Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only the portions related to the related invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for recording data according to an embodiment, where an execution subject of the method is a telephone terminal, as shown in fig. 1, and the method includes the following steps:
and step 10, popping up an information editing interface for a user to record data in the communication process.
After the telephone is connected, the user can record data in a special information editing interface, namely, edit incoming call information, including: caller name, phone call and related matters, etc.
In one example, the following scenarios are presented as a way to pop up the message editing interface:
when the telephone is just switched on, an information editing interface is automatically popped up;
or, when the specified language information is identified, popping up an information editing interface;
or, when a selected instruction of the information editing identification is received in the call interface, popping up the information editing interface.
And step 20, limiting the telephone distribution system to distribute other incoming call accesses during the information editing period.
In one example, during the message editing, if other incoming calls are received, the other incoming calls are distributed to other phones in an idle state by the telephone distribution system. And if other phones are also in a non-idle state in the period, displaying the new incoming call as the missed call. That is, if the service is busy and all the phones are in the call task, the new incoming call will display the missed call in the phone, and the user can dial back according to the missed call after recording the incoming call information.
In other words, during the conversation, the incoming call consultation of other users cannot be influenced, or when the incoming call is not connected, the call can be returned according to the record, and any incoming call user cannot be lost.
And step 30, when receiving the command of editing the saving information, saving the recorded data.
After the information is edited, the user clicks the storage button, the information editing page disappears after the telephone end receives the instruction, and the telephone is released at the moment and can normally answer a new incoming call.
In one example, if the instruction for saving the information editing is not received within a preset time period, the recorded data is automatically saved to prevent the edited incoming call information from being lost.
In another example, after the recorded data is saved, the restriction of the telephone system to allocate other incoming calls is cancelled.
If the editing page is not saved for 5min, the editing page can be automatically saved, and the next incoming line is started, so that the situation that the call cannot be made is prevented. In another example, the stored data is automatically uploaded to the cloud, so that subsequent unified customer information management and data statistics are facilitated.
The method provided by the invention utilizes terminal conversation limitation and telephone allocation logic to delay information recording, effectively solves the problem that the page of the old incoming call is covered by the new incoming call of the traditional telephone, and ensures that the client data is not lost. Meanwhile, the incoming call consultation of other clients can not be influenced, or the incoming call client can call back according to the record when not connected, and the user can not be lost.
Corresponding to the method of the above embodiment, the present invention further provides a device for recording data, fig. 2 is one of the structural schematic diagrams of the device for recording data, and as shown in fig. 2, the device includes an information editing module 21, a limiting module 22, and a saving module 23. Wherein the content of the first and second substances,
and the information editing module 21 is used for popping up an information editing interface for a user to record data in the call process.
After the telephone is connected, the user can record data in a special information editing interface, namely, edit incoming call information, including: caller name, phone call and related matters, etc. In one example, as shown in fig. 3, information editing module 21 includes a pop-up module 211 and an editing module 212, wherein,
and the pop-up module 211 is configured to pop-up an information editing interface in the call process.
In one example, the pop-up module 211 is specifically configured to automatically pop up an information editing interface when the phone call is just switched on; or, when the specified language information is identified, popping up an information editing interface; or, when a selected instruction of the information editing identification is received in the call interface, popping up the information editing interface.
And an editing module 212 for the user to record data.
And a limiting module 22 for limiting the telephone distribution system to distribute other incoming call accesses during the message editing. In the example, the restriction module 22 is specifically configured to, during the message editing process, if another incoming call is received, allocate, by the telephone allocation system, the other incoming call to another phone in the idle state.
And the saving module 23 is configured to save the recorded data when receiving an instruction for editing the saving information.
In an example, fig. 4 is a second schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for recording data, and as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus further includes a display module 24 for displaying a new incoming call as a missed call when other phones are also in a non-idle state.
In another example, fig. 5 is a third schematic structural diagram of a device for recording data, and as shown in fig. 5, the device further includes an uploading module 25, configured to automatically upload the stored data to a cloud.
In yet another example, fig. 6 is a fourth schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for recording data, and the apparatus further includes a cancellation module 26, as shown in fig. 6, for canceling the limitation of the telephone distribution system to distribute other incoming calls after the recorded data is saved.
The functions executed by each component in the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention have been described in detail in the above-mentioned method, and therefore, redundant description is not repeated here.
Corresponding to the above embodiments, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a system for recording data, specifically as shown in fig. 7, the system includes at least one processor 71 and a memory 72;
a memory 71 for storing one or more program instructions;
a processor 72 for executing one or more program instructions to perform any of the method steps of the method of recording data as described in the above embodiments.
