或破损后为了节约资源,以及避免废旧管材污染环境大多会对其进行回收,对废旧管材进行回收之后需要对其进行粉碎融化,然后将再制成新的管材,因此需要使用到粉碎装置对废旧管材进行粉碎。现有的管材用粉碎装置大多粉碎效率较低,且只具备一道粉碎工序,从而容易出现粉碎不均匀的现象,针对上述问题,需要对现有设备进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种管材生产用废管多级粉碎装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的管材用粉碎装置大多粉碎效率较低,且只具备一道粉碎工序,从而容易出现粉碎不均匀的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种管材生产用废管多级粉碎装置,包括支撑机构、研磨机构和限流机构,
所述支撑机构包括底座、粉碎箱、进料口和粉碎箱门,且底座上设置有粉碎箱,所述粉碎箱顶部开设有进料口,且粉碎箱的前侧连接有出料机构,同时出料机构上连接有辅助机构;
所述研磨机构包括电机、研磨板、研磨槽、防护板、研磨块、引流板和液压缸,且电机设置在底座内,同时电机的输出端与传动轴连接,所述传动轴上连接有研磨板,且研磨板设置在粉碎箱内,同时研磨板上开设有研磨槽,所述研磨槽的外侧设置有防护板,且研磨槽内对称设置有研磨块,同时研磨块通过液压缸与粉碎箱的左右侧壁连接;
限流机构包括第一限流板、第二限流板和通孔,且第一限流板设置在研磨板的上方,同时第一限流板与传动轴连接,所述传动轴的顶端贯穿第二限流板与固定块连接,且第二限流板设置在第一限流板的上方,同时固定块上连接有第一破碎刀。
优选的,所述粉碎箱的前侧转动连接有粉碎箱门,且粉碎箱门对应设置在第一破碎刀的前侧,同时粉碎箱门设置在出料机构的上方。
优选的,所述进料口对称设置在粉碎箱的顶部,且进料口呈倾斜状。
优选的,所述引流板对称设置在粉碎箱内,且引流板设置在研磨板与第一限流板之间。
优选的,所述传动轴上连接有第二破碎刀,且第二破碎刀设置在第二限流板的上方。
优选的,所述第二限流板与粉碎箱的内壁固定连接,且第二限流板与第一限流板上均呈环形阵列状分布有通孔。
优选的,所述出料机构包括出料箱、抽尘扇、过滤网、出料管和出料孔,且出料箱对应设置在研磨板的前侧,同时出料箱的前侧连接有抽尘扇,所述抽尘扇的后侧设置有过滤网,且过滤网与出料箱固定连接,所述出料箱的后侧壁上开设有出料孔,且出料箱的底部连接有出料管。
优选的,所述出料孔均匀的设置在出料箱的后侧壁上。
优选的,所述辅助机构包括固定板、电动伸缩杆和清洁刷,且固定板设置在出料箱的后侧壁上,所述固定板上对称设置有电动伸缩杆,且电动伸缩杆的底部与清洁刷连接,同时清洁刷与出料孔接触。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该管材生产用废管多级粉碎装置,
(1)设置有电机,在电机的作用下第一破碎刀可对进料口内的废旧管材进行旋转切割,使其分解成体积较小的碎屑,从而便于后续对其进行粉碎,进而便于提高装置的加工效率;
(2)设置有第二破碎刀和第二限流板,在电机的作用下第二破碎刀可对管材碎屑进行初次粉碎,同时第二限流板可对初次粉碎之后的管材进行筛分,而破碎不充分即尺寸过大的管材碎屑将继续留在第二限流板的顶部接受第二破碎刀的旋转破碎,从而便于提高破碎的均匀性;
(3)设置有液压缸,液压缸可带动研磨块对旋转的研磨板上的管材碎屑进行研磨粉碎,从而便于提高装置的粉碎质量,同时设置有第一限流板,旋转的第一限流板可对第二限流板筛分的符合要求的管材碎屑的数量进行限制,从而便于防止管材碎屑过多而堆积在研磨板上;
(4)设置有抽尘扇,抽尘扇可通过出料孔将研磨破碎之后的管材碎屑进行抽取至出料箱内并通过出料管排出,而不符合要求的将被阻挡在出料孔外侧,从而便于进一步保证破碎的均匀性;
(5)设置有电动伸缩杆,电动伸缩杆可带动清洁刷对依附在出料孔外侧的颗粒较大的管材碎屑进行扫刷,使其掉落在研磨板继续接受研磨,从而可有效防止其堵塞出料孔,进而便于保证装置正常工作。

请参阅图1-6,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种管材生产用废管多级粉碎装置,如图1、图2、图3和图6所示,支撑机构1包括底座101、粉碎箱102、进料口103和粉碎箱门104,且底座101上设置有粉碎箱102,粉碎箱102顶部开设有进料口103,进料口103对称设置在粉碎箱102的顶部,且进料口103呈倾斜状,倾斜的进料口103便于防止管材在切割的过程中意外掉落到装置外,从而便于优化装置的内部结构,粉碎箱102的前侧转动连接有粉碎箱门104,且粉碎箱门104对应设置在第一破碎刀6的前侧,同时粉碎箱门104设置在出料机构8的上方,工作人员可通过打开粉碎箱门104来对第二限流板402上的残留的管材碎屑进行清理,且粉碎箱102的前侧连接有出料机构8,出料机构8包括出料箱801、抽尘扇802、过滤网803、出料管804和出料孔805,且出料箱 801对应设置在研磨板202的前侧,同时出料箱801的前侧连接有抽尘扇802,抽尘扇802的后侧设置有过滤网803,且过滤网803与出料箱801固定连接,过滤网803便于防止粉碎之后的管材碎屑与抽尘扇802接触,从而便于使管材碎屑从出料管804排出,出料箱801的后侧壁上开设有出料孔805,且出料箱801 的底部连接有出料管804,出料孔805均匀的设置在出料箱801的后侧壁上,多个出料孔805便于提高装置的出料速度,同时出料机构8上连接有辅助机构9,辅助机构9包括固定板901、电动伸缩杆902和清洁刷903,且固定板901设置在出料箱801的后侧壁上,固定板901上对称设置有电动伸缩杆902,且电动伸缩杆902的底部与清洁刷903连接,同时清洁刷903与出料孔805接触,电动伸缩杆902可带动清洁刷903将出料孔805外侧的管材碎屑即不符合要求尺寸较大的管材碎屑刷落至研磨板202上,从而便于防止其堵塞出料孔805,进而便于保证装置的正常出料。
如图2、图4和图5所示,研磨机构2包括电机201、研磨板202、研磨槽 203、防护板204、研磨块205、引流板206和液压缸207,且电机201设置在底座101内,同时电机201的输出端与传动轴3连接,传动轴3上连接有研磨板 202,且研磨板202设置在粉碎箱102内,同时研磨板202上开设有研磨槽203,研磨槽203起到存储管道碎屑的作用,研磨槽203的外侧设置有防护板204,防护板204便于防止管道碎屑从研磨板202上掉落下来,且研磨槽203内对称设置有研磨块205,同时研磨块205通过液压缸207与粉碎箱102的左右侧壁连接,液压缸207可带动研磨块205在研磨槽203内进行移动,从而便于加快研磨块 205对管道碎屑的研磨粉碎工作,引流板206对称设置在粉碎箱102内,且引流板206设置在研磨板202与第一限流板401之间,引流板206便于将第一限流板401排出的管材碎屑引导滑落至研磨板202上,从而便于研磨板202和研磨块205对其进行研磨破碎,限流机构4包括第一限流板401、第二限流板402和通孔403,且第一限流板401设置在研磨板202的上方,同时第一限流板401与传动轴3连接,传动轴3的顶端贯穿第二限流板402与固定块5连接,且固定块5上连接有第一破碎刀6,传动轴3上连接有第二破碎刀7,且第二破碎刀7 设置在第二限流板402的上方,第二破碎刀7便于对堆积在第二限流板402上不合格的管材碎屑进行粉碎,从而便于提高粉碎的均匀性,且第二限流板402 设置在第一限流板401的上方,第二限流板402与粉碎箱102的内壁固定连接,且第二限流板402与第一限流板401上均呈环形阵列状分布有通孔403,当第二限流板402上的通孔403与第一限流板401上的通孔403重合时,管材碎屑将会通过重合的通孔403掉落至研磨板202上,同理当两组通孔403不重合时,管材碎屑不会掉落到研磨板202,从而便于对掉落到研磨板202上的管材碎屑的数量进行限制,从而便于防止因研磨板202上堆积的管材碎屑过多而影响装置的研磨破碎工作,进而便于提高装置结构的合理性。
工作原理:在使用该管材生产用废管多级粉碎装置时,首先连接电源启动装置,电机201将通过传动轴3带动研磨板202、第一限流板401、第二破碎刀 7和第一破碎刀6进行旋转,接着将废旧管材通过进料口103放入粉碎箱102内,旋转的第一破碎刀6可对进入废旧管材进行旋转切割使其破碎成小块,破碎之后的小块管材将被第二破碎刀7进行再次破碎,从而可使其粉碎成更小的管材碎屑,粉碎之后的管材碎屑将掉落至第二限流板402上,当第一限流板401上的通孔403旋转至与第二限流板402上的通孔403重合时,符合要求的管材碎屑将通过重合的通孔403掉落至引流板206上,而不符合要求的管材碎屑将留在第二限流板402的顶部继续接受第二破碎刀7的破碎,掉落至引流板206上的管材碎屑将被引流滑落至研磨板202上,同时掉落在研磨板202上的管材碎屑将在离心力的作用下将向研磨板202的边缘移动即移动至研磨板202与研磨块205之间,从而即可利用研磨块205和旋转的研磨板202对管材碎屑进行研磨粉碎,同时液压缸207将研磨块205进行移动,从而便于提高装置的破碎效率,另一方面抽尘扇802将通过出料箱801上的出料孔805对研磨板202上研磨粉碎的管材碎屑进行抽取,抽取的管材碎屑将通过出料箱801底部的出料管 804排出,同时电动伸缩杆902可带动清洁刷903将依附在出料孔805外侧的即不符合要求的管材碎屑刷落至研磨板202上,使其继续接受研磨粉碎,这就完成了全部工作,本说明书中未作详细描述的内容属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。

所述研磨机构(2)包括电机(201)、研磨板(202)、研磨槽(203)、防护板(204)、研磨块(205)、引流板(206)和液压缸(207),且电机(201)设置在底座(101)内,同时电机(201)的输出端与传动轴(3)连接,所述传动轴(3)上连接有研磨板(202),且研磨板(202)设置在粉碎箱(102)内,同时研磨板(202)上开设有研磨槽(203),所述研磨槽(203)的外侧设置有防护板(204),且研磨槽(203)内对称设置有研磨块(205),同时研磨块(205)通过液压缸(207)与粉碎箱(102)的左右侧壁连接;
限流机构(4)包括第一限流板(401)、第二限流板(402)和通孔(403),且第一限流板(401)设置在研磨板(202)的上方,同时第一限流板(401)与传动轴(3)连接,所述传动轴(3)的顶端贯穿第二限流板(402)与固定块(5)连接,且第二限流板(402)设置在第一限流板(401)的上方,同时固定块(5)上连接有第一破碎刀(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种管材生产用废管多级粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述粉碎箱(102)的前侧转动连接有粉碎箱门(104),且粉碎箱门(104)对应设置在第一破碎刀(6)的前侧,同时粉碎箱门(104)设置在出料机构(8)的上方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种管材生产用废管多级粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述进料口(103)对称设置在粉碎箱(102)的顶部,且进料口(103)呈倾斜状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种管材生产用废管多级粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述引流板(206)对称设置在粉碎箱(102)内,且引流板(206)设置在研磨板(202)与第一限流板(401)之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种管材生产用废管多级粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述传动轴(3)上连接有第二破碎刀(7),且第二破碎刀(7)设置在第二限流板(402)的上方。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种管材生产用废管多级粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述第二限流板(402)与粉碎箱(102)的内壁固定连接,且第二限流板(402)与第一限流板(401)上均呈环形阵列状分布有通孔(403)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种管材生产用废管多级粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述出料机构(8)包括出料箱(801)、抽尘扇(802)、过滤网(803)、出料管(804)和出料孔(805),且出料箱(801)对应设置在研磨板(202)的前侧,同时出料箱(801)的前侧连接有抽尘扇(802),所述抽尘扇(802)的后侧设置有过滤网(803),且过滤网(803)与出料箱(801)固定连接,所述出料箱(801)的后侧壁上开设有出料孔(805),且出料箱(801)的底部连接有出料管(804)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种管材生产用废管多级粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述出料孔(805)均匀的设置在出料箱(801)的后侧壁上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种管材生产用废管多级粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述辅助机构(9)包括固定板(901)、电动伸缩杆(902)和清洁刷(903),且固定板(901)设置在出料箱(801)的后侧壁上,所述固定板(901)上对称设置有电动伸缩杆(902),且电动伸缩杆(902)的底部与清洁刷(903)连接,同时清洁刷(903)与出料孔(805)接触。
