5. The Chinese medicinal composition for treating rhinitis according to claim 4, wherein the dried cortex Phellodendri is baked in an oven at 130 deg.C for 200min, and stirred once at intervals of 8-10 min.
6. The Chinese medicinal composition for treating rhinitis according to claim 4, wherein the dried fructus Xanthii is baked in an oven at 150 ℃ for 100min, stirred once for 30min, and then baked in an oven at 170 ℃ for 100min, and stirred once at intervals of 30 min.
7. The traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating rhinitis according to claim 4, wherein the dried radix angelicae dahuricae is baked in an oven at 130 ℃ for 90min, and stirred once at an interval of 15-20 min.
8. A Chinese medicinal preparation for treating rhinitis, which is prepared from the Chinese medicinal composition of any one of claims 1 to 7 alone or together with pharmaceutically acceptable carriers or adjuvants.

The traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating rhinitis according to claim 8, which is a traditional Chinese medicine powder, and the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine powder comprises the following steps: respectively taking the carbonized phellodendron, the carbonized cocklebur fruit and the carbonized angelica root, and uniformly mixing to obtain the product.
10. Use of the Chinese medicinal composition for treating rhinitis according to any one of claims 1 to 7 or the Chinese medicinal preparation for treating rhinitis according to any one of claims 8 to 9 in the preparation of a medicament for treating rhinitis.
