Abstract
一种阵列基板及其制作方法以及显示装置。该阵列基板包括衬底基板、偏光片、多个有源元件、第一有机保护层和第一无机保护层;偏光片位于所述衬底基板的第一侧;多个有源元件以阵列形式设置于所述衬底基板的与所述第一侧相反的第二侧;第一有机保护层位于所述偏光片的远离所述衬底基板的一侧且覆盖所述偏光片;第一无机保护层位于所述第一有机保护层的远离所述偏光片的一侧且覆盖所述第一有机保护层。
