技术领域
本发明涉及一种往复活塞式内燃机的气门机构,气门机构包括每个汽缸的至少一个功能相同的换气气门,换气气门的气门行程分别通过凸轮轴的至少一个凸轮预设并且能够借助可切换摇臂通过移动在其孔中引导的切换销来选择性地关闭或切换到另一行程型线,其中,可切换摇臂的切换销经由构造成片簧的簧舌与构造成导轨的切换杆连接,切换杆平行于凸轮轴布置并且可以借助直线致动器克服弹簧元件的复位力沿纵向移动,并且其中,簧舌的上端部被弯曲并且固定连接在切换杆处,并且簧舌以其下端部贴靠在相应的切换销的外侧端壁处。
背景技术
这种气门机构由DE 10 2018 103 961 A1已知。在该设计方案中,簧舌与切换杆连接,其连接方式是将切换杆的材料贯穿接合到在安装之前由簧舌的弯曲的端部冲制出来的圆孔中。该连接实用并且易于制造,但是由于因贯穿接合而在冲制的圆孔中产生的应力会导致簧舌在其上端部削弱,从而簧舌在此处有裂开和断裂的风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种气门机构,其中消除了提及的缺点。
根据本发明,该目的通过以下方式实现,即,在簧舌的上端部处在簧舌的外侧设置支撑元件,支撑元件突出于固定连接部。由此加强簧舌在切换杆处的固定连接,从而消除断裂风险。
在本发明的一个设计方案中,与簧舌在切换杆处的固定连接部无关地设置支撑元件的固定连接部。簧舌能够通过已述的卡扣连接,通过铆接、螺纹连接、焊接等方式固定连接在切换杆处。支撑元件的固定连接能够以相同的方式实现,其中,支撑元件例如也可以在侧面突出于簧舌并且相应地被固定连接在该处。也可以想到,通常情况下只有支撑元件例如在簧舌旁边两侧与切换杆连接并且簧舌通过其他方式以其功能实施固定连接。
在本发明的另一设计方案中,支撑元件的固定连接部与簧舌在切换杆处的固定连接部一体地制成。支撑元件可构造成单个工件并且固定在切换杆和/或簧舌处。然而,支撑元件也可以实施成凸耳,凸耳被一体地构造在切换杆处并且在弯曲之后包围簧舌。
这三个构件通过唯一的固定连接部相互固定连接。理想地,在此簧舌被夹在用于切换杆和支撑元件的至少两个适于焊接的材料之间,从而彼此层状叠置的部件通过至少一个共同的熔融区连接。
然而,替代地,也可借助铆钉单元将支撑元件与簧舌一起固定在切换杆处。在此,支撑元件能构造成铆钉头。

具体实施方式
在图1和图2中详细示出了用1表示的切换杆,簧舌2固定连接在切换杆1处,簧舌2在自由端部处与摇臂的切换销作用式连接(未示出)。在簧舌2上方设有支撑元件3,支撑元件3突出于簧舌2在切换杆1处的固定连接部。通过该设计方案,实现了在固定连接部处对簧舌2的运动的限制,进而在关键的连接区域中减少应力。
在图1中,通过焊接部将切换杆1、簧舌2和支撑元件3彼此连接,其中熔融区延伸到切换杆1和支撑元件3中。
在根据图2的实施例中设有铆钉单元5,其中,铆钉单元的头部实施成支撑元件3a。在此,铆钉头具有如此设计,即铆钉头在固定连接区域中以这样的程度突出于簧舌2,使得在簧舌2的关键的连接区域中实现应力的减少。

Claims (8)
1.往复活塞式内燃机的气门机构,所述气门机构包括每个汽缸的至少一个功能相同的换气气门,所述换气气门的气门行程分别通过凸轮轴的至少一个凸轮预设并且能够借助可切换摇臂通过移动在所述可切换摇臂的孔中引导的切换销来选择性地关闭或切换到另一行程型线,其中,所述可切换摇臂的切换销经由构造成片簧的簧舌(2)与构造成导轨的切换杆(1)连接,所述切换杆平行于凸轮轴布置并且能够借助直线致动器克服弹簧元件的复位力沿纵向移动,并且其中,所述簧舌(2)的上端部被弯曲并且固定连接在所述切换杆(1)处并且所述簧舌以其下端部贴靠在相应的切换销的外侧端壁处,其特征在于,在所述簧舌(2)的上端部处在所述簧舌的外侧设置支撑元件(3),所述支撑元件突出于所述簧舌在所述切换杆处的固定连接部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气门机构,其特征在于,所述支撑元件固定连接在所述切换杆(1)和/或簧舌(2)处。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的气门机构,其特征在于,与所述簧舌(2)在所述切换杆(1)处的固定连接部无关地设置所述支撑元件(3)的固定连接部。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的气门机构,其特征在于,所述支撑元件(3,3a)的固定连接部与所述簧舌(2)在所述切换杆(1)处的固定连接部一体地制成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的气门机构,其特征在于,所述支撑元件(3)和所述簧舌(2)在所述切换杆(1)处的固定连接部通过焊接制成,焊接的熔融区覆盖全部三个构件。
6.根据权利要求4所述的气门机构,其特征在于,所述支撑元件(3a)和所述簧舌(2)借助铆钉单元(5)固定连接在所述切换杆(1)处。
7.根据权利要求6所述的气门机构,其特征在于,所述支撑元件(3a)构造成铆钉头(6)。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的气门机构,其特征在于,所述支撑元件(3,3a)相对所述簧舌(2)的间距从固定连接部开始构造成扩宽的间隙。
