Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bread makers, in particular to a bread maker with an air steaming function.
Background
Bread machine, simply speaking is the machine of making bread of full automaticity. It is essentially different from toaster, which is a toaster sheet machine. The main function of the bread maker is to make various breads by using raw materials such as flour, rice and the like and other auxiliary materials. The bread has different flavors due to different auxiliary materials. The bread made by the bread machine is mainly divided into ordinary bread, French bread, whole-wheat or coarse-cereal bread, bread with wind and sweet taste, the bread machine automatically completes the bread making procedures such as dough making, fermentation, baking and the like after the ingredients are put in the bread machine according to the set procedures, and the bread machine can make bread, yogurt, rice wine, dried meat floss and even ice cream added into some machines. The bread maker having the manual mode function can also make fancy bread of various shapes.
The following problems exist in the prior art:
1. in the prior art, some bread makers are manufactured in a baking mode, so that the phenomenon of baking, burning and scorching easily occurs, not only is the bread material wasted, but also the use experience of a user is greatly influenced, and a bread maker using steam is provided;
2. in the prior art, some bread makers need to add some seasonings to improve the color and the taste of bread in the making process, the seasonings are agglomerated due to one-time addition, the bread makers cannot be well mixed with bread materials, the using effect is poor, the applicability of the bread maker is poor, and therefore structural innovation is needed to solve specific problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a bread maker with an air steaming function, wherein one purpose is to solve the problems that some bread makers are manufactured in a baking mode, the phenomenon of baking and scorching easily occurs, not only is bread materials wasted, but also the use experience of a user is greatly influenced, and the bread maker using air steaming is provided; the other purpose is to solve the problems that some seasonings need to be added to improve the color and the taste of bread in the making process of some bread makers, the seasonings are agglomerated due to one-time addition, cannot be well mixed with bread materials, and the using effect is poor, so that the effect of adding the seasonings in a certain amount is achieved.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a bread maker with a steaming function comprises a bread maker main body, wherein a top cover plate is movably connected with the bread maker main body, a water inlet is fixedly connected with the right end of the bread maker main body, a stirring box is arranged in the bread maker main body, a driving motor is fixedly connected with the bottom end in the bread maker main body, a driving rotating shaft is arranged at the upper end of the driving motor, the upper end of the driving rotating shaft penetrates through and extends into the stirring box, a stirring shaft is arranged outside the driving rotating shaft, a steam transmission element is fixedly connected with the bottom end in the stirring box, a steaming device is fixedly connected with the lower end of the stirring box, a seasoning device is fixedly connected with the right end of the stirring box, the left end of the seasoning device penetrates through and extends to the inner wall of the right end of the stirring box, a seasoning groove is arranged in the seasoning device, and a connecting rotating shaft is arranged at the left end of the seasoning device, and the upper end and the lower end of the connecting rotating shaft are rotationally connected with the upper inner wall and the lower inner wall of the seasoning groove, and the outer wall of the connecting rotating shaft is fixedly connected with a material distributing element.
By adopting the technical scheme, the three groups of material distributing elements are uniformly distributed on the outer wall of the connecting rotating shaft, and the size of the material distributing elements is matched with one half of the size of the seasoning groove.
The technical scheme of the invention is further improved as follows: the stirring mechanism is characterized in that a stirring element is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the stirring shaft, a sliding block is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the stirring shaft, a fixed connecting rod is fixedly connected to the right end of the driving rotating shaft, and a pulley is rotatably connected to the right end of the fixed connecting rod.
By adopting the technical scheme, the nylon slide way is arranged outside the driving rotating shaft in the scheme.
The technical scheme of the invention is further improved as follows: the inside of (mixing) shaft is seted up flutedly, fixed connection rod is through the pulley and the recess sliding connection that set up.
The technical scheme of the invention is further improved as follows: the inside of agitator tank is provided with the slide, the inside of slide is provided with circular slotted hole.
By adopting the technical scheme, the through hole is formed in the middle of the sliding plate in the scheme and is matched with the outer wall of the driving rotating shaft.
The technical scheme of the invention is further improved as follows: the inside of circular slotted hole is rotated and is connected with rotating element, rotating element's left end fixedly connected with right arc apron, the left end of right side arc apron is provided with left arc apron, the left end fixedly connected with support lead screw of right side arc apron, and support lead screw's right-hand member and the right arc apron inner wall fixed connection who sets up, the right-hand member fixedly connected with backup pad of left side arc apron.
By adopting the technical scheme, the right arc-shaped cover plate and the left arc-shaped cover plate are symmetrical to each other by taking the central line of the circular slotted hole as an axis.
The technical scheme of the invention is further improved as follows: the outer wall of right side arc apron and the inner wall looks adaptation of the circular slotted hole that sets up, right side arc apron rotates with the circular slotted hole through the rotating element who sets up to be connected, the draw-in groove has been seted up to the inside of left side arc apron, and the outer wall of support lead screw and the draw-in groove joint that sets up.
By adopting the technical scheme, the supporting screw rod in the scheme is clamped with the supporting plate.
The technical scheme of the invention is further improved as follows: the left end and the right end of the sliding plate are connected with the inner wall of the stirring box in a sliding mode, and the inner wall of the circular slotted hole is matched with the outer wall of the arranged steam transmission element.
The technical scheme of the invention is further improved as follows: the inside fixedly connected with heater of steaming device, the inside bottom fixedly connected with heating tube of steaming device, the heater is on same water flat line with the heating tube that sets up, the right-hand member fixedly connected with pipeline of steaming device, and the right-hand member of pipeline and the left end fixed connection of the water inlet that sets up.
By adopting the technical scheme, the water inlet and the pipeline are arranged in the scheme, so that a water source can be transmitted to the inside of the steam device.
The technical scheme of the invention is further improved as follows: the stirring shaft is rotatably connected with the driving rotating shaft, and the inner wall of the stirring shaft is matched with the outer wall of the driving rotating shaft.
The technical scheme of the invention is further improved as follows: the steam transmission element is internally provided with a through hole which penetrates through the bottom of the stirring box and extends to the inside of the steam device.
By adopting the technical scheme, the plurality of steam transmission elements are uniformly distributed at the upper end of the sliding plate, and the upper end of each steam transmission element is provided with the circular slotted hole corresponding to the society.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the technical progress that:
1. the invention provides a bread maker with a steaming function, which is ingeniously designed, adopts the combination of a stirring box and a seasoning device, utilizes a stirring element to stir a material distribution element, and drives a connecting rotating shaft to rotate, so that seasonings in the seasoning device can be stirred into the stirring box, and can be conveniently mixed with bread materials in stirring according to the arrangement of a stirring shaft and the stirring element, and the phenomenon that the seasonings are agglomerated due to the fact that the seasonings are added at one time is avoided.
2. The invention provides a bread maker with a steaming function, which adopts the combination arrangement of a stirring shaft, a driving rotating shaft and a sliding block, and can realize that when the driving rotating shaft rotates, the stirring shaft descends along the driving rotating shaft according to the increasing resistance of external bread conglobation so as to compress a supporting plate, and then a steam transmission element arranged at the bottom of a stirring box is exposed according to the extrusion pressure, so that the steam at the lower end is convenient to rise, and the bread can be steamed.
3. The invention provides a bread maker with a steaming function, which can seal a circular groove hole when stirring is carried out at the upper end through the arrangement of a supporting plate and the circular groove hole, can lead the supporting plate to descend according to the pressure applied to the supporting plate by a stirring shaft when the upper end surface is packed into a ball, and can push a supporting screw rod to be separated from the supporting plate according to the arrangement of a rotating element and a right arc-shaped cover plate, thereby exposing a steam transmission element and steaming bread materials stirred in a stirring box.
4. The invention provides a bread maker with an air steaming function, which can heat a water source added in an air steaming device through the arrangement of a heater and a heating pipeline so as to generate steam, and then the steam can be transmitted to the inside of a stirring box according to the arrangement that a steam transmission element penetrates and extends to the inside of the air steaming device, so that bread materials can be steamed conveniently.

As shown in fig. 1-6, the present invention provides a bread maker with steaming function, which comprises a bread maker main body 1, a top cover plate 2 movably connected to the bread maker main body 1, a water inlet 3 fixedly connected to the right end of the bread maker main body 1, a control element arranged at the upper end of the bread maker main body 1, a acrylic plate arranged on the bread maker for controlling the bread maker in time by the control element, a stirring box 4 arranged inside the bread maker main body 1, a driving motor 45 fixedly connected to the bottom end of the bread maker main body 1, a driving shaft 43 arranged at the upper end of the driving motor 45, a stirring shaft 41 arranged outside the stirring box 4 and extending through the upper end of the driving shaft 43, and a steam transmission element 44 fixedly connected to the bottom end of the stirring box 4, lower extreme fixedly connected with vapor evaporation device 6 of agitator tank 4, the through-hole has been seted up to steam transmission element 44's inside, the through-hole runs through the bottom of agitator tank 4, and the through-hole extends to vapor evaporation device 6's inside, agitator tank 4's right-hand member fixedly connected with condiments device 7, and the left end of condiments device 7 runs through and extends to agitator tank 4 right-hand member inner wall, condiments groove 73 has been seted up to condiments device 7's inside, condiments groove 71 has been put to the left end of condiments device 7, and the upper and lower both ends of connecting pivot 71 are connected with the upper and lower inner wall rotation of the condiments groove 73 that sets up, the outer wall fixedly connected with of connecting pivot 71 divides material element 72, agitator tank 4 and the combination of condiments device 7, it divides material element 72 to stir to utilize stirring element 42, thereby drive connecting pivot 71 and rotate, thereby alright in order to stir the inside condiments of condiments device to the inside of agitator tank 4.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the folding arrangement of the top cover plate 2 and the bread maker main body 1 is utilized to open the top cover plate 2, then bread materials and bread seasonings are added into the top cover plate 2, then the driving motor 45 is started through the control device at the upper end of the top cover plate 2, so that the stirring element 42 is driven to stir the bread materials according to the combination of the stirring shaft 41 and the stirring element 42, the arranged material dividing element 72 is stirred through the stirring element 42 during stirring, so that the connecting rotating shaft 71 is rotated, so that the bread seasoning components can be transmitted to the inside of the bread box 4, according to the increasing resistance of the bread stirring, the stirring shaft 41 drives the sliding block 413 to rotate downwards along the outside of the driving rotating shaft 43, so that the supporting plate 5 is pushed to move downwards, according to the steam transmission element 44 arranged at the lower end, and then according to the arrangement of the rotating element 52 and the right arc-shaped cover plate 53 and the left arc-shaped cover plate 55, thereby pushing the support screw 54 and the support plate 56 away from each other, then cooking the water source transmitted inside the steaming device 6 according to the arrangement of the heater 61 and the heating pipeline 62, and then transmitting the steam to the inside of the stirring box 4 by the steam transmission element 44 which is arranged in a penetrating way.
