Abstract
The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a wheat primary color soaked specimen, which specifically comprises the following steps: (1) performing early-stage treatment, namely collecting a wheat sample, cleaning the wheat sample, and disinfecting the wheat sample; (2) preparing a wheat primary color infusion solution, wherein the wheat primary color infusion solution comprises a solution A and a solution B; solution a included per liter: 25mL of ethanol solution, 25g of copper acetate, 50mL of garlic juice, 5g of sodium chloride, 25mL of glycerol and 5g of boric acid; solution B included per liter: 37.5mL of sulfurous acid and 9mL of glycerol; (3) and (3) preparing a wheat primary color soaked specimen, fixing a wheat sample in the solution A, taking out the wheat sample, cleaning, putting the wheat sample in the solution B, and sealing and storing the wheat sample by using vaseline to obtain the wheat primary color soaked specimen. The primary color soaked wheat specimen is prepared through soaking fresh wheat material in chemical solution to maintain the original color and shape of wheat specimen, and the original color and shape of wheat root, stem, leaf, ear, etc. may be seen visually.
However, the chemical components contained in the wheat plant body are complex, and the chemical change rule is difficult to master, thereby bringing great difficulty to the preparation of the wheat primary color infusion specimen.

(3) preparation of primary-color wheat soaked specimen
Firstly, placing the wheat sample into the solution A for fixation, taking out the wheat sample, cleaning the wheat sample, then placing the wheat sample into the solution B, and sealing and storing the wheat sample by using vaseline to obtain the wheat primary color infusion specimen.
The invention has the beneficial effects that the solution A can make the wheat sample more stable in property and more bright in color and has the bactericidal effect; the wheat sample treated by the solution B can be preserved for a long time.

solution a included per liter: 25mL of ethanol aqueous solution with volume concentration of 95%, 25g of copper acetate, 50mL of garlic juice, 5g of sodium chloride, 25mL of glycerol and 5g of boric acid, adding distilled water to 1L, and uniformly stirring;
solution B included per liter: adding 37.5mL of sulfurous acid and 9mL of glycerol into 1L of distilled water, and uniformly stirring;
(3) preparation of primary-color wheat soaked specimen

The method for preparing the wheat primary color infusion specimen specifically comprises the following steps:

solution B included per liter: 38mL of sulfurous acid and 9mL of glycerol are added with distilled water to 1L and stirred uniformly;
(3) preparation of primary-color wheat soaked specimen
Firstly, placing a wheat sample in the solution A for fixing for 18h, taking out the wheat sample, cleaning the wheat sample, then placing the wheat sample in the solution B, and sealing and storing the wheat sample by using vaseline to obtain the wheat primary color soaked specimen.

solution B included per liter: 40mL of sulfurous acid and 10mL of glycerol are added with distilled water to 1L and stirred uniformly;
(3) preparation of primary-color wheat soaked specimen
