技术领域
本申请涉及无纺布的领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种吸水无纺布复合材料及其制备工艺及吸水垫。
背景技术
无纺布是一种不需要纺纱织布而形成的织物,通过将短纤维或者长丝进行定向或随机排列,形成纤网结构,然后采用机械、热粘或化学等方法加固而成。
无纺布具有蓬松和柔软的特点,被人们广泛用于卫生巾、纸尿裤和吸水垫,为了能够更好地吸收水分,无纺布一般由亲水性纤维制成。
针对上述相关技术,发明人认为无纺布虽具有一定的亲水性,但是无纺布的吸水量非常有限,难以快速吸收水分,因此难以满足吸湿的需要,还有改善空间。
发明内容
为了提供一种能够快速吸水无纺布复合材料,本申请提供一种吸水无纺布复合材料及其制备工艺及吸水垫。
第一方面,本申请提供的一种吸水无纺布复合材料,采用如下的技术方案:
一种吸水无纺布复合材料,包括熔喷无纺布层,所述熔喷无纺布层上复合有纺粘无纺布层,所述纺粘无纺布层上复合有高吸水纤维层,所述高吸水纤维层包括基底部以及固定于吸水部的速吸部,所述速吸部朝向纺粘无纺布层凸起,所述速吸部间隔设置在基底部上。
通过上述技术方案,纺粘无纺布和熔喷无纺布具有一定的亲水性,具有较佳的导湿效果,外界水分通过纺粘无纺布层以及熔喷无纺布层进入高吸水纤维层,高吸水纤维层的吸水量大且吸水的速度快,从而使得水分持续朝向高吸水纤维层流动,因此,无纺布复合材料表现出较佳的吸水效果,同时,由于高吸水纤维层间隔设置有朝向外层凸起的速吸部,速吸部与外层的距离较短,速吸部能够更快接触并吸收水分,从而加速水分的吸收,同时由于速吸部间隔设置,相邻的速吸部之间形成可容纳水分的腔体,在吸水无纺布复合材料应用在吸水垫或者纸尿裤等产品时,吸水无纺布复合材料能够在短时间内快速吸收水分,同时水分能够持续渗透进入高吸水纤维层的分子链内,从而减少了反渗、侧漏等情况的发生。
另外,纺粘无纺布层作为表层,具有较佳的亲肤性,熔喷无纺布层作为中间层,具有较佳的弹性,高吸水纤维层作为底层,能够在短时间内吸收大量的水分,三者之间的优势互补,得到亲肤性、柔韧性以及吸湿效果均较佳的无纺布复合材料。
优选的,所述高吸水纤维层、纺粘无纺布层和熔喷无纺布层之间的厚度比为1:(0.01-0.1):(0.01-0.1)。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过高吸水纤维层、纺粘无纺布层和熔喷无纺布层的以特定的比例配合,有利于提高吸水复合材料对液体的吸收速度同时获得较佳弹性以及亲肤性。
第二方面,本申请提供一种吸水复合材料的制备方法,采用如下的技术方案:
一种吸水无纺布复合材料的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,制备高吸水纤维层:按照质量份数计,将聚乙烯醇切片溶解在溶剂中,配置成质量浓度为6-10%的聚乙烯醇溶液,将尼龙6切片溶解在溶剂中,配置成质量浓度为12-16%的尼龙6溶液,接着将所述聚乙烯醇溶液和所述尼龙 6溶液按照质量比为(1-1.5):1混合,得预混合溶液,在预混合溶液中加入0.2-0.5份润滑剂和1-3份分散剂,然后在50-60℃下搅拌8-10h,得到纺丝溶液,利用纺丝溶液进行静电纺丝,得到高吸水纤维,高吸水纤维沉积形成纤网,对纤网进行加固处理,得到高吸水纤维层;
步骤二,制备吸水无纺布复合材料:在高吸水纤维层上复合纺粘无纺布层,然后在纺粘无纺布层上复合熔喷无纺布层,得到吸水无纺布复合材料。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过聚乙烯醇和尼龙6以特定的比例配合形成纤维层,使得高吸水纤维层的吸水率明显提高,发明人认为,单独加入聚乙烯醇或者尼龙6时,聚乙烯醇和尼龙6均具有较高结晶度,表现出较差的吸水效果,但将聚乙烯醇溶液和尼龙6溶液混合后,有利于聚乙烯醇分子链和尼龙6分子链之间缠结形成部分网络结构,有利于降低聚乙烯醇和尼龙6的结晶度,从而有利于水分子渗入,使得高吸水纤维层的吸湿能力提高。
优选的,所述溶剂为甲酸和二氯甲烷按照质量比为1:(2.5-3.5)组合。
通过上述技术方案,通过甲酸和二氯甲烷以特定的比例配合以溶解聚乙烯醇和尼龙6,使得聚乙烯醇和尼龙6的溶解效果较佳,有利于提高聚乙烯醇和尼龙6的剪切稳定性和流变性,有利于聚乙烯醇和尼龙6的混合溶液进行静电纺丝,有利于获得吸水效果较佳的高吸水纤维层。

优选的,所述分散剂为羟丙基甲基纤维素和羧甲基纤维素钠以质量比为1:(0.25-0.5)组合。
通过羟丙基甲基纤维素和羧甲基纤维素钠以特定的质量比配合,使得聚乙烯醇以及尼龙6的结晶度大大减低,有利于水分子的渗入尼龙6和聚乙烯醇的分子链之间,从而有利于提高吸水无纺布复合材料的吸水性。
优选的,所述润滑剂为微蜡粉。

通过采用上述技术方案,通过上述吸水无纺布复合材料制备得到吸水垫,吸水垫能够快速吸收来自外界的水分,使得外界水分较多时,水分不易从而吸水垫渗出,从而提高了消费者的使用舒适性。
综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
1、外界水分子通过纺粘无纺布层以及熔喷无纺布层进入高吸水纤维层,高吸水纤维层具有较佳的吸水效果且能够快速吸收水分,因此,无纺布复合材料表现出较佳的吸水效果,通过速吸部的设置,吸水无纺布复合材料更加快速吸收水分,使得高吸水纤维的保水性进一步提高。
2、通过聚乙烯醇和尼龙6以特定的比例配合形成纤维层,一方面有利于降低聚乙烯醇和尼龙6的结晶度,另一方面有利于聚乙烯醇分子链和尼龙6分子链之间缠结形成部分网络结构,从而有利于水分子渗入,使得高吸水纤维层的吸湿能力提高。
3、通过羟丙基甲基纤维素和羧甲基纤维素钠配合,有利于水分子的渗入尼龙6和聚乙烯醇的分子链之间,从而有利于提高吸水无纺布复合材料的吸水性。

具体实施方式

聚乙烯醇切片的平均分子量为80000-100000,尼龙6切片的平均分子量为 10000-20000,其中聚乙烯醇切片购自济南唐彩化工产品有限公司,型号为TC;尼龙6切片购自德国巴斯夫,牌号为B3S;微蜡粉购自东莞市鼎信塑胶原料有限公司,型号为6050M。
实施例1
参照图1,一种吸水无纺布复合材料,由熔喷无纺布层1、纺粘无纺布层2 和高吸水纤维层3组成,熔喷无纺布层1一侧表面与纺粘无纺布层2固定连接,纺粘无纺布层2远离熔喷无纺布一侧与高吸水纤维层3固定连接,高吸水纤维层3包括基底部31以及固定在基底部31上方并朝向纺粘无纺布层2凸起的速吸部32,速吸部32间隔设置在基底部31上,高吸水纤维层3的厚度为1cm,纺粘无纺布层2的厚度为0.01cm,熔喷无纺布层1的厚度为0.01cm。
一种吸水无纺布复合材料的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,制备高吸水纤维层:将10g聚乙烯醇切片溶解在100g的混合溶剂中,配置成质量浓度为10%的聚乙烯醇溶液,将14g尼龙6切片溶解在100g混合溶剂中,配置成质量浓度为14%的尼龙6溶液,其中混合溶剂为22g甲酸和 78g二氯甲烷,接着将聚乙烯醇溶液和尼龙6溶液按照质量比为1:1混合,得预混合溶液,在500mL的烧瓶中加入100g预混合溶液、0.2g润滑剂和1g分散剂,润滑剂为微蜡粉,分散剂为羟丙基甲基纤维素,然后在50℃下搅拌8h,得到纺丝溶液,利用纺丝溶液进行静电纺丝,得到高吸水纤维,高吸水纤维沉积形成纤网,对纤网进行加固处理,得到高吸水纤维层。
步骤二,制备吸水无纺布复合材料:高吸水纤维层通过超声波处理复合纺粘无纺布层,接着在纺粘无纺布层远离高吸水纤维层的表面通过超声波处理复合熔喷无纺布层,得到吸水无纺布复合材料。
实施例2
与实施例1的区别在于:高吸水纤维层的厚度为1cm,纺粘无纺布层的厚度为0.01cm,熔喷无纺布层的厚度为0.01cm。

一种吸水无纺布复合材料的制备工艺,与实施例1的区别在于:步骤一中,将8g聚乙烯醇切片溶解在100g的混合溶剂中,配置成质量浓度为8%的聚乙烯醇溶液,将12g尼龙6切片溶解在100g的混合溶剂中,配置成质量浓度为12%的尼龙6溶液,其中,混合溶剂为25g甲酸和75g二氯甲烷,接着将聚乙烯醇溶液和尼龙6溶液按照质量比为1.5:1混合,得预混合溶液,在500mL的烧瓶中加入100g预混合溶液、0.5g微蜡粉和3g羟丙基甲基纤维素,然后在60℃下搅拌10h,得到纺丝溶液。
实施例4
一种吸水无纺布复合材料的制备工艺,与实施例1的区别在于:步骤一中,将6g聚乙烯醇切片溶解在混合溶剂中,配置成质量浓度为10%的聚乙烯醇溶液,将16g尼龙6切片溶解在混合溶剂中,配置成质量浓度为16%的尼龙6溶液,其中,混合溶剂为28g甲酸和72g二氯甲烷,接着将聚乙烯醇溶液和尼龙6溶液按照质量比为2:1混合,得预混合溶液,在500mL的烧瓶中加入100g预混合溶液、0.5g微蜡粉和3g羟丙基甲基纤维素,然后在60℃下搅拌10h,得到纺丝溶液。
实施例5
一种吸水无纺布复合材料的制备工艺,与实施例1的区别在于:步骤一中,混合溶剂为28g甲酸和72g二氯甲烷。
实施例6
一种吸水无纺布复合材料的制备工艺,与实施例1的区别在于:步骤一中,分散剂为3g羧甲基纤维素钠。
实施例7
一种吸水无纺布复合材料的制备工艺,与实施例1的区别在于:步骤一中,分散剂为2.4g羟丙基纤维素钠和0.6g羧甲基纤维素钠的组合。
实施例8
一种吸水无纺布复合材料的制备工艺,与实施例1的区别在于:步骤一中,分散剂为2g羟丙基纤维素钠和1g羧甲基纤维素钠的组合。
对比例1
一种吸水无纺布复合材料的制备工艺,与实施例1的区别在于:步骤一中,将5g的聚乙烯醇切片溶解于100g混合溶剂中,得预混合溶液。
对比例2
一种吸水无纺布复合材料的制备工艺,与实施例1的区别在于:步骤一中,将7g的尼龙6切片溶解于100g混合溶剂中,得预混合溶液。
应用例1-8
一种吸水垫,包括吸水无纺布复合材料,吸水无纺布复合材料一侧表面复合有防水膜。
其中,应用例1-8的吸水无纺布复合材料为实施例1-8制备得到的吸水无纺布复合材料。
实验1
取1g各实施例及对比例制备得到的吸水无纺布复合材料作为试样,在500mL 的烧杯中加入300g的纯净水,控制水温为25±1℃将试样分别加入至500mL的烧杯中,称量浸泡前试样的质量,以及浸泡1分钟、5分钟以及15分钟后试样的质量,并计算吸水率。
吸水率的计算公式如下:

式中,A为吸水率,A1为浸泡前试样的质量(g),A2为浸泡后试样的质量(g)。
检测数据详见表1。

表1中实施例1-实施例8中,试样在1分钟的吸水率至少为431%,证明实施例1-8的试样均能够在短时间内快速吸水水分,证明试样快速吸水的效果较佳。
通过表1中对比例1-2与实施例1的数据对比可得,在单独加入聚乙烯醇切片或者尼龙6切片后,试样的吸水率较低,证明聚乙烯醇或者尼龙6中虽然富含吸湿能力较强度的极性集团啊,但是由于聚乙烯醇和尼龙6均处于高度结晶状态,使得聚乙烯醇分子链之间的间隙较小,外界的水分子难以渗透进入聚乙烯醇的分子链之间,因此,吸水复合无纺布材料吸水效果较差,当聚乙烯醇切片和尼龙6切片以一定的配比组合后,试样的吸水率明显提高,发明人认为一方面由于聚乙烯醇和尼龙6的分子链之间相互影响,使得聚乙烯醇的结晶度和尼龙6的结晶度下降,另一方面,聚乙烯醇的分子链和尼龙6的分子链之间相互缠结形成网络结构,有利于提高试样的吸水性能,从而得到具有高吸水率的吸水复合无纺布材料。
通过表1中实施例1与实施例6-8的数据对比可得,在同时加入羟丙基甲基纤维素或者羧甲基纤维素钠后,试样的吸水率进一步提高,证明羟丙基甲基纤维素和羧甲基纤维素钠能够在提高聚乙烯醇和尼龙6的分散稳定性,有利于聚乙烯醇分子链和尼龙6分子链之间相互缠结形成密度较佳的交联网状结构,使得试样的吸水效果进一步提高。

Claims (9)

1.一种吸水无纺布复合材料,其特征在于:包括熔喷无纺布层(1),所述熔喷无纺布层(1)上复合有纺粘无纺布层(2),所述纺粘无纺布层(2)上复合有高吸水纤维层(3),所述高吸水纤维层(3)包括基底部(31)以及固定于吸水部的速吸部(32),所述速吸部(32)朝向纺粘无纺布层(2)凸起,所述速吸部(32)间隔设置在基底部(31)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸水无纺布复合材料,其特征在于:所述高吸水纤维层(3)、纺粘无纺布层(2)和熔喷无纺布层(1)之间的厚度比为1:(0.01-0.1):(0.01-0.1)。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的吸水无纺布复合材料的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一,制备高吸水纤维层:按照质量份数计,将聚乙烯醇切片溶解在溶剂中,配置成质量浓度为6-10%的聚乙烯醇溶液,将尼龙6切片溶解在溶剂中,配置成质量浓度为12-16%的尼龙6溶液,接着将所述聚乙烯醇溶液和所述尼龙6溶液按照质量比为(1-1.5):1混合,得预混合溶液,在预混合溶液中加入0.2-0.5份润滑剂和1-3份分散剂,然后在50-60℃下搅拌8-10h,得到纺丝溶液,利用纺丝溶液进行静电纺丝,得到高吸水纤维,高吸水纤维沉积形成纤网,对纤网进行加固处理,得到高吸水纤维层;
步骤二,制备吸水无纺布复合材料:在高吸水纤维层上复合纺粘无纺布层,然后在纺粘无纺布层上复合熔喷无纺布层,得到吸水无纺布复合材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的吸水无纺布复合材料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述混合溶剂为甲酸和二氯甲烷按照质量比为1:(2.5-3.5)组合。
5.根据权利要求3所述的吸水无纺布复合材料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯醇切片的平均分子量为80000-100000,所述尼龙6切片的平均分子量为10000-20000。
6.根据权利要求3所述的吸水无纺布复合材料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述分散剂为羟丙基甲基纤维素和羧甲基纤维素钠中的一种或两种组合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的吸水无纺布复合材料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述分散剂为羟丙基甲基纤维素和羧甲基纤维素钠以质量比为1:(0.25-0.5)组合。
8.根据权利要求3所述的吸水无纺布复合材料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为微蜡粉。
9.一种吸水垫,其特征在于:包括吸水无纺布复合材料以及与吸水无纺布复合材料一侧表面复合的防水膜。
