Abstract
The invention discloses a privacy number playing method, which belongs to the technical field of privacy number playing and solves the technical problems that the existing privacy number playing mode can not set personalized playing or the cost is high, and the method comprises the following steps: dynamically setting personalized playback characters according to the order and storing the personalized playback characters to a client platform; and converting the playback characters into a media stream in a telephone switching process or after the telephone is switched on, and playing the media stream to a calling party or a called party. The invention also discloses a privacy number playback system, computer equipment and a storage medium. The invention can optimize the user experience of the security privacy number, enables the customer to play the sound in a self-defined way aiming at each order, and can reduce the cost and support the point-to-point conversation scene of the personal user compared with the mainstream call center line sound playing.
