本发明公开了一种分水调温阀芯,其包括阀壳、底座、分水调温组件以及操作组件;所述底座配合于阀壳底部,且阀壳与底座之间形成安装腔室;所述分水调温组件包括自上而下依次安装于安装腔室中的分水动阀片、分水定阀片、调温动阀片和调温定阀片;所述操作组件包括与分水动阀片连接的分水操作件以及与调温动阀片连接的调温操作件。本发明能同时实现调温和分水功能,且结构紧凑、体积小。

本发明涉及阀领域,特别是指一种分水调温阀芯。
背景技术
目前在很多卫浴器件(如洁身器)需要进行水温调节和水路切换,但是现有的卫浴器件都是通过设置具有调温功能的调温阀芯和具有分水功能的分水阀芯来分别实现水温调节和水路切换,这样需要两个阀芯才能实现水温调节和水路切换,安装结构上比较复杂,而且两个阀芯占用的安装空间也比较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种分水调温阀芯,其能同时实现调温和分水功能。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种分水调温阀芯,其包括阀壳、底座、分水调温组件以及操作组件;所述底座配合于阀壳底部,且阀壳与底座之间形成安装腔室,底座上设有冷进水口、热进水口以及至少两个出水口;所述分水调温组件包括自上而下依次安装于安装腔室中的分水动阀片、分水定阀片、调温动阀片和调温定阀片;所述调温定阀片设有与冷进水口和热进水口分别连通的冷进水孔和热进水孔;所述调温动阀片可相对调温定阀片进行转动,调温动阀片设有与冷进水孔和热进水孔活动连通的混水槽;所述分水定阀片设有过水通道以及数量与出水口相同的分水孔,各分水孔与各出水口分别一一对应连通,过水通道与混水槽连通;所述分水动阀片可相对分水定阀片进行转动,分水动阀片底部设有分水槽,分水槽与过水通道连通且分水槽与各分水孔活动连通;所述操作组件包括分水操作件和调温操作件,分水操作件与分水动阀片连接且分水操作件驱动分水动阀片相对分水定阀片转动,调温操作件与调温动阀片连接且调温操作件驱动调温动阀片相对调温定阀片转动。
所述调温动阀片还设有冷入水孔和热入水孔,冷入水孔的上端开口和热入水孔的上端开口与混水槽连通,冷入水孔的下端开口与冷进水孔活动连通,热入水孔的下端开口与热进水孔活动连通。
所述阀壳顶部开设有上下贯穿的转动孔,所述分水动阀片设有上下贯穿的让位孔,所述分水定阀片的过水通道上下贯穿设置;所述调温操作件可转动的穿过转动孔、让位孔和过水通道,调温操作件与让位孔活动密封配合,调温操作件与调温动阀片周向限位配合。

所述调温操作件设有下部开口的过水腔,过水腔下部开口与混水槽连通,调温操作件侧壁设有与过水腔相通的过水口,过水口与过水通道连通。
所述底座设有设有开口朝上的配合槽,所述调温定阀片和调温动阀片容置于配合槽中,配合槽的槽底开设有所述的冷进水口和热进水口。
所述阀壳顶部开设有上下贯穿的转动孔,所述分水操作件可转动的穿过转动孔,且分水操作件与分水动阀片周向限位配合。
所述分水动阀片设有至少两个限位卡槽,所述分水操作件设有与各限位卡槽分别卡合的限位卡凸。
所述分水动阀片的分水槽包括中心槽以及与中心槽连通的边槽,中心槽与分水定阀片的过水通道连通,边槽随分水动阀片的转动而与分水定阀片的各分水孔活动连通。
所述阀壳内壁设有向内凸起的过水环沿,过水环沿处于底座和分水定阀片之间,过水环沿设有与出水口数量相同的过水孔,各过水孔与各出水口和各分水孔分别一一对应连通。
采用上述方案后,本发明能同时实现调温和分水功能;其中当本发明需要进行调温时,使用者通过调温操作件驱动调温动阀片相对调温定阀片转动,从而调节调温定阀片的冷进水口和热进水口的出水面积,进而调节从底座的冷进水口和热进水口分别输入的冷、热水进入混水槽中的比例,从而控制混水槽中的混水温度;而当本发明需要进行分水时,使用者通过分水操作件驱动分水动阀片相对分水定阀片转动而控制分水动阀片的分水槽与所需的分水定阀片分水孔的连通,进而使得调温动阀片的混水槽与所需的底座出水口连通,从而使得混水槽中的水流从所需的出水口流出。

配合图4至图6所示,本发明的工作原理为:当需要进行调温时,使用者通过调温操作件42驱动调温动阀片32相对调温定阀片31转动,从而调节调温定阀片31的冷进水口311和热进水口312的出水面积,进而调节从底座2的冷进水口21和热进水口22分别输入的冷、热水进入混水槽323中的比例,从而控制混水槽323中的混水温度;而当需要进行分水时,使用者通过分水操作件41驱动分水动阀片34相对分水定阀片33转动而控制分水动阀片34的分水槽341与所需的分水定阀片分水孔332的连通,进而使得调温动阀片32的混水槽323与所需的底座出水口23连通,从而使得混水槽323中的水流从所需的出水口23流出。
配合图1至图6所示,所述阀壳1可包括盖体101和筒体102,筒体102上下开口,盖体101配合于筒体102上部开口,底座2则配合于筒体102下部开口,盖体101与筒体102之间设有密封圈以防止漏水。
配合图2、图4和图5所示,所述阀壳1的顶部开设有上下贯穿的转动孔11,转动孔11设置于盖体101,所述分水动阀片34设有上下贯穿的让位孔342,所述分水定阀片33的过水通道331上下贯穿设置;而所述调温操作件42可转动的穿过转动孔11、让位孔342和过水通道331,调温操作件42与让位孔342活动密封配合而防止漏水,调温操作件42与调温动阀片32周向限位配合而使得调温操作件42能带动调温动阀片32转动。其中调温动阀片32设有至少两个限位卡口324,调温操作件42设有与各限位卡口324分别卡合的限位卡块421,调温操作件42和调温动阀片32通过限位卡口324和限位卡块421的配合来实现周向限位配合;调温操作件42与让位孔342之间设有密封圈而实现二者之间的活动密封配合。
配合图2、图4和图5所示,所述分水操作件41也可转动的穿过转动孔11,且分水操作件41与分水动阀片34周向限位配合而使得分水操作件41能带动分水动阀片34转动,分水操作件41与转动孔11之间可设有密封圈以防止漏水;其中分水动阀片34设有至少两个限位卡槽343,分水操作件41设有与各限位卡槽343分别卡合的限位卡凸411,分水操作件41和分水动阀片34通过限位卡凸411与限位卡槽343的配合而实现周向限位;该分水操作件41可以可转动的套置调温操作件42,这样能使得分水操作件41与调温操作件42在安装空间上存在重叠,进而使得本发明的分水调温阀芯的结构紧凑,体积小,分水操作件41与调温操作件42之间可设有密封圈以防止漏水;所述分水操作件41可设有与阀壳1的内顶壁形成止挡配合的挡块412而防止分水操作件41脱离阀壳1,挡块412与阀壳1的内顶壁之间设有耐磨圈5以减少挡块412与阀壳1的内顶壁之间的磨损,限位卡凸411可设置于挡块412。
配合图2、图4和图5所示,所述底座2可设有设有开口朝上的配合槽24,所述调温定阀片31和调温动阀片32容置于配合槽24中,调温定阀片31可与底座2卡接而限制调温定阀片31转动,配合槽24的槽底则开设有所述的冷进水口21和热进水口22,而各出水口23则可环绕配合槽24设置;本发明将调温定阀片31和调温动阀片32容置于底座2的配合槽24中,这样能使得调温定阀片31、调温动阀片32和底座2在上下方向的安装空间存在重叠而使得本发明的分水调温阀芯结构紧凑,体积小;另外配合槽24能对调温定阀片31和调温动阀片32起到限位作用而避免调温定阀片31和调温动阀片32移位。
配合图1和图5所示,所述调温动阀片32还可设有冷入水孔321和热入水孔322,冷入水孔321的上端开口和热入水孔322的上端开口与混水槽323连通,冷入水孔321的下端开口随调温动阀片32而与冷进水孔311活动连通,热入水孔322的下端开口随调温动阀片32而与热进水孔312活动连通,这样混水槽323便通过冷入水孔321和热入水孔322实现与冷进水孔311和热进水孔312的活动连通,如此设置,转动调温动阀片32时,能实现水温的快速调节。
配合图1、图2、图4和图5所示,所述分水定阀片33的过水通道331可通过调温操作件42实现与混水槽323的连通;该调温操作件42设有下部开口的过水腔422,过水腔422下部开口与混水槽323连通,调温操作件42侧壁设有与过水腔422相通的过水口423,过水口423与过水通道331连通。
配合图1、图2、图5和图6所示,所述阀壳1内壁设有向内凸起的过水环沿12,过水环沿12处于底座2和分水定阀片33之间,过水环沿12设有与出水口23数量相同的过水孔121,各过水孔121与各出水口23和各分水孔332分别一一对应连通,这样分水定阀片33的分水孔332便通过过水孔121实现与出水口23的连通,如此设置,可以使得分水定阀片33能做成片体,使得分水定阀片33能采用耐磨的陶瓷片,另外,本发明的调温定阀片31、调温动阀片32和调温动阀片34也可均采用耐磨的陶瓷片,这样能提高本发明的分水调温阀芯的使用寿命;该分水定阀片33可与阀壳1的筒体102卡接配合而限制分水定阀片33转动。配合图4和图5所示,所述调温操作件42可设有与过水环沿12形成止挡配合的挡沿424,通过挡沿424与过水环沿12的止挡配合而防止调温操作件42脱出,调温操作件42与过水环沿12之间可设有密封圈以防止水路互窜。
配合图1和图5所示,所述分水动阀片34的分水槽341包括中心槽3411以及与中心槽3411连通的边槽3412;在分水动阀片34转动的过程中,中心槽3411与分水定阀片33的过水通道331保持连通,而边槽3412则随分水动阀片34的转动而与分水定阀片33的各分水孔332活动连通。

6.如权利要求1所述的一种分水调温阀芯,其特征在于:所述底座设有设有开口朝上的配合槽,所述调温定阀片和调温动阀片容置于配合槽中,配合槽的槽底开设有所述的冷进水口和热进水口。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种分水调温阀芯,其特征在于:所述阀壳顶部开设有上下贯穿的转动孔,所述分水操作件可转动的穿过转动孔,且分水操作件与分水动阀片周向限位配合。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种分水调温阀芯,其特征在于:所述分水动阀片设有至少两个限位卡槽,所述分水操作件设有与各限位卡槽分别卡合的限位卡凸。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种分水调温阀芯,其特征在于:所述分水动阀片的分水槽包括中心槽以及与中心槽连通的边槽,中心槽与分水定阀片的过水通道连通,边槽随分水动阀片的转动而与分水定阀片的各分水孔活动连通。
10.如权利要求1所述的一种分水调温阀芯,其特征在于:所述阀壳内壁设有向内凸起的过水环沿,过水环沿处于底座和分水定阀片之间,过水环沿设有与出水口数量相同的过水孔,各过水孔与各出水口和各分水孔分别一一对应连通。
