A full-flow closed-loop management system for specially managing medicines is characterized by comprising a system management module, an information acquisition module, a medicine storage module, a medicine recovery module, a video monitoring module, a positioning alarm module, a medicine bottle recovery module, a destroying module and a transmission module, wherein the information acquisition module, the medicine storage module, the medicine recovery module, the video monitoring module, the positioning alarm module, the medicine bottle recovery module, the destroying module and the transmission module are electrically connected to the system management module, the information acquisition module acquires and transmits medicine information or prescription information to the system management module, the system management module controls the transmission module to work according to the information fed back by the information acquisition module so as to store medicines into the medicine storage module or take out medicines from the medicine storage module according to the first-in first-out principle to dispense single doses, or the medicine is transferred to the medicine recovery module to be recovered, the medicine bottles are conveyed to the medicine bottle recovery module to be recovered, the medicine bottles are conveyed to the destroying module to be destroyed after being confirmed by an operator, the video monitoring module monitors the medicine storage module, the medicine recovery module, the destroying module and the information acquisition module, and when the medicine storage module, the medicine recovery module, the destroying module or the information acquisition module are abnormal, the positioning alarm module determines the abnormal position and gives an alarm.
2. The system of claim 1, further comprising an authentication authorization module electrically connected to the system management module.
3. A system as recited in claim 2, wherein said information collection module comprises a camera and a prescription retrieval module, and wherein said positioning alarm module alarms unauthorized operations, violent damage, and positional anomalies.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the drug recycling module comprises a chemical neutralization module and a raffinate recycling module for recycling drug raffinate, and the destruction module comprises a sharps box with a unique id and a physical destruction module.
5. A full-flow closed-loop management method for specially managing medicines is characterized in that,
the warehousing process is as follows: the conveying module sends the medicament to the information acquisition module, the information acquisition module acquires medicament information, the information acquisition module transmits the medicament information to the system management module, the system management module processes the medicament information, if the processing result is qualified, the conveying module sends the medicament to the medicament storage module, and if the processing result is unqualified, the positioning alarm module gives an alarm;
the ex-warehouse process is as follows: the information acquisition module acquires prescription information, then transmits the prescription information to the system management module, the system management module controls the transmission module according to the prescription information, and the transmission module takes out the medicine from the medicine storage module according to the first-in first-out principle to carry out single-dose dispensing.

The full-flow closed-loop management method for the special managed drugs according to claim 5, wherein the identity authentication authorization module identifies the identity of the operator, and performs specific authorization on the operator according to the identification result, and the specific authorization corresponds to specific links of drug warehousing, drug storage, drug dispensing, waste liquid recovery, empty drug bottle and residual liquid destruction, so that the operator performs closed-loop management in the specific links.

The full-flow closed-loop management method for special managed drugs according to claim 5, wherein immediately after the drugs enter the drug storage module, an operator attaches an rfid tag to the drug bottle, reads the rfid tag to pre-store the drugs, sends the drugs to a corresponding bin, reads the rfid tag in the bin to complete the storage of the drugs, and uploads the read records of the rfid tag to the system management module.

The full-flow closed-loop management method for special management medicines according to claim 5, wherein in the delivery process, the information acquisition module scans the prescription through a camera to obtain the prescription information, or the information acquisition module downloads the prescription information from a network data center of a medical institution or a medical unit.
9. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the information collecting module collects the medicament information by one or more of weighing, spectrum recognition, code scanning, label reading, and visual recognition.
10. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the big data center module obtains data from the system management module, so as to perform unified closed-loop management on the drug usage of each medical institution or unit.
