Technical Field

Background
In the storage field, the conventional goods transfer, delivery and pickup are realized by the way that a user communicates with a client on the spot or by telephone, and signs a bill to form a bill, and the bill is taken as a basis to realize the goods transfer, delivery and pickup; inconvenience and the need for specialized manual work to perform the associated data management, averaging about 6 people per depot area.

One main button is a workbench, and two sub-buttons corresponding to the workbench are used for inquiring transaction details and the requisition letter respectively.
The method comprises the steps that a client carries out self-service delivery on line and completes expense settlement, a platform automatically acquires data, a transaction detail list is generated on a sub-page corresponding to the transaction detail, an expense list is generated on a sub-page corresponding to the inquiry of an invitation letter, and links for downloading corresponding settlement tickets, links for inquiring the corresponding expense settlement tickets and buttons corresponding to supply and waste are arranged on the expense list in a one-to-one correspondence mode; the settlement sheet is the requisition letter.
