Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating rhinitis, preparation and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating rhinitis, a preparation and an application thereof.
Background
Rhinitis, an inflammatory disease of the nasal cavity, is inflammation of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity caused by viruses, bacteria, allergens, various physicochemical factors and certain systemic diseases. The clinical symptoms comprise nasal obstruction, nasal discharge, hyposmia, headache, dizziness, inappetence, tiredness, hypomnesis, insomnia and the like.
The existing method for treating rhinitis mainly comprises glucocorticoid, nasal cavity cleaning and intranasal decongestant, wherein the glucocorticoid is the first choice for the current chronic rhinitis, has good anti-inflammatory effect, can be locally applied or systemically applied, and can effectively control the inflammatory reaction and allergic reaction of allergic rhinitis, but if the glucocorticoid is contacted with allergen again after the drug is stopped, the recurrent attack of the allergic rhinitis can occur. For the patient with more or more nasal secretion, the nasal cavity can be cleaned by normal saline to remove the nasal secretion and improve the ventilation of the nasal cavity, and the nasal cavity cleaning generally only has the function of relieving and cannot radically cure rhinitis. The nasal decongestant can be oxymetazoline hydrochloride spray, and is not suitable for continuous application for more than 7 days. If the product needs to be used continuously, the operation is interrupted for 3 to 5 days. Long-term application of 0.5% -1% ephedrine nose drops can damage nasal mucosa cilium structure, and should be avoided as much as possible. It is forbidden for treating rhinitis due to its proven effect.
The existing methods for treating rhinitis also have the following disadvantages: 1. patients need to go to a hospital for treatment, which is time-consuming and labor-consuming; 2. when the nasal mucosa of a patient is damaged, the treatment effect of most of the existing medicines is poor, and the healing of the damaged part can be delayed sometimes; 3. the existing method for treating rhinitis mainly adopts hormone and antimicrobial drugs, is incomplete in treating rhinitis and easy to repeat, and has more side effects of the hormone.
