Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a deep sea culture ship, in particular to a cabin layout form of the deep sea culture ship.
Background
The conventional ship type maximizes the cargo tank in consideration of the cargo loading on the one hand and the hull strength on the other hand, and thus is provided with more transverse bulkheads, whereas the conventional ship type is basically designed to meet the requirements because of the no consideration of the comfort of cargo.
The conventional culture fishing boat is basically formed by transforming a conventional boat-type cabin, the growth environment of cultured fishes is not specifically considered, the fishes like to grow in live water and do not like to grow in dead water, and the conventional cargo oil tank structure is more square in cabin layout and has stronger stability and wave resistance, so that the culture water in the culture tank is difficult to form a flow field and is not suitable for the growth of the fishes.
Therefore, the current technical scheme about the culture ship has the problem that the culture ship is not suitable for fish growth.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a cabin structure of a deep sea culture ship, which is suitable for the ship for culturing high-standard fishes in a deep sea area of the deep sea culture ship, and compared with the existing cabin structure, the structure has the advantages that foreign matters are easier to discharge, the cabin space is more compact, and the arrangement space is more reasonable.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a cabin structure of a deep sea culture ship adopts a longitudinal skeleton type and a double-shell structure, wherein the double-shell structure consists of a culture ship shell and a culture ship inner shell, and both ends of the culture ship inner shell are welded with a transverse cabin wall and a longitudinal cabin wall; a plurality of groups of culture cabins are arranged in the culture ship inner shell, the lower surface of each culture cabin is connected with a water outlet, and the upper part of each culture cabin is connected with a water taking pipe.
Furthermore, the longitudinal bulkheads are of a groove-shaped appearance structure and are adaptive to the shape of the culture ship, so that transverse support is provided for the culture ship.
Furthermore, a bulkhead reinforcing rib is connected between the culture cabin and the culture ship inner shell; the bulkhead reinforcing rib is of a T-shaped structure, and the panel of the bulkhead reinforcing rib is in contact with the culture cabin and transversely supports the culture cabin, so that the culture cabin can be prevented from transversely deforming.
Furthermore, the water outlet is arranged at the bottom of the ship, so that the excrement of the cultured fish can be smoothly discharged.
Further, the intake pipe provides support through the strut structure of the main hull.
Furthermore, each group of cultivation cabins is provided with two cultivation cabins, and the two cultivation cabins are communicated through steel pipes.
Furthermore, a channel is arranged in the middle of the inner shell of the culture ship, and the multiple groups of culture cabins are arranged along two sides of the channel and are arranged in a staggered mode.
Furthermore, the culture cabin is of a cylindrical and hemispherical structure, and the upper part of the culture cabin is provided with an opening.
Furthermore, the culture cabin is longitudinally connected with a bracket connected with the main deck, so that the longitudinal support of the culture cabin is ensured, and longitudinal deformation is prevented.
Further, the support is of a hollow steel pipe structure.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention provides a cabin arrangement form of a deep sea culture ship, which has the following characteristics.
(1) The culture cabin is of a steel cylindrical and hemispherical structure, so that the strength is high, the flow field is good, and the arrangement is reasonable;
(2) the cabin arrangement form of the deep sea culture ship is that the middle part of the deep sea culture ship participates in the longitudinal strength of the main ship body;
(3) the cabin arrangement form of the deep sea culture ship has the advantages that the number of transverse bulkheads is reduced, the weight of the main ship body is greatly reduced, and the cost is lower;
(4) the cultivation cabins are arranged in a staggered mode, the space utilization rate is high, and meanwhile, the vacant space is more convenient for arranging equipment required by cultivation;
(5) a cabin arrangement for a deep sea culture vessel is provided with longitudinal restraint provided by a bracket connected to the main deck.
Therefore, the structural design scheme of the deep sea culture ship provided by the invention is suitable for the ship for culturing high-standard fishes in the deep sea area of the deep sea culture ship, the culture tank body adopts a cylindrical and hemispherical structure suitable for a flow field through the independent culture cabin, and the culture tank is more suitable for the growth of the fishes.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and examples.
The cabin structure of the deep sea culture ship provided by the invention adopts a longitudinal skeleton type double-shell structure, wherein the longitudinal bulkhead in the ship is a groove type bulkhead 5 suitable for a culture cabin, and the arrangement form of the culture ship is shown in figure 1. The cabin structure comprises a culture ship outer shell 1, a culture ship inner shell 2, culture cabins 3, a channel 4, a groove-shaped bulkhead 5, a transverse bulkhead 6 and a bulkhead reinforcing rib 7. The welding of 2 both ends in breed ship inner shell have horizontal bulkhead 6 and vertical bulkhead, and the centre is equipped with passageway 4, and the cabin 3 is bred to the multiunit has been arranged respectively to passageway 4 both sides, breeds and is connected with bulkhead strengthening rib 7 between cabin 3 and the breed ship inner shell 2. Only strong structures are shown in the figure.
Fig. 2 shows a section of a cabin structure of a culture cabin of a culture ship, which is a standard transverse section of the culture ship and mainly comprises a culture ship outer shell 1, a culture ship inner shell 2, a culture cabin 3, cabin wall reinforcing ribs 7, a trough-shaped cabin wall 5, a water outlet 31 and a water taking pipe 9, wherein the cabin wall reinforcing ribs 7 are of a T-shaped structure, a panel of the cabin wall reinforcing ribs is in contact with the culture cabin 3 and transversely supports the culture cabin 3, the culture cabin is ensured not to be transversely deformed, the water outlet 31 is arranged at the bottom of the ship, the excrement of cultured fish can be smoothly discharged, and the water taking pipe provides support through a strut structure of a main ship body.
Fig. 3 shows an oblique cross-section of a culture ship, wherein the typical difference from the cross-section is that the reinforcing structure for support is eliminated obliquely, and at the same time, a channel 4 is provided between the two culture tanks, wherein the culture tanks 3 are of a tank-shaped structure with openings and are communicated through steel pipes 4, thereby simplifying the production process and the installation of the culture tanks.
