For the heated cigarette sample 1 prepared in example 1 and the heated cigarette sample 2 prepared in example 2, smoking sensory evaluation was performed on the cigarette samples by 20 professional sensory evaluation staff of provincial level or higher according to the qynzy.j07.022-2015 standard, and the results after smoking evaluation were averaged, thereby obtaining the following table 1.

As can be seen from table 1 above, sample 1 is better than sample 2 in terms of both aroma, flavor and taste, because the amount of ventilation in sample 2 is larger than that of sample 1, resulting in a larger amount of air to be introduced, and thus the aroma and flavor of the smoke itself is reduced, so the ventilation amount and ventilation position of the smoke extraction segment are adjusted appropriately according to different smoking core materials.
Claims (10)
1. The heating cigarette with the adjustable air permeability and air permeability position of the tube wall is characterized by comprising a smoking section (1) and a heating cigarette filter stick with a natural air permeability function, wherein the smoking section and the heating cigarette filter stick are assembled and molded through forming paper (4); at least partial region outside the forming paper (4) wrapping the heating cigarette filter stick with the natural ventilation function is also provided with tipping paper (5);
the heating cigarette filter stick with the natural ventilation function sequentially comprises a smoke extraction section (2) and a functional filter stick section (3) from the far lip end to the near lip end, wherein the smoke extraction section (2) has a ventilation function, and outside air can enter the inside of a heating cigarette through the smoke extraction section (2);
the tipping paper (5) only partially wraps the smoke extraction section (2), and the shaping paper (4) is only arranged on the outer side of at least part of the area of one side, close to the smoking section (1), of the smoke extraction section (2) and the tipping paper (5) is not wrapped;
the forming paper (4) is air permeable, the tipping paper (5) is air impermeable, and the length and position of the tipping paper (5) is adjustable.

The heating cigarette with the adjustable air permeability and air permeability positions of the tube wall as claimed in claim 1, wherein the smoke extraction section (2) is of a hollow structure and comprises a tube wall (21) and a tube cavity (22), holes are not required to be punched on the tube wall (21), the tube wall has an air permeability function, vent holes are formed in the tube wall (21), and outside air can enter the tube cavity (22) through the vent holes in the tube wall (21).
3. The heated cigarette with adjustable tube wall air permeability and air permeability position according to claim 1, characterized in that the tipping paper (5) covers 1/6-5/6 of the axial length of the smoke extraction segment (2).
4. The heated cigarette with adjustable air permeability and air permeability position of the tube wall as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air permeability of the forming paper (4) is 1000-10000 CU.

The heated cigarette with adjustable air permeability and air permeable position of the tube wall as claimed in claim 2, wherein the tube wall (21) can be formed by bonding and extrusion of particles, and the pores between the particles after forming are used as vent holes, so that the tube wall (21) has an air permeable function;
the particle diameter is 200-25000 microns; after the particles form the wall of the hollow tube, the thickness of the tube wall (21) is 1.0-2.0mm, and the pores among the particles in the tube wall (21) are dispersed, and the porosity is 50-80%.

The heated cigarette with adjustable tube wall air permeability and air permeability location of claim 5, wherein the particles are selected from organic particles or inorganic particles, and the inorganic particles comprise aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide, calcium carbonate, glass beads, silica, iron, copper, aluminum, gold, platinum, magnesium silicate spheres, or calcium sulfate; the organic particles include at least one of cellulose acetate, cellulose acetate propionate, cellulose acetate butyrate, microcrystalline cellulose, sucrose powder, dextrin, lactose, powdered sugar, glucose, mannitol, starch, methyl cellulose, ethyl cellulose, polylactic acid, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyhydroxybutyrate, poly-epsilon-caprolactone, polyglycolic acid, polyhydroxyalkanoate, and starch-based thermoplastic resin.
7. The heated cigarette with adjustable tube wall air permeability and air permeability position of claim 5, wherein the interparticle binder comprises: at least one of polyethylene, polypropylene, polylactic acid, polyolefin, polyester, polyamide, polyacrylic polyvinyl, polytetrafluoroethylene, polyetheretherketone, polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polycyclohexylenedimethylene terephthalate, polytrimethylene terephthalate, polyacrylates, polymethyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene, styrene-acrylonitrile, styrene-butadiene, styrene-maleic acid, cellulose acetate butyrate, plasticized cellulose plastic, cellulose propionate, ethyl cellulose, any derivative thereof, any copolymer thereof, and any combination thereof.

The heated cigarette with the adjustable air permeability and air permeability positions on the tube wall as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tube wall (21) is made of acetate fiber tows, the filling amount of the acetate fiber tows is a middle count, and after the acetate fiber tows form the tube wall of the hollow tube, the thickness of the tube wall (21) is 1.0-3.0 mm.
9. The heated cigarette with adjustable wall porosity and ventilation position according to claim 1, wherein the wall (21) is of a gas-permeable ceramic material.
10. A method for regulating the air permeability and position of the walls of a heated cigarette according to claim 1, characterized in that the air permeability and position of the smoke extraction section (2) can be regulated by regulating the size and position of the area of the tipping paper (5) covering the smoke extraction section (2).
