During the inward movement of the upper support plate 16, until the air bag 28 abuts against the partition plate on the inner side below the poultry cage, the collision switch is pressed, and the sound and light alarm lamp 3 emits alarm light to prompt a worker to stop the extension of the hydraulic column 14. The air bag 28 can protect the upper support plate 16 and the poultry cage at the rear, so that the poultry cage is not greatly impacted, and the poultry cage is not damaged in the cleaning process. Before the upper support plate 16 moves back, the driving motor drives the electric telescopic handle 34 to rotate downwards, the shovel plate 10 is driven to rotate downwards to incline, until one end of the shovel plate 10 is in contact with the ground, the shovel plate 10 rotates in the process, the electric telescopic handle 34 can move downwards, the inclination angle of the shovel plate 10 is avoided being too large, one end of the shovel plate 10 can be abutted to the ground, and the excrement and urine cleaned by subsequent scraping can enter the waste collection cavity through the shovel plate 10.
After the stool enters the inside of the waste collection chamber, the stool falls into the inside of the groove 33 and moves toward one end of the storage box 8 inside the groove 33. Simultaneously (mixing) shaft 32 rotates the crushing blade through the outer wall and can cut the mixture to the excrement and urine in the recess 33, and then makes faecal volume reduce, is difficult for taking place to block up when valve and conveyer pipe 6, and is more smooth and easy when excrement and urine gets into bin 8.
When the upper carrier plate 16 moves toward the loading compartment 1, the guide rods 22 are inserted into the guide holes 36 and push the moving plate 37. After a control switch at the end of the movable plate 37 is pressed, the stirring shaft 32 can be started to work, so that the excrement can be stirred and mixed in time when entering the groove 33. After the guide rod 22 is separated from the guide hole 36, the stirring shaft 32 stops working, so that the power consumption can be reduced, and the cost in use can be reduced. When the moving plate 37 moves towards the inside of the guide hole 36, the pulling rope 30 is pulled, and the other end of the pulling rope 30 pulls the bottom of the shovel board 10, so that the bottom end of the shovel board 10 is in closer contact with the ground, and the excrement can completely enter the upper part of the shovel board 10 in the cleaning process and cannot enter the gap between the shovel board 10 and the ground. After the guide bar 22 is disengaged from the moving plate 37, the return spring 38 can push the moving plate 37 back to the original position for subsequent reuse. And if the rubber backing plate 27 is damaged by friction in use, the rubber backing plate can be freely replaced without replacing the whole lower carrier plate 26, so that the cost of subsequent maintenance is saved.
Excrement doped with water in the groove 33 enters the solid-liquid separator from the sewage discharge port at the end part, and the separated sewage flows back from the return pipe 12 to the inside of the sewage tank for storage under the action of a water pumping device in the sewage tank, so that a large amount of sewage is prevented from entering the inside of the storage tank 8, and the excrement storage capacity of the storage tank 8 in use is improved. Excrement and urine after the separation enters into bin 8's inside from conveyer pipe 6, if in use after 8 inside loading faecal volumes of bin reach predetermined volume, close the valve in the drain, conveyer pipe 6 is dismantled with bin 8 and is broken away from, detach pull rod 7 for bin 8 can break away from loading case 1, follow-up removable empty bin 8 continues to use, full-load bin 8 can concentrate and empty, excrement and urine can reduce the influence to external environment in the transportation in bin 8's inside.
Some instruments of staff can be put into the inside of storage compartment 2 and place in the course of the work, and it is convenient to get in the use. 1. A cleaning device for excrement in a poultry house comprises a loading box (1) and a cleaning mechanism (11), and is characterized in that the cleaning mechanism (11) is installed on one side of the loading box (1), the cleaning mechanism (11) can horizontally move on one side of the loading box (1), a waste collection cavity is arranged on the lower layer of the interior of the loading box (1), a water tank (13) is arranged on the upper layer of the interior of the loading box, a detachable storage box (8) used for loading the excrement is installed at one end of the exterior of the loading box (1), and the interior of the storage box (8) is communicated with the waste collection cavity;
the cleaning mechanism (11) comprises an upper support plate (16) and a lower support plate (26), the lower support plate (26) is arranged below the upper support plate (16) in a lifting mode, a top plate (21) is further arranged on the top of the upper support plate (16) along the length direction, and a plurality of cleaning assemblies for cleaning excrement at the bottom of the cage are arranged on the top of the top plate (21); water spraying components are arranged above the top plate (21) and below the lower carrier plate (26);
a shovel plate (10) is rotatably arranged below one side, facing the cleaning mechanism (11), of the waste collection cavity, a third elastic cushion (31) is further arranged between the shovel plate (10) and the side edge of the waste collection cavity, and two ends below the shovel plate (10) are connected with auxiliary assemblies stretching downwards;
one end of the top of the loading box (1) is connected with a handle rod (4), a storage lattice (2) is embedded downwards in the middle end of the top, two ends of one side, far away from the shovel plate (10), below the loading box (1) are connected with stabilizing seats (5), universal wheels are rotatably mounted at the bottoms of the stabilizing seats (5) and the two ends of the bottom of the loading box (1), and a plurality of universal wheels are also rotatably mounted at the bottom of the storage box (8);
the inside of the water tank (13) is divided into two parts, namely a purified water tank and a sewage tank, which are mutually independent, a water pump is arranged inside the purified water tank, a water spraying hose (39) is arranged inside the purified water tank, and one end of the water spraying hose (39) extends to the outside of the purified water tank; the upper part of the sewage tank is connected with one end of a return pipe (12), the other end of the return pipe (12) is communicated with a waste collection cavity below, and the return pipe (12) is arranged on the outer side of the loading tank (1);
a sewage draining outlet is formed in one end, close to the storage box (8), in the waste collecting cavity, a valve is installed inside the sewage draining outlet, a conveying pipe (6) is installed below the sewage draining outlet, a solid-liquid separator is installed at the joint of the conveying pipe (6) and the sewage draining outlet, the liquid draining end of the solid-liquid separator is connected with the lower port of the return pipe (12), the other end of the conveying pipe (6) is in threaded connection with the feeding hole of the storage box (8), pull rods (7) are rotatably installed on two sides of one end, close to the loading box (1), of the top of the storage box (8), one end, far away from the storage box (8), of each pull rod (7) is integrally connected with a hook, and buckle frames (9) for clamping the hooks are connected to two sides of the lower portion, close to the storage box (8), of the loading box (1);
a groove (33) is formed in the lower portion inside the waste collection cavity along the length direction, a stirring shaft (32) is rotatably mounted in the groove (33) along the length direction, a plurality of crushing blades are connected to the outside of the stirring shaft (32), the inside of the groove (33) declines towards one end of the storage box (8), and the inclination angle of the stirring shaft (32) is the same as that of the groove (33);
the top of the top plate (21) is provided with a plurality of mounting grooves for mounting cleaning components, each cleaning component comprises a rotating shaft (18) and a cam plate (17), the bottom of each cam plate (17) is sleeved outside the rotating shaft (18), the rotating shaft (18) is rotatably mounted inside the mounting groove, a first detachable elastic cushion (20) is further mounted between the top plate (21) and the upper loading plate (16), the bottom of the lower loading plate (26) is connected with a detachable rubber cushion plate (27), the top of the rubber cushion plate (27) is connected with a plurality of inserting rods (40), the upper end and the lower end of the first elastic cushion (20) are also connected with a plurality of inserting rods (40), and the bottoms of the lower loading plate (26) and the top plate (21) and the top of the upper loading plate (16) are provided with a plurality of inserting holes matched with the inserting rods (40);

the water spraying assembly comprises a plurality of water spraying holes (19), a plurality of water spraying holes (19) are formed in the lower portion of the lower loading plate (26) and the top portion of the top plate (21), water pipes (25) are connected between the upper loading plate (16) and the top plate (21) and between the lower loading plate (26), the upper water pipe (25) and the lower water pipe (25) are respectively connected with the water spraying holes (19) in the top plate (21) and the lower loading plate (26), a plurality of through holes (29) corresponding to the water spraying holes (19) in the lower loading plate (26) penetrate through the inside of the rubber base plate (27), and the water pipes (25) are connected with a water pump in the water purifying tank through pipelines;
