the air inlet pipe 302, the connecting pipe 307, the first air outlet pipe 203 and the second air outlet pipe 104 are all provided with electromagnetic valves.
Examples
The partition 411 divides the main cabin 100 into a working area and a rest area, the left side of the partition 411 is the rest area, the right side of the partition 411 is the working area, office supplies are arranged in the working area, workers work through the office supplies, and living supplies are arranged in the rest area;
when working, a worker firstly enters the ultraviolet disinfection room 200, and carries out ultraviolet disinfection by using the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 201, and simultaneously conveys hot air into the ultraviolet disinfection room 200 through the fan 303 and the electric heating block, so that the worker is simultaneously subjected to ultraviolet disinfection and hot air disinfection, after the disinfection is finished, the worker enters a working area through the inner cabin door to work, and when working, the worker can use office equipment to work, and simultaneously, all the workers entering the working area can enter the working area through ultraviolet disinfection, so that the external workers are prevented from carrying viruses and bacteria from entering the cabin;
after the work is finished, the workers enter the ultraviolet disinfection chamber 200 to carry out ultraviolet disinfection and hot air disinfection, after the disinfection is finished, the workers enter a rest area through the outer cabin door and the first cabin door 101, at the moment, the driving motor 402 is started to drive the gear 404 to rotate anticlockwise to drive the connecting plate 407 to move rightwards, and the partition 411 below the connecting plate 407 moves rightwards synchronously, so that the space of the rest area is increased, and the space of a working area is reduced;
closing a valve of the connecting pipe 307 and opening a valve of the air inlet pipe, allowing hot air in the heating box 301 to enter the working area through the air inlet pipe, performing hot air sterilization on the working area by using the hot air, and allowing the sterilized hot air to leave the working area through the second air outlet pipe 104;
it should be noted that, staff all need disinfect through ultraviolet ray disinfection room 200 when getting into or leaving work area at every turn, prevent that the virus from getting into or leaving work area, can carry out the regulation that corresponds to work area and rest area's space according to staff's work and rest state simultaneously to make the space in the shelter obtain rational utilization, and hot-blast disinfection goes on under staff's rest state, work area space this moment is less, and hot-blast disinfection process is more abundant.
A spliced shelter with a degerming and purifying function is characterized in that during work, workers enter an ultraviolet disinfection chamber 200 and perform ultraviolet disinfection through an ultraviolet disinfection lamp 201 in the ultraviolet disinfection chamber 200, an electric heating block and a fan 303 are started at the same time, an electromagnetic valve of a connecting pipe 307 is opened, the fan 303 pumps air outside equipment into a filter box 304, the air is filtered by a filter screen 305 and then enters a heating box 301 to be heated, the heated air enters the ultraviolet disinfection chamber 200 through the connecting pipe 307 and a fan cover 308, and the ultraviolet disinfection and hot air disinfection are performed in the ultraviolet disinfection chamber 200 at the same time; after the disinfection of the ultraviolet disinfection room 200, the worker enters the main cabin 100 through the second cabin door 202 to work, after the work is finished, the worker enters the ultraviolet disinfection room 200 to perform ultraviolet disinfection, and after the ultraviolet disinfection is finished, the worker enters the main cabin 100 on the other side of the partition 411 through the first cabin door 101 to rest; when a worker enters the other side of the main cabin 100 for rest, the driving motor 402 is started to drive the gear 404 to rotate anticlockwise, the gear 404 and the rack 408 drive the connecting plate 407 to move towards the right side, the partition 411 below the connecting plate 407 moves towards the right synchronously, the rest area space of the main cabin 100 is increased, and the work area space is reduced; during the rest process, the user closes the electromagnetic valve of the connecting pipe 307 and opens the electromagnetic valve of the air inlet pipe 302, the hot air in the heating box 301 enters the main cabin 100 through the air inlet pipe 302, the main cabin 100 is sterilized by hot air, and the sterilized hot air leaves the main cabin 100 through the second air outlet pipe 104, so that the whole work and sterilization process is completed; when the user enters the working area of the main cabin 100 again to work, the driving motor 402 is started to drive the gear 404 to rotate clockwise, so that the partition 411 moves rightwards, the working area space of the main cabin 100 is increased, and the rest area space is reduced.

Claims (6)
1. The spliced shelter with the sterilizing and purifying functions comprises a main cabin (100), an ultraviolet sterilizing chamber (200), a hot air sterilizing chamber (300) and a control box (400), and is characterized in that a gear (404) is installed on the inner top wall of the control box (400) through a straight plate (401) and a driving motor (402), two symmetrical slide rods (405) are fixedly installed between two inner side walls of the control box (400), a sliding plate (406) is movably connected between the outer surfaces of the two slide rods (405), a connecting plate (407) is fixedly installed at the top of the sliding plate (406), uniformly distributed racks (408) are fixedly installed on the top surface of the connecting plate (407), the racks (408) are meshed with the gear (404), a partition plate (411) is fixedly installed at the bottom of the sliding plate (406), and a clamping groove (410) is formed between the inner bottom wall of the control box (400) and the inner top wall of the main cabin (100), the bottom of the partition board (411) penetrates through the clamping groove (410) and is movably connected with the inner bottom wall of the main cabin (100);
the inner wall of the hot air disinfection chamber (300) is fixedly provided with a heating box (301), an air inlet pipe (302) penetrates through the heating box (301) between the inner bottom wall and the inner top wall of the main cabin (100), an electric heating block is fixedly arranged on the inner bottom wall of the heating box (301), the top of the heating box (301) is fixedly provided with a fan (303) through a support, the output end of the fan (303) penetrates through the inner top wall of the heating box (301) and extends to the inside of the heating box (301), the top of the hot air disinfection chamber (300) is fixedly provided with a filter box (304), a filter screen (305) is fixedly arranged between the inner walls of the filter box (304), and the inner top wall of the filter box (304) is fixedly communicated with fixing pipes (306) which are uniformly distributed;
the two inner side walls of the ultraviolet disinfection chamber (200) are respectively provided with ultraviolet disinfection lamps (201) which are uniformly distributed, and the two inner walls of the ultraviolet are respectively provided with a second cabin door (202);
the inner wall of the back of the main cabin (100) is fixedly communicated with second air outlet pipes (105) which are uniformly distributed;
the working method of the assembled shelter comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: when the ultraviolet disinfection device works, a worker enters the ultraviolet disinfection chamber (200), ultraviolet disinfection is carried out through an ultraviolet disinfection lamp (201) in the ultraviolet disinfection chamber (200), the electric heating block and the fan (303) are started simultaneously, the electromagnetic valve of the connecting pipe (307) is opened, the fan (303) pumps air outside the device into the filter box (304), the air is filtered by the filter screen (305), the air enters the heating box (301) to be heated, the heated air enters the ultraviolet disinfection chamber (200) through the connecting pipe (307) and the fan cover (308), and ultraviolet disinfection and hot air disinfection are carried out simultaneously in the ultraviolet disinfection chamber (200);
step two: after being disinfected by the ultraviolet disinfection room (200), working personnel enter the main cabin (100) through the second cabin door (202) to work, after the work is finished, the working personnel enter the ultraviolet disinfection room (200) to carry out ultraviolet disinfection, and after the ultraviolet disinfection is finished, the working personnel enter the main cabin (100) on the other side of the partition plate (411) through the first cabin door (101) to rest;
step three: when a worker enters the other side of the main cabin (100) to rest, the driving motor (402) is started to drive the gear (404) to rotate anticlockwise, the gear (404) and the rack (408) drive the connecting plate (407) to move towards the right side, so that the partition (411) below the connecting plate (407) synchronously moves towards the right, the rest area space of the main cabin (100) is increased, and the working area space is reduced;
step four: in the rest process, a user closes the electromagnetic valve of the connecting pipe (307) and opens the electromagnetic valve of the air inlet pipe (302), hot air in the heating box (301) enters the main cabin (100) through the air inlet pipe (302), the main cabin (100) is sterilized by hot air, and the sterilized hot air leaves the main cabin (100) through the second air outlet pipe (105), so that the whole work and sterilization process is completed;
step five: when the user enters the working area of the main cabin (100) again to work, the driving motor (402) is started to drive the gear (404) to rotate clockwise, the partition (411) is enabled to move rightwards, the working area space of the main cabin (100) is increased, and the rest area space is reduced.

The assembled shelter with the sterilization and purification functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein the heating box (301) is fixedly communicated with a connecting pipe (307) on the inner side wall far away from the control box (400), one end of the connecting pipe (307) far away from the hot air disinfection chamber (300) extends to the inside of the ultraviolet disinfection chamber (200) and is fixedly connected with a fan housing (308), the two sides of the top of the fan housing (308) are fixedly connected with the inner top wall of the ultraviolet disinfection chamber (200) through a connecting frame, and the inner wall on the back of the ultraviolet disinfection chamber (200) is fixedly communicated with first air outlet pipes (203) which are uniformly distributed.

The assembled shelter with the sterilization and purification functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein two symmetrical sliding sleeves (409) are fixedly installed at the bottom of the connecting plate (407) through a fixing block, and the inner rings of the sliding sleeves (409) are movably connected with the outer surfaces of the sliding rods (405).

The assembled shelter with the degerming and purifying functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front and back surfaces of the sliding plate (406) are movably connected with the inner wall of the clamping groove (410), the front and back surfaces of the partition plate (411) are movably connected with the inner wall of the main shelter (100), and sealing gaskets are arranged at the joint of the surface of the sliding plate (406) and the inner wall of the clamping groove (410) and the joint of the surface of the partition plate (411) and the inner wall of the main shelter (100).

The assembled shelter with the sterilization and purification functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein two groups of installation blocks (102) are fixedly installed on the inner bottom wall of the main shelter (100), the number of the installation blocks (102) in each group is two, an installation rod (103) is fixedly installed between the close sides of the two installation blocks (102) in each group, the installation rod (103) penetrates through the partition board (411), and the outer surface of the installation rod (103) is movably connected with the partition board (411).

The assembled shelter with the sterilization and purification functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein the partition (411) comprises two wear-resistant outer layers (411 a), a sound insulation layer (411 b), a heat insulation layer (411 c) and an ultraviolet-proof layer (411 d) are sequentially arranged between the two wear-resistant outer layers (411 a) from left to right, and an adhesive layer (411 e) is arranged between the heat insulation layer (411 c) and the sound insulation layer (411 b) and between the heat insulation layer (411 c) and the ultraviolet-proof layer (411 d).
