Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a culture ship, which is suitable for deep sea or shallow sea, in particular to a ship type and a cabin layout type of the culture ship.
Background
The conventional culture ship type needs to arrange more culture cabins in consideration of multi-cabin and separated-cabin culture, each culture ship is provided with an equipment cabin, and therefore a large number of bulkheads and a platform structure are arranged in a culture cabin area. The equipment and the piping are more, the arrangement is tense, the construction cost is higher, the structural type of the ship body is complex, and the weight of the ship body structure is heavier.
In addition, because certain aquaculture water volume is guaranteed, the conventional aquaculture ship is large in shape depth, the aquaculture water liquid level height in an aquaculture cabin is increased, the local load of the aquaculture ship cabin is greatly increased, meanwhile, the water taking device is arranged according to the existing ship shape, the water taking device is easy to break at the side position, therefore, the movement amplitude of the side is maximum in the movement process of the ship, the water taking pipe directly takes water from a deep sea area, the large movement amplitude is difficult to resist, and great difficulty is brought to water taking of the ship.
Therefore, the current technical scheme about the culture ship has the problems that the ship type and culture cabin are not reasonably arranged, and the water taking pipe is not reasonably arranged.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a deep sea culture ship, which is in a wide and flat ship shape, has small shape depth and small freeboard, is beneficial to berthing and transferring, and has smaller shape depth which is beneficial to the strength of a groove-shaped bulkhead.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: the utility model provides a deep sea breed ship, is the breed ship of wide flat ship type, a plurality of breed cabins have been arranged in the breed ship inner chamber of wide flat ship type, breed the regular hexagon structure that the cabin encloses for the cell type bulkhead, and every breed cabin interconnect, be honeycomb arrangement.
Further, the inner cabin of the culture ship adopts a double-shell inner cabin.
Further, the double-shell inner chamber is a multifunctional chamber and can be used as a pipeline, a channel and a chamber required by ballast.
Furthermore, an equipment cabin is arranged in a space between the culture cabin and the longitudinal wall of the inner shell of the double-shell inner cabin, and equipment in the equipment cabin simultaneously provides service for the culture cabin adjacent to the equipment cabin.
Furthermore, a water taking channel is arranged at the center position of the inner cabin of the culture ship or the intersection point position of the culture cabins.
Furthermore, the water taking channel is positioned in the center of the inner cabin of the culture ship and is a cylindrical channel, so that the water taking pipe is convenient to arrange and extends to the bottom of the ship to gradually enlarge the structural section and present a horn shape.
Furthermore, smooth materials are filled in the groove-shaped bulkhead of the culture cabin to prevent residual baits and the like of fishes from accumulating in the culture cabin to influence water quality, and meanwhile, the flow field in the culture cabin is more unobstructed.
Furthermore, two channels are arranged at the position of the groove-shaped cabin wall top stool.
Furthermore, the passageway all is provided with the window, the daily inspection of being convenient for.
Further, the ratio of the width to the depth of the wide and flat boat type culture boat is more than or equal to 2.5.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention provides an arrangement type of a culture ship, which has the following characteristics.
1. The breeding cabins are in regular hexagon shapes, the cabin walls which enclose the breeding cabins are groove-shaped cabin walls, and the breeding cabins are tightly connected and are in honeycomb shapes;
2. the equipment cabin is arranged in a space between the culture cabin and the longitudinal wall of the inner shell, and equipment in the equipment cabin simultaneously provides service for the culture cabin adjacent to the equipment cabin;
3. the side double-shell inner tank can be used as a cabin for multiple purposes, such as a channel, a pipeline, ballast and the like, wherein the inner tank positioned at the top stool and the inner tank positioned at the middle top stool of the ship jointly enclose an observation channel, so that daily inspection is facilitated;
4. the water taking channel is arranged in the ship and at the position of a central line, the structure in the ship is a cylindrical channel, the arrangement of a water taking pipe is convenient, the structural section extending to the bottom of the ship is gradually enlarged, and the water taking channel is in a horn shape;
5. the ship is a flat and wide ship, and the ratio of the width to the depth of the ship is more than or equal to 2.5.
Therefore, the structural design scheme of the deep sea culture ship provided by the invention has the advantages that the ship is wide and flat, the depth is small, the freeboard is small, the berthing and the transportation are facilitated, in addition, the smaller depth is favorable for the strength of the tank-type bulkheads, meanwhile, the culture cabins are encircled into the regular hexagon through the tank-type bulkheads, compared with the existing quadrilateral culture cabin cabins, the cabins can form fluid movement speeds in more directions during the movement, the growth of fishes is facilitated, other cabins or bulks are not arranged among the culture cabins, the stress is greatly optimized, the weight is greatly reduced, the cabin arrangement is more compact, the space utilization rate is high, the tank-type bulkheads are not provided with abrupt components, the deep sea culture ship is suitable for fish culture, the arrangement of the equipment cabins can take account of a plurality of culture cabins at the periphery, the arrangement space and the number of the equipment cabins are reduced, reduce the cost, the position is provided with the water intaking passageway in the ship, has not only solved the water intaking pipe and has received the too big problem of load in boats and ships motion process, and the piping is toward each direction extension from the ship in addition, arranges and obtains optimizing, reduces the cost.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and examples.
The deep sea culture ship provided by the invention adopts a longitudinal skeleton type double-shell structure, wherein a longitudinal bulkhead in the ship is a groove type bulkhead suitable for a culture cabin, and the arrangement form of the culture ship is shown in figure 1.
The deep sea culture ship comprises a culture cabin 1, an equipment cabin 2, a double-shell inner cabin 3 and a water taking channel 4. Wherein, breed the regular hexagon structure that cabin 1 encloses for the cell type bulkhead, and every 1 interconnect of breeding the cabin, is cellular arrangement, and the required equipment is bred to 2 inside arrangements in equipment compartment, and double-shell inner tank 3 is multi-functional cabins, can regard as the pipeline, and the required cabin of passageway and ballast, water intaking passageway 4 set up in the ship and the central line position, also can arrange in the crossing point position of breeding the cabin. Preferably, the tank-shaped bulkhead of the culture cabin 1 can be filled with smooth materials to ensure smoothness, so that residual baits of fishes and the like are prevented from accumulating in the culture cabin to influence water quality, and a smooth flow field is formed.
Fig. 2 shows a structural section of a cabin of a culture ship, wherein a first channel 31 is arranged at a top stool position of an empty or ballast tank 32 enclosed by an inner shell 3, and a second channel 5 is arranged at a top stool position in the middle of the culture cabin 1, wherein the first channel 31 and the second channel 5 are both provided with windows for inspection.
In fig. 3, a water intake channel structure of the culture ship is shown, and the water intake channel 4 is cylindrical at the center of the ship, is radial in section at the bottom of the ship, and is similar to a trumpet.
