The two ends of the mounting plate 635 in the horizontal direction are provided with opening sections with gradually widened relative distances, so that a bag opening to be sealed can conveniently enter between the auxiliary clamping plates 636. The sealing device may be disposed outside the auxiliary jaw 636 and penetrate the auxiliary jaw 636.
When the sealing arrangement device 6 works, the sealing arrangement device is adjacently arranged at the upper stream of the packaging bag sealing device, firstly, the sealing arrangement air cylinder 643 is driven to move the sealing arrangement crank arms 641 at the two sides to the relative outer side, the distance between the mounting plates 635 at the two sides is increased, one end of the packaging bag to be sealed is placed between the auxiliary clamping plates 636 at the two sides and the sealing arrangement conveying device by the clamping device, the sealing arrangement air cylinder 643 is driven to move to enable the mounting plates 635 at the two sides to be drawn close inwards until the outer sides of the conveying belts 633 at the two sides are respectively abutted against the surface of the packaging bag at the side, the conveying belts 633 at the two sides clamp the packaging bag, the packaging bag is enabled to move forwards along with the movement of the conveying belts 633 on the main conveying belt 23, and at the moment, the bag supporting air cylinder 561 retracts to drive the clamping rods at the two sides to be opened, and the packaging bag is separated. In the process, the part between the auxiliary clamping plates 636 plays a guiding role until the bag opening is fed into a packaging bag opening sewing device of the next process.
Preferably, limiting plates 25 are fixedly arranged at both sides of the main conveyor belt 23 to prevent the packaging bags from deviating or falling off the track during the conveying process on the main conveyor belt 23. And a stacking clamping jaw 57 is arranged below the fixing frame 53 of the bag opening stacking mechanical arm and used for stacking the sealed bag-forming products, so that the stacking equipment is prevented from being independently arranged, and the equipment cost and the occupied space are reduced.

The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that a plurality of lifting columns 24 are connected to the bottom of the main conveyor belt 23 for adjusting the carrying height of the main conveyor belt 23 according to different bag sizes.
When the packaging bags are sleeved below the feed opening 33, the height of the lifting column 24 is adjusted to enable the bottoms of the packaging bags to be in contact with the main conveying belt 23, so that the main conveying belt 23 bears the weight of the packaging bags and materials in the packaging bags in the charging process, the bearing requirement on the bag clamping mechanism 4 is lowered, meanwhile, the main conveying belt 23 is temporarily stopped for conveying in the bagging process, after the bagging is finished and the clamping device finishes clamping and stretching actions, the main conveying belt 23 continues conveying, and the packaging bags and the bag opening and stacking mechanical arm are jointly conveyed to the sealing and finishing device 6 for the next process.

Bulk bagging equipment according to claim 1, wherein the bag opening and stacking mechanical arm comprises a movable chassis (51), a movable arm (52), a fixed frame (53) and a clamping device, the movable arm (52) is a plurality of mechanical arms sequentially hinged on the movable chassis (51), the fixed frame (53) is fixedly connected to the tail end of the movable arm (52), the clamping device is fixedly connected to the fixed frame (53), the clamping device comprises a transverse guide rail (541), a transverse cylinder (542), a longitudinal support arm (55), a fixed clamping rod (563) and a movable clamping rod (564), the transverse guide rail (541) is fixedly arranged on the fixed frame (53) and is parallel to the main conveying belt (23), the transverse cylinder (542) is arranged on the transverse guide rail (541) and the piston end drives a sliding block which slides along the transverse guide rail (541), the number of the longitudinal support arms (55) is 2 and is vertical to the transverse guide rail (541) in a horizontal plane, the bag opening and closing mechanism is fixedly connected to a fixed frame (53) and a sliding block respectively, a bag opening cylinder (561) is hinged to a longitudinal supporting arm (55), a movable clamping rod (564) is hinged to the piston end of the bag opening cylinder (561), the movable clamping rod (564) is hinged to a rotating shaft (562) fixedly installed on the longitudinal supporting arm (55), and a fixed clamping rod (563) is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft (562) and is abutted to the inner side, opposite to the movable clamping rod (564); the fixed clamping rods (563) are arranged in parallel with the transverse cylinder (542), and the opening directions between the fixed clamping rods (563) on the two sides and the movable clamping rods (564) are opposite.

The bulk bagging device according to claim 1, wherein the seal finishing device (6) comprises a seal finishing rack (61), a seal finishing motor (621), a seal finishing conveyor and a seal finishing crank arm (641), the seal finishing motor (621) is fixedly mounted on the seal finishing rack (61), the seal finishing crank arms (641) are arranged in pairs and opposite to each other in the same plane, a seal finishing cylinder (643) is connected between 2 seal finishing crank arms (641), one end of each seal finishing crank arm (641) is hinged on the seal finishing rack (61), the other end of each seal finishing crank arm is fixedly connected with a mounting plate (635), the seal finishing conveyor is a belt transmission mechanism arranged on the mounting plate (635) and driven by the seal finishing motor (621), and the conveying speed of the seal finishing conveyors on two sides is the same as that of the main conveying belt (23), and the conveying direction of the inner side is consistent with the conveying direction of the main conveying belt (23).

A bulk bagging apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the seal trimming conveyor comprises a driving wheel (631) and a driven wheel (632) mounted on a mounting plate (635), the driving wheel and the driven wheel being sleeved with a conveyor belt (633); the output end of the sealing arrangement motor (621) drives paired driving gears (622), and the two driving gears (622) drive the driving wheel (631) on one side through a coupler (623) respectively.

9. A bulk bagging apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of lifting columns (24) are connected to the bottom of the primary conveyor belt (23).
10. A method of using bulk bagging apparatus as claimed in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
s1, conveying peanut bulk materials to be packaged to a blanking weighing device after passing through a screening mechanism;
s2, sleeving the packaging bag below the feed opening (33), fixing the packaging bag through a bag clamping mechanism (4), weighing the bulk materials through a weighing device (32), and discharging the bulk materials into the packaging bag through the feed opening (33);
s3, driving a clamping device to clamp the bag opening of the packaging bag containing the peanuts by a bag opening stacking mechanical arm, and changing the relative position of the pair of clamping rods 2 so as to stretch the bag opening to a flat state;
s4, driving a clamping device to move the packaging bags to a sealing arrangement device (6) along with a main conveying belt (23) by a bag opening stacking mechanical arm, and placing bag openings of the packaging bags between sealing arrangement conveying devices on two sides;
s5, the sealing arrangement conveying device clamps the bag opening of the packaging bag and transmits the bag opening to the sealing device, and the clamping device is separated from the packaging bag;
s6, the sealing device seals the packaging bags transferred from the sealing and tidying device (6).
