The method in the embodiment of the application comprises the following steps: a server receives a call request of a calling terminal, wherein the call request comprises user information of a called user; acquiring a terminal number of the called user according to the call request, wherein the terminal number comprises a soft number of a program corresponding to the call request and/or a telephone number of the called user; and calling the terminal number according to a preset calling decision.

Description

Intelligent calling method and related equipment thereof
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of communications, and in particular, to an intelligent calling method and related devices.
Background
The Voice Over IP (VOIP) calling/dialing mode of the current terminal device is effective according to the manual setting of the user; when the user selects a certain mode, the terminal remembers the option and then defaults to making a call in that mode. If the current handset has wIreless network (WIFI), the user may wish to use VOIP calls; if WIFI is not available, it may be desirable to use a Click To Dial (CTD) callback; these scenarios all require the terminal to perform an optimized experience.
In the existing VOIP calling/dialing mode, multiple devices cannot use Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) calls at the same time but only one more device is selected when multiple terminals log in and use a unified social account. This results in that on the one hand the calling subscriber must select the called number when calling, and the called subscriber cannot predict which of the currently registered terminals will receive the call, or the called subscriber cannot specify which device will be used to receive the call. For the calling user, the calling user does not really care which equipment or number the called user uses to answer the call, and the called user can be contacted; it is desirable for the called user to specify which device to use to receive, such as on a business trip or overseas, and in the case of WIFI, to receive using VoIP. However, in the prior art, there is no method for dialing a called user according to a call decision (a call condition set by the called user, or a preset condition such as a policy generated according to the listening habit of the called user), and it cannot be guaranteed that the user obtains a reasonable call mode.

The embodiment of the present application can be applied to a network architecture as shown in fig. 1, in which a calling user calls a called user through a server. Wherein, the server mainly comprises the following 3 types of servers:
one is the UC server, which mainly provides VoIP voice call capability. For example, enterprises need to deploy media servers, voice gateways, management servers. Such servers are the basic servers for intra-enterprise communications.
The second type is a landing gateway, which is used for the VoIP call in the enterprise to carry out Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) outgoing call.
And the third category is an intelligent decision server which is used for making number decision for the called user in the application. The server may exist logically, and be integrated on the UC server.
The terminals (called terminal and calling terminal) mentioned in the application mainly refer to communication carriers in enterprises such as telephones, soft terminals and the like, and the client in the application can be a hard VoIP telephone or a soft terminal installed on a PC or a mobile phone.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of an intelligent calling method in the embodiment of the present application includes:
201. the calling terminal sends a call request to the server.
In this embodiment, a calling user finds a called user in an address book in a calling terminal (e.g., an Application (APP) in a mobile phone), the calling terminal receives a call request of the calling user by selecting the called user, where the call request includes user information of the called user, and then the calling terminal sends the call request to a server.
202. And the server acquires the terminal number of the called user according to the call request.
In this embodiment, after receiving a call request sent by a calling terminal, a server obtains a terminal number related to a called user from the server according to user information of the called user in the call request, where the terminal number includes a soft number of a program corresponding to the call request and/or a telephone number of the called user.
203. The server judges whether the number of the called terminals simultaneously logged in by the called user is greater than 1 according to the acquired terminal number, if so, the step 204 is executed, and if not, the step 205 is executed.
In this embodiment, after the server obtains the terminal number of the called user according to the obtained call request, it is determined whether the number of the called terminals simultaneously logged in by the called user is more than 1.
204. And the server calls the terminal number according to the user login state of the called terminal.
In this embodiment, when the server determines that the called user logs in multiple called terminals at the same time, the server starts to detect the user login state in the called terminal, and calls the terminal number according to the user login state of the called terminal, which specifically includes:
when judging that only 1 online terminal in the called terminals exists, preferentially calling a terminal number corresponding to the online terminal, wherein the online terminal is the called terminal of which the login state of the user is online;
when judging that a plurality of online terminals in the called terminal exist, preferentially calling a terminal number corresponding to a Personal Computer (PC) terminal in the online terminal;
when the called terminal is judged to have no on-line terminal, the telephone number registered by the called user is called by wire.
It should be noted that the user login state of the called terminal includes: the method comprises the steps of online, busy, away and offline, wherein busy, away and offline are in a non-online state, if a called user does not register a telephone number and logs in a plurality of called terminals, calling is carried out according to the priority of online > busy > away > offline, if the user registers the telephone number, when no called terminal is detected to be online, the registered telephone number is called preferentially, if a plurality of registered telephone numbers exist, the server also calls which telephone number according to the roaming state of the telephone number, and if the non-roaming telephone number exists, the non-roaming telephone number is called preferentially.
It should be noted that, when the called user registers multiple phone numbers, the server may combine with the ringing service when calling the phone numbers, that is, when one phone number is not answered, the next number call attempt is made, and there is a number to answer directly or the call is ended.
205. The server calls the terminal number according to the user login state of the called terminal and the state of the telephone number registered by the called user.
In this embodiment, when the server determines that only one called terminal is logged in by the called user at the same time according to the acquired terminal number, it determines whether the terminal is online.
If the terminal is on-line, judging whether the terminal is set with a forced called number, if so, preferentially calling the forced called number, and if not, preferentially calling the terminal number of the on-line terminal.
If the terminal is not on-line, judging whether the called user sets a plurality of telephone numbers or not; if the called user sets a plurality of telephone numbers, judging whether non-roaming telephone numbers exist in the telephone numbers; if the non-roaming telephone number exists, calling the non-roaming telephone number; if no non-roaming phone number exists, then the phone number of the class is called according to the priority of the phone number. The priority of the telephone number can be set according to the setting of a user, the server can also set the priority according to the call completing rate of the telephone number, and the telephone number with high call completing rate has high priority.
It should be noted that, when the server determines that there are multiple called terminals simultaneously logged in by the called party, if the called party sets the forced called number, the server also preferentially calls the forced called number.
It should be noted that, the user may also set a number selection policy of the user through the terminal, and send the number selection policy to the server through the terminal, and the server updates the call decision corresponding to the user according to the number selection policy sent by the user.
206. And recording the answering result.
In this embodiment, when the call is ended, the server generates a piece of data for the user, and records an answering result of the call, where the answering result includes the number of times that the called user successfully answers through the decision number and the number of times that the call is attempted through the decision number, and the decision number is a number that is called according to the call decision.
207. And the server updates the call decision according to the answering result.
In this embodiment, after the server obtains the answering result, the server automatically updates the drinking call decision of the called terminal according to the answering result, and adjusts the call level of the terminal number corresponding to the answering rate according to the high answering rate, wherein the higher the answering rate is, the higher the priority of the terminal number is.
It should be noted that, after the big data is analyzed, when the decision making connection rate of the system in the current server does not reach the expectation, the system administrator may be notified to make the system administrator perform the priority setting adjustment for optimization.
It should be noted that the call decision in the embodiment of the present application is not a fixed and unchangeable policy, and the policy may be adaptively adjusted according to the answering habits of the user, or may receive a number selection policy from the terminal, and adjust the call decision according to the habits and policies.
