Referring to fig. 1-3, the present embodiment is a heated cigarette, which comprises a smoking section 1, a smoke extraction section 2 and a functional filter rod section 3 in sequence from a far lip end to a near lip end, wherein the smoke extraction section 2 and the functional filter rod section 3 are wrapped by a forming paper 4 to form a filter rod, and the filter rod is wrapped with the smoking section 1 by a tipping paper 5 to form a heated cigarette;
the flue gas extraction section 2 is of a hollow structure and comprises a pipe wall 21 and a pipe cavity 22, the pipe wall 21 is not required to be perforated, the pipe wall 21 has a ventilation function, vent holes are formed in the pipe wall 21, and outside air can enter the pipe cavity 22 through the vent holes in the pipe wall 21.
The air permeability of the formed paper 4 was 1000 CU; the tipping paper 5 has an air permeability of 200 CU.
The pipe wall 21 is formed by bonding and extruding particles, and pores among the particles after forming play a natural ventilation role;
the particle diameter is 200-25000 microns; after the particles form the wall of the hollow tube, the thickness of the wall 21 is 1.5mm, and the pores among the particles in the wall 21 are dispersed, and the porosity is 50%. The particles are selected from inorganic particulate alumina. The binder between the particles is polylactic acid.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 4, the present embodiment is a heated cigarette, which comprises a smoking section 1, a smoke extraction section 2 and a functional filter rod section 3 in sequence from a far lip end to a near lip end, wherein the smoke extraction section 2, the functional filter rod section 3 and the smoking section 1 are wrapped by a forming paper 4, the tipping paper 5 only partially wraps the smoke extraction section 2, and a part of the smoke extraction section 2 close to the smoking section 1 is only provided with the forming paper 4 outside and is not wrapped by the tipping paper 5; the forming paper 4 is air-permeable and has the function of assembling the smoking section 1 and the heated cigarette filter stick with the natural ventilation function to form a heated cigarette; the tipping paper 5 is air impermeable and the amount of air permeability of the smoke extraction segment 2 can be adjusted by adjusting the size of the area of the tipping paper 5 covering the smoke extraction segment 2.
The flue gas extraction section 2 is of a hollow structure and comprises a pipe wall 21 and a pipe cavity 22, the pipe wall 21 is not required to be perforated, the pipe wall 21 has a ventilation function, vent holes are formed in the pipe wall 21, and outside air can enter the pipe cavity 22 through the vent holes in the pipe wall 21.
The pipe wall 21 is made of acetate fiber tows; the pipe wall 21 is made of acetate fiber tows, the filling amount of the acetate fiber tows is the middle branch, and after the acetate fiber tows form the pipe wall of the hollow pipe, the thickness of the pipe wall 21 is 1.0 mm. The filling amount of the acetate tow is middle count, and 2833 filaments are filled when the size is 19.8mm of the circumference of the filter stick.

Claims (7)

1. A heating cigarette filter stick with a natural ventilation function is characterized in that the heating cigarette filter stick with the natural ventilation function and a smoking section (1) are combined to form a heating cigarette, the heating cigarette filter stick with the natural ventilation function sequentially comprises a smoke extraction section (2) and a functional filter stick section (3) from one side close to the smoking section (1) to one side close to a lip end, and the outer sides of the smoke extraction section (2) and the functional filter stick section (3) are provided with a piece of forming paper (4) and a piece of tipping paper (5);
the smoke extraction section (2) is of a hollow structure and comprises a pipe wall (21) and a pipe cavity (22), the pipe wall (21) does not need to be perforated and has a ventilation function, vent holes are formed in the pipe wall (21), and outside air can enter the pipe cavity (22) through the vent holes in the pipe wall (21);
the pipe wall (21) can be formed by bonding and extrusion of particles, and pores among the formed particles are used as vent holes, so that the pipe wall (21) has a ventilation function;
the particle diameter is 200-25000 microns; after the particles form the wall of the hollow tube, the thickness of the tube wall (21) is 1.0-2.0mm, and the pores among the particles in the tube wall (21) are dispersed, and the porosity is 50-80%.

The filter stick of the heated cigarette with the natural ventilation function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the forming paper (4) and the tipping paper (5) are ventilated, and the ventilation degree of the forming paper (4) is 1000-10000 CU; the air permeability of the tipping paper (5) is 200-5000 CU.

A heated cigarette filter rod with natural ventilation function according to claim 1, characterized in that the particles are selected from organic particles or inorganic particles, and the inorganic particles comprise aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide, calcium carbonate, glass beads, silicon dioxide, iron, copper, aluminum, gold, platinum, magnesium silicate spheres or calcium sulfate; the organic particles include at least one of cellulose acetate, cellulose acetate propionate, cellulose acetate butyrate, microcrystalline cellulose, sucrose powder, dextrin, lactose, powdered sugar, glucose, mannitol, starch, methyl cellulose, ethyl cellulose, polylactic acid, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyhydroxybutyrate, poly-epsilon-caprolactone, polyglycolic acid, polyhydroxyalkanoate, and starch-based thermoplastic resin.

A heated cigarette filter rod with natural ventilation according to claim 1 wherein the binder between the particles comprises: polyethylene, polypropylene, polylactic acid, polyolefin, polyester, polyamide, polyacrylic polyvinyl compound, polytetrafluoroethylene, polyetheretherketone, polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polycyclohexylenedimethylene terephthalate, polytrimethylene terephthalate, polyacrylate, polymethyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene, styrene-acrylonitrile, styrene-butadiene, styrene-maleic acid, cellulose acetate butyrate, plasticized cellulose plastic, cellulose propionate, ethyl cellulose, derivatives thereof, or copolymers thereof.
5. The filter stick of the heated cigarette with the natural ventilation function as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the tipping paper (5) is perforated with ventilation holes.

A heated cigarette filter rod with natural ventilation according to claim 1, characterized in that the tipping paper (5) only partially wraps the smoke extraction segment (2), the smoke extraction segment (2) has only the forming paper (4) outside a side part area close to the smoking segment (1), and the tipping paper (5) is not wrapped;
the forming paper (4) is air-permeable and has the function of assembling the smoking section (1) and the heating cigarette filter stick with the natural ventilation function to form a heating cigarette;
the tipping paper (5) is air impermeable and the amount of air permeability of the smoke extraction segment (2) can be adjusted by adjusting the size of the area of the tipping paper (5) covering the smoke extraction segment (2).
7. A heated cigarette comprising the heated cigarette filter rod having a natural ventilation function according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
