本发明涉及木材防护领域,具体涉及户外木材防腐涂料。
背景技术
木材霉变会使其表面变色,通常用刷子清除就可以,也可用刨掉表面层的方法清除。木材霉变对其力学强度影响并不大,但霉菌侵染木材后,木材的渗透性增大,从而诱发蓝变的发生。而蓝变的木材更易腐朽,从而导致木材强度降低,影响木材的使用寿命。
木材的防霉方法多种多样,一般以化学法处理居多,即使用防霉剂。防霉剂处理的木材,在室外使用时,随着雨水冲洗,易发生防霉剂流失现象,从而影响木材的保护效果寿命,有的还造成环境污染。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供户外木材防腐涂料,该防腐涂料能够适应户外环境,减少防霉剂的流失,显著提高和维持木材防腐能力,而且可以应用现有的所有以乙醇作为溶剂的醇溶性防霉剂,可选择范围极广,适应性强。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
户外木材防腐涂料,包括各自分装的:
A剂:醇溶性防霉剂;
B剂:乙阶段酚醛树脂粉末;
C剂:硅丙乳液;
使用时,首先在木材表面涂覆A剂,并在A剂未干之前喷涂B剂,在B剂形态稳定后涂覆C剂。
其中,所述A剂的溶剂为乙醇。
其中,所述A剂为双氯酚、甲基硫菌灵、尼泊尔金乙酯或菌立灭。
其中,所述防腐涂料还包括D剂:具有中孔结构的负载粉末。
其中,所述D剂为活性炭粉体或埃洛石粉体。
其中,所述B剂和D剂的粉体均为纳米级。
其中,所述B剂和D剂均匀混合一同使用。
其中,在喷涂B剂与D剂的混合粉末之后且在涂覆C剂之前,再次涂覆A剂。

2、本发明利用乙阶段酚醛树脂对乙醇的有限溶胀的特性,可吸收醇溶性防霉剂中的乙醇并产生溶胀,一是能够吸收醇溶性防霉剂中的溶剂,提高A剂干燥的速度;二是乙阶段酚醛树脂吸收的乙醇被锁在乙阶段酚醛树脂的聚合物分子间,从而克服乙醇易挥发的特性,而吸收乙醇溶胀的乙阶段酚醛树脂由于内部的乙醇使之具有很好的杀菌抗虫防腐作用;三是乙阶段酚醛树脂溶胀过程中体积向内向外膨胀,因此能够紧覆木材表面,挤出木材表面空气,同时乙阶段酚醛树脂为高分子材料,其交联结构具有很高的强度,且在溶胀后粘性很强,因此在木材表面的附着力极高,能够保障防霉剂不因户外环境流失;四是乙阶段酚醛树脂向内溶胀过程中会自发的填充木材表面所有的空隙,利用了木材表面的孔隙形成无数如爪般的结构提高抓牢木材表面的能力,从而进一步提高涂料的附着力;五是乙阶段酚醛树脂向外溶胀后其外表面凹凸不平,为C剂提供较强的附着力,且能够加强对光线的散射,从而避免单纯涂抹树脂形成的表面光线反射过强失去木材质感的情况。
3、本发明的涂料最外层为C剂,为硅丙乳液,有机硅材料具有优异的防水性和透气性,是建筑材料中理想的疏水性材料,而硅丙乳液兼具有机硅、丙烯酸两者的优点,具有优良的疏水性、耐温性、附着性等,进一步保障了木材在户外环境中的受保护效果。
4、本发明将活性炭粉体或埃洛石粉体与乙阶段酚醛树脂粉末同用,活性炭粉体或埃洛石粉体具有高比表面积、优良的吸附性能和良好的疏水性能,还能够用作药物分子等的载体,达到缓释作用,同时原料来源广泛,价格低廉,获取方便,其中,埃洛石粉体还可以改善涂饰性能,提高其机械性能,吸收紫外线;因此一是可以吸收储存防霉剂的药效成份并实现缓释,从而大大延长防霉剂的作用时长,减少药物流失;二是其同时起到了均匀分散乙阶段酚醛树脂的作用,从而保障涂料在乙阶段酚醛树脂溶胀后仍具有较薄和均匀的性能;三是能够提高涂料的附加有益功能;四是活性炭粉体或埃洛石粉体吸附醇溶性防霉剂中的药效成份,而乙阶段酚醛树脂吸收醇溶性防霉剂中的溶剂溶胀,两者相互促进,从而实现一加一大于二的吸收效果,两者均能更高效更快速的完成吸附和吸收作用,且使涂料进一步达到快干的效果,而乙阶段酚醛树脂的溶胀过程也促进了活性炭粉体或埃洛石粉体的分散,动态提高和保持乙阶段酚醛树脂以及活性炭粉体或埃洛石粉体与醇溶性防霉剂的接触面积。
5、本发明在喷涂B剂、喷涂B剂与D剂的混合粉末或在涂覆B剂、D剂以及A剂混合物后且在涂覆C剂之前,对木材施加微波处理工艺,一是提高涂料水分子的震动,促进A剂、B剂、D剂的相互融合,二是促使溶胀后的乙阶段酚醛树脂软化,从而可以进一步处理其表面,如刮平,从而提高涂料的外观效果;三是去除涂料中存在的内部结构缺陷。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
户外木材防腐涂料,包括各自分装的:
A剂:醇溶性防霉剂;
B剂:乙阶段酚醛树脂粉末;
C剂:硅丙乳液;
使用时,首先在木材表面涂覆A剂,并在A剂未干之前喷涂B剂,在B剂形态稳定后涂覆C剂。
乙阶酚醛树脂亦称可凝酚醛树脂;是指一步法酚醛树脂固化过程中处于中间阶段的酚醛树脂。此阶段的树脂,不溶于碱性水溶液,但能在丙酮或乙醇中部分溶解。同醇、丙酮接触时,能溶胀、但不溶解,加热时软化,是热固性树脂固化过程的中间阶段。利用乙阶段酚醛树脂对乙醇的有限溶胀的特性,可吸收醇溶性防霉剂中的乙醇并产生溶胀,一是能够吸收醇溶性防霉剂中的溶剂,提高A剂干燥的速度;二是乙阶段酚醛树脂吸收的乙醇被锁在乙阶段酚醛树脂的聚合物分子间,从而克服乙醇易挥发的特性,而吸收乙醇溶胀的乙阶段酚醛树脂由于内部的乙醇使之具有很好的杀菌抗虫防腐作用;三是乙阶段酚醛树脂溶胀过程中体积向内向外膨胀,因此能够紧覆木材表面,挤出木材表面空气,同时乙阶段酚醛树脂为高分子材料,其交联结构具有很高的强度,且在溶胀后粘性很强,因此在木材表面的附着力极高,能够保障防霉剂不因户外环境流失;四是乙阶段酚醛树脂向内溶胀过程中会自发的填充木材表面所有的空隙,利用了木材表面的孔隙形成无数如爪般的结构提高抓牢木材表面的能力,从而进一步提高涂料的附着力;五是乙阶段酚醛树脂向外溶胀后其外表面凹凸不平,为C剂提供较强的附着力,且能够加强对光线的散射,从而避免单纯涂抹树脂形成的表面光线反射过强失去木材质感的情况。
有机硅材料具有优异的防水性和透气性,是建筑材料中理想的疏水性材料,而硅丙乳液兼具有机硅、丙烯酸两者的优点,具有优良的疏水性、耐温性、附着性等,进一步保障了木材在户外环境中的受保护效果。
进一步的,所述A剂的溶剂为乙醇。
进一步的,所述A剂为双氯酚,其具有低毒、安全,对光稳定;对各种霉菌,细菌和酵母有良好的抑制作用,0.5%~1%溶液;
或甲基硫菌灵,其对水、空气、阳光稳定。低毒、抑菌谱与多菌灵相似,对曲霉和青霉等有良好效果;
或尼泊尔金乙酯,其属对羟基安息香酸酯,微毒,对霉菌,细菌,酵母有广泛的抑制作用;
或菌立灭,其化学性质稳定,高效、低毒,是广谱的工业抗菌防霉剂,已应用于日化,造纸和水处理,在文物保护中也得到了较好的应用效果;
也可将上述醇溶性防霉剂按需要混合调配使用。
进一步的,所述防腐涂料还包括D剂:具有中孔结构的负载粉末。
进一步的,所述D剂为活性炭粉体或埃洛石粉体。所述B剂和D剂的粉体均为纳米级。其中埃洛石纳米管是一种铝硅酸盐矿物,化学结构式为Al2Si2O5(OH)4·2H2O。埃洛石纳米粉体具有中空管状结构,内层为二氧化硅,外层为氧化铝,具有高比表面积、优良的吸附性能和良好的疏水性能,而且埃洛石纳米管原料来源广泛,价格低廉,获取方便,较容易被改性,从而可以较好解决纳米材料普遍存在的易团聚现象。还具有良好的力学性能,将其用于涂料中,可以改善涂饰性能,提高其机械性能,吸收紫外线等。埃洛石纳米管因其中空管状结构,对药物的高效吸附以及缓释作用可以运用到竹材的保护领域,延缓防霉剂的释放,使得防霉剂效力在竹材上保持较长的时间,从而延长材料的使用寿命。
进一步的,所述B剂和D剂均匀混合一同使用,其混合一同使用的方法有两种方式:
一是在喷涂B剂与D剂的混合粉末之后且在涂覆C剂之前,再次涂覆A剂;这样一方面可以使乙阶段酚醛树脂在两面上均能够均匀发生溶胀,同时促进涂料表面的快干,防止其流动滴落。
二是在使用时,在涂覆A剂之后,现场向B剂和D剂的混合粉末中添加适量A剂,搅拌成胶状后快速涂抹;这样可以进一步提高4、乙阶段酚醛树脂以及活性炭粉体或埃洛石粉体与醇溶性防霉剂的接触面积。从而快速完成吸附和吸收作用,醇溶性防霉剂的分布更为均匀。
上述两种方法一是可以吸收储存防霉剂的药效成份并实现缓释,从而大大延长防霉剂的作用时长,减少药物流失;二是其同时起到了均匀分散乙阶段酚醛树脂的作用,从而保障涂料在乙阶段酚醛树脂溶胀后仍具有较薄和均匀的性能;三是能够提高涂料的附加有益功能;四是活性炭粉体或埃洛石粉体吸附醇溶性防霉剂中的药效成份,而乙阶段酚醛树脂吸收醇溶性防霉剂中的溶剂溶胀,两者相互促进,从而实现一加一大于二的吸收效果,两者均能更高效更快速的完成吸附和吸收作用,且使涂料进一步达到快干的效果,而乙阶段酚醛树脂的溶胀过程也促进了活性炭粉体或埃洛石粉体的分散,动态提高和保持乙阶段酚醛树脂以及活性炭粉体或埃洛石粉体与醇溶性防霉剂的接触面积。

Claims (10)
1.户外木材防腐涂料,其特征在于,包括各自分装的:
A剂:醇溶性防霉剂;
B剂:乙阶段酚醛树脂粉末;
C剂:硅丙乳液;
使用时,首先在木材表面涂覆A剂,并在A剂未干之前喷涂B剂,在B剂形态稳定后涂覆C剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的户外木材防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述A剂的溶剂为乙醇。
3.如权利要求2所述的户外木材防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述A剂为双氯酚、甲基硫菌灵、尼泊尔金乙酯或菌立灭。
4.如权利要求1所述的户外木材防腐涂料,其特征在于:还包括D剂:具有中孔结构的负载粉末。
5.如权利要求4所述的户外木材防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述D剂为活性炭粉体或埃洛石粉体。
6.如权利要求4所述的户外木材防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述B剂和D剂的粉体均为纳米级。
7.如权利要求4所述的户外木材防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述B剂和D剂均匀混合一同使用。
8.如权利要求7所述的户外木材防腐涂料,其特征在于:在喷涂B剂与D剂的混合粉末之后且在涂覆C剂之前,再次涂覆A剂。
9.如权利要求7所述的户外木材防腐涂料,其特征在于:在使用时,在涂覆A剂之后,现场向B剂和D剂的混合粉末中添加适量A剂,搅拌成胶状后快速涂抹。
10.如权利要求8或9所述的户外木材防腐涂料,其特征在于:在喷涂B剂、喷涂B剂与D剂的混合粉末或在涂覆B剂、D剂以及A剂混合物后且在涂覆C剂之前,对木材施加微波处理工艺。
