Description

Open sea fishery fishing scheduling method and system
Technical Field
The invention relates to a fishing scheduling system, in particular to a method and a system for fishing scheduling in open sea fishery.
Background
China is a large ocean country and has 3.2 kilometers of coastlines, and simultaneously China is a large ship country and has the most fishing boats in the world, and according to statistics, China approximately has more than 100 million fishing boats. The marine fishery industry, as an important component of the marine industry, has attracted attention from many coastal countries of the world for its modernization and informatization. Aiming at the problems of serious fishery resource decline, serious fishery ecological environment damage, insufficient fishery resting period management strength, imperfect rescue system and the like, China is greatly promoting fishery informatization construction. The fishing boat safety management monitoring system is one of the most important means for fishery informatization, has wide application in aspects of fishing boat navigation, safety rescue, fishery production, marine monitoring and the like, and is characterized in that the fishing boat and the fishery catch are highly concentrated during the fishing season due to strong seasonality of fishery production, and the fishing port is abnormally busy every coming of the busy season of fishery production. For some large-scale fishing ports, especially for the central fishing port of the country or the first-level fishing port of the country, the water and land areas reach 30-40 ten thousand square meters and more than 10 ten thousand square meters respectively, and hundreds or even thousands of ships are berthed, sheltered from wind and replenished frequently. Due to the large unloading amount and the frequent entering and exiting of ships, fishing boats in the port need to be orderly scheduled, otherwise congestion can be caused, loss is brought to fishermen, and after the fishing boats are parked in the port, a positioning system needs to be closed, so that the specific positions of the fishing boats in the port cannot be determined. Moreover, the tail box positioning system is greatly influenced by weather, and the positioning accuracy is not high under the condition of severe weather. Meanwhile, when the fishing boat is berthed or navigated near the quayside of the wharf after entering the port, the positioning accuracy is also affected due to the large number of buildings.
In order to ensure the safe fishing of fishery, a system matched with the fishery needs to be developed for control, port image information can be collected through the system, and fishing boat distribution information in a port is obtained; obtain fishing boat parameter information to the fishing boat marshalling, formulate the plan of catching according to marine organism kind information, obtain fishing boat scheduling information, formulate the navigation parameter to the fishing boat according to fishing boat scheduling information, the fishing boat is gone out of the port according to the navigation parameter and is catched, how to catch the scheduling system to fishery and realize accurate control, be the problem that awaits the opportune moment and solve.

obtaining the parameter information of the fishing boat, carrying out the marshalling of the fishing boat,
making a fishing plan according to marine organism species information to obtain fishing boat scheduling information;
and (4) making navigation parameters for the fishing boat according to the scheduling information of the fishing boat, and fishing the fishing boat out of the port according to the navigation parameters.
9. The open sea fishery fishing scheduling system of claim 8, wherein port image information is collected to obtain distribution information of fishing boats in a port, specifically:
acquiring the area information of the port area according to the port image information,
the port is divided into areas to obtain a plurality of fishing boat berthing areas,
numbering a mooring area of the fishing boat and generating an electronic tag;
and encrypting the electronic tag and transmitting a processing result to the terminal.
10. The open sea fishery fishing scheduling system of claim 8,
obtaining the distribution information of the fishing boats in the port to obtain the position information of the fishing boats,
acquiring a berthing area number for berthing the fishing boat according to the position information of the fishing boat, and generating a berthing state signal;
when a new fishing boat enters a port, acquiring an empty parking area position, and generating an electronic tag password corresponding to the parking area according to the size parameter of the fishing boat;
the electronic tag password is transmitted to a fishing boat control center,
acquiring parking area position information and generating parking track information;
guiding the fishing boat to park in the corresponding parking area according to the parking track information,
when the fishing boat exits the port, the electronic tag password is automatically withdrawn, and the corresponding parking area state is adjusted to be an idle parking state.
