Abstract

一种电连接器,包括纵长的本体、若干端子及金属壳体。本体包括向前贯穿的对接腔,以及形成对接腔的顶壁、底壁、后壁及两个相对侧壁。端子包括向前凸伸入对接腔的接触部。金属壳体包括与本体对应的顶板、底板及两个相对侧板,顶板在临近对接腔的开口处撕裂出向下弯折的抵压部36,顶板与底板在其后边缘处一体连接有连接板37,连接板一体向前延伸出连接部38,连接部延伸入对接腔且设有可插入柔性板对应的锁扣缺口的锁扣凸381,按压顶板可促使抵压部抵顶连接部移动,带动锁扣凸脱离锁扣缺口而实现对柔性板的解扣。本发明之转压板形成在顶板,连接部自位于后壁的连接板延伸出,两者彼此独立,按压偏移时减少对金属壳体的其他结构产生联动,同时使得按压行程的设计更加简单。

Description

电连接器
【技术领域】
本发明有关一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种用来接插柔性板的电连接器。
【背景技术】
中国发明专利CN102651519B揭示了一种连接器装置,能够以实现整体小型化及减少构成部件的数量的结构和简单的操作,选择性地使插入外壳的布线板状部件成为卡扣状态以及卡扣解除状态。在局部性地覆盖外壳的导电性壳体上,一体形成与插入外壳的柔性印刷布线基板中的切口卡合部卡合而处于卡扣柔性印刷布线基板的状态的卡扣部、解除卡扣部卡扣柔性印刷布线基板的的状态的解除操作部,解除操作部覆盖外壳的上方板状部的大部分。然后,在实际使用过程中,因上方板状部与卡合部直接相连,多次按动上方板状部后,容易对整个金属外壳的稳定有影响,而且,按动上方板状部对解除锁扣的变形行程不易控制。
因此,确有必要提供一种改进的电连接器,以克服上述缺陷。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种电连接器,其具有改良的锁扣及解扣结构。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种电连接器,用于接插一具有锁扣缺口的柔性板,所述电连接器包括纵长的本体、若干端子及金属壳体;所述本体包括向前贯穿的对接腔,以及形成所述对接腔的顶壁、底壁、后壁及两个相对侧壁;所述端子沿所述本体的纵长方向排列,并包括向前凸伸入所述对接腔的接触部;所述金属壳体包括与所述本体对应的顶板、底板及两个相对侧板;所述顶板在临近对接腔的开口处撕裂出向下弯折的抵压部,所述顶板与底板在其后边缘处一体连接有连接板,所述连接板一体向前延伸出连接部,所述连接部延伸入所述对接腔且设有可插入所述柔性板对应的锁扣缺口的锁扣凸,按压所述顶板可促使所述抵压部抵顶所述连接部移动,带动所述锁扣凸脱离所述锁扣缺口而实现对柔性板的解扣。
与现有技术相比,本发明之转压板形成在顶板,连接部自位于后壁的连接板延伸出,两者彼此独立,按压偏移时减少对金属壳体的其他结构产生联动,同时使得按压行程的设计更加简单。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
参图1-9所示,本发明为一种电连接器100,其用于接插一具有锁扣缺口201的柔性板200,电连接器安装在一电路板300上,从而将柔性板200与电路板300建立电性连接。具体参图4-7所示,电连接器100包括右绝缘材料制成的纵长的本体10、若干端子20及金属壳体30。本体10包括向前贯穿的对接腔11,以及形成所述对接腔11的顶壁12、底壁13、后壁14及两个相对侧壁15。端子20沿本体的纵长方向排列,其包括向前凸伸入对接腔11的接触部21、延伸出本体后壁或者底壁的接脚23,以及连接所述接触部21与接脚23的固定部22。柔性板200自前向后插入对接腔11,而与端子20建立机械及电性连接,接触部21形成在倾斜的弹性臂上,具有弹性,其自上下向下弹性抵接在柔性板200设有的导电金手指。
金属壳体30包括与本体10各壁面对应的顶板32、底板33及两个相对侧板35。金属壳体30基本上是贴覆在本体各个对应壁的外壁面,从而起到遮蔽作用。同时,金属壳体30冲压出多个片状结构,进一步实现锁扣及接地等功能,达成一元件多功能的效应。顶板32在临近对接腔11的开口处撕裂出向下弯折的抵压部36,顶板32与底板33在其后边缘处一体连接有连接板37,连接板一体向前延伸出连接部38。所述连接部38延伸入对接腔11且设有可插入柔性板对应的锁扣缺口201(标示在图5)的锁扣凸381,使用者的一只手按压顶板32向下移动,顶板32带动抵压部36向下抵压在连接部38,使得连接部的锁扣凸381向下移动,从而自柔性板200的锁扣缺口脱离,使用者的另一只手则可以将柔性板200拔出。如上,按压顶板32可促使抵压部36抵顶连接部38移动,带动锁扣凸381脱离锁扣缺口而实现对柔性板200的解扣。拔出后,因金属顶板的回弹性,抵压部36与连接部38回复至自由状态。锁扣凸的前边缘设有倾斜面3811,柔性板200自前向后插入时,柔性板的前端会在倾斜面3811的导引下,向下挤压连接部38,直至柔性板插至最终状态,锁扣凸381恰好与锁扣缺口对齐而落入锁扣缺口内,从而实现锁扣功能。
参图5所示,从前向后的方向看,在本实施例中,顶板32处于自由状态时,即顶板未受到抵压时,抵压部36接触连接部38,如此,只要稍微向下按压顶板32,即可开始促使连接部38移位,可以减少按压行程。或者,在条件允许时,抵压部36可以临近连接部38设置,但这可能需要增加按压行程。可以看出,连接部38自连接板37延伸,而连接板37贴覆在侧壁15的后壁面(图2清楚显示),如此连接板37比较稳定,连接部38的弹性移位,对金属壳体的整体影响较小。
下面介绍各部件的具体结构。所述连接部38包括自连接板37的边缘向前延伸的竖直部382、自竖直部弯折继续向前延伸的水平部383,锁扣凸381位于水平部383的内边缘。抵压部36自顶板32沿前后方向的边缘向下竖直弯折而形成,其包括前板361与后板362,前板的底面构成与水平部383相互作用的抵压面,后板362自前板361的后缘向后延伸而形成,可以看出,后板的底面高于抵压面。从前后方向看,竖直部382位于抵压部36的外侧。底壁33在对应水平部383处设有开口332,用来提供水平部向下移位时的形变空间。
所述金属壳体30的侧板35自底板33向上弯折而形成,其与顶板32并无相连部分,如此,按压顶板32时则不会联动侧板35。
所述本体的顶壁12与侧壁15之间设有容纳槽121,容纳槽121向下连通对接腔11,向上贯穿顶壁12,向后贯穿后壁14,如此,连接部38容纳在容纳槽121内,并可做弹性偏移。容纳槽121向前未贯穿顶壁12,如此,本体在对应对接腔11的开口处,是完整的框体结构122,如此,使得柔性板200的插入时更顺畅,插入后比较稳定。本体的顶壁12的前端未被切除,使得对接框体结构完整,顶壁12在其稍微后方一点处,则被切除,提供顶板32被按压时向下的形变空间123,具体来讲,顶壁32凹陷的最多,侧壁35的顶面在靠近中间部分,则形成斜面351。顶板32自前向后分为前板部321、中板部322及后板部323,抵压部36自前板部321的两个侧缘向下弯折而形成,后板部323贴覆在本体的顶壁或者侧壁,被本体10所支撑,前板部321及中板部322则与顶壁32间隔一定间隙,以供按压时变形空间。斜面351则对应所述中板部322,按压在前板部321,则变形形程最短,斜面则提供中板部322的小变形空间,同时也限制过分按压顶板而造成的不当变形。
所述金属壳体的侧板35在其顶缘向内弯折有扣部353,扣部353扣持在本体的顶壁12。底板33设有沿纵长方向排列的若干弹性指331,弹性指自后向前延伸,穿过底壁13设有的开口而可弹性接触柔性板设有的接地片,进一步加强接地功能,同时弹性指331对柔性板亦有支撑作用。顶板的后缘向下弯折有后板34,后板贴覆在后壁14。侧板35内撕裂形成有安装部354,所述安装部354并未弯折,而是自底板33水平延伸,用来焊接在电路板。请注意的是,本发明所述的前面,是指面对柔性板的方向,底壁是指紧邻电路板的壁面,后面则相对前面而言,顶壁则相对底壁而言。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,用于接插一具有锁扣缺口的柔性板,所述电连接器包括纵长的本体、若干端子及金属壳体;所述本体包括向前贯穿的对接腔,以及形成所述对接腔的顶壁、底壁、后壁及两个相对侧壁;所述端子沿所述本体的纵长方向排列,其包括向前凸伸入所述对接腔的接触部;所述金属壳体包括与所述本体对应的顶板、底板及两个相对的侧板;其特征在于:所述顶板在临近对接腔的开口处撕裂出向下弯折的抵压部,所述顶板与底板在其后边缘处一体连接有连接板,所述连接板的一体向前延伸出连接部,所述连接部延伸入所述对接腔且设有可插入所述柔性板对应的锁扣缺口的锁扣凸,按压所述顶板可促使所述抵压部抵顶所述连接部移动,带动所述锁扣凸脱离所述锁扣缺口而实现对柔性板的解扣。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:在所述顶板未受到抵压时,所述抵压部接触连接部,或者所述抵压部临近所述连接部设置。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述连接部包括自所述连接板的边缘向前延伸的竖直部、自所述竖直部弯折继续向前延伸的水平部,所述锁扣凸位于所述水平部的内边缘。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述抵压部自所述顶板沿前后方向的边缘向下竖直弯折而形成,其包括前板与后板,所述前板的底面构成与所述水平部相互作用的抵压面,所述后板自所述前板的后缘向后延伸而形成,且后板的底面高于所述抵压面。
5.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:从前后方向看,所述竖直部位于所述抵压部的外侧。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述侧板自所述底板向上弯折而形成,且与所述顶板并无相连部分。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述侧板在其顶缘向内弯折有扣部,所述扣部扣持在本体的顶壁。
8.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述底板设有沿纵长方向排列的若干弹性指,所述弹性指穿过底壁设有的开口而可弹性接触所述柔性板设有的接地片。
9.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述顶板自前向后分为前板部、中板部及后板部,所述抵压部自所述前板部的两个侧缘向下弯折而形成,所述后板部贴覆在所述本体的顶壁,所述前板部及中板部则与所述顶壁间隔一定间隙,以供按压时变形空间。
10.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述连接板贴覆在所述侧壁的后壁面。
