Abstract
The invention provides a sterile operating device for stem cell preparation, comprising: the box body comprises at least three operation areas which are independent from each other and are connected through a sterile transmission device; the chemical sterilization device is communicated with the operation area; and the physical sterilization device is connected with the box body. According to the sterile operation device for stem cell preparation, through the cooperation of the chemical sterilization device and the physical sterilization device, dead angle-free sterilization can be effectively realized, the sterile transmission device is arranged, sterile transmission can be realized in a plurality of links of stem cell preparation, and experimental failure caused by bacteria infection in the transmission process is avoided.

The invention relates to a sterile operation device for stem cell preparation, which mainly comprises a stainless steel frame, a stainless steel operation table, a fan, an HVAC filter, a PLC control system, a sterile transmission system and a sterilization system. The method is mainly used for providing an A-level sterile laminar flow environment which meets legal requirements and can protect samples, environment and personnel when various cells are prepared. When the device is used, the equipment purifies the environment B-level clean air into A-level standard and then sends the A-level standard to the operation desk to provide a sterile environment, meanwhile, the system air quantity is designed to be negative pressure, and the operation desk is provided with a glass isolation device to prevent the air in an operation area from overflowing and pollute the environment and operators.
The invention is used for being placed in a class B clean room and providing a completely sterile laminar flow environment for producing stem cells.
The invention also comprises a PLC control system, wherein the circulating fan, the exhaust fan, the illuminating lamp and the sterilizing lamp are all controlled by the PLC control system, and can be automatically controlled on a control panel, and the control system is designed with an operation mode and a sterilizing mode.
The equipment operation table is arranged in a partitioning manner according to the equipment required by stem cell operation, fully considers the influence of each equipment on laminar flow and cleanliness, and is separated by acrylic glass.
Operation mode: when the equipment is in a normal starting operation mode, the ultraviolet lamp is turned off, the front glass panel of the operating platform is lifted by 20cm, and ambient fresh air sequentially passes through the primary filter, the fan and HVAV from the air inlet at the lower part of the equipment to form a layer streaming to the operating platform area. The back part of the operation table is additionally provided with a return air box body 14, the return air box body 14 is communicated with the operation area, and laminar air flowing through the operation table enters the air duct to the return air box body 14 through the return air guide hole to form air quantity circulation. The top of the equipment is provided with an exhaust fan and a high-efficiency filter, and the equipment is started during production to exhaust 30% of used air quantity.
Sterilization mode: when sterilization is performed, the air exhaust fan is closed, the air inlet is closed, the glass panel is closed before the operation panel, the ozone or acetic acid generator is opened, the circulating fan is opened to perform microcirculation in a low air quantity mode, sterilizing substances are sent to all corners of the operation panel and the air duct, and after sterilization is finished, the air exhaust fan and the air inlet are opened to perform ventilation, and the sterilizing substances are discharged.
