Detailed Description
In order to make the invention more comprehensible, preferred embodiments are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
The invention provides a water taking device of a culture ship, which is positioned in a ship and is suitable for deep sea or shallow sea, and as shown in figures 1 and 2, the water taking device comprises a water taking pipe 1, wherein one end of the water taking pipe 1 is fixed on a culture ship body 5, the other end of the water taking pipe 1 penetrates through at least one lantern ring 4 and is arranged in the lantern ring 4 to be connected with the lantern ring 4, and each lantern ring 4 is arranged on the culture ship body 5 through a fixing structure. The fixing structure comprises at least three steel wire ropes 2, in the embodiment, 4 steel wire ropes 2 are arranged, one ends of all the steel wire ropes 2 are connected with the lantern ring 4, one ends of all the steel wire ropes 2 are uniformly distributed around the lantern ring 4, and the other ends of all the steel wire ropes 2 are connected with the culture ship body. A plurality of hinged supports 3 are fixed on the culture ship body, a steel wire anti-falling device is arranged on each hinged support 3, and all steel wire ropes 2 are arranged on the corresponding hinged supports 3. The steel wire rope 2 is arranged on the culture ship body 5 through the hinged support 3. Two sides of the culture ship body 5 are respectively provided with at least one row of hinged supports 3. In this embodiment, two rows of hinged supports 3 are respectively arranged on two sides (width direction) of the culture ship body 5, and each row is provided with two hinged supports 3, that is, the hinged supports 3 are arranged at the head and the tail and on two sides of the culture ship body 5. The contact positions of the steel wire ropes 2 on the two sides of the culture ship body 5 and the hinged support 3 are the same as the distance from the water intake pipe 1. The included angles between any two adjacent steel wire ropes 2 and the water intake pipe 1 are the same.
The device of the invention is implemented in the process of taking water and the control and positioning of the water taking pipe 1 are realized by a plurality of lantern rings 4 and hinged supports 3 which are fixed on the culture ship body 5.
The using process of the invention is as follows:
as shown in fig. 3, firstly, the water intake pipe 1 is sleeved in the lantern ring 4, then the lantern ring 4 is hung at the bottom of the culture ship body 5 through the steel wire rope 2, the water intake pipe 1 extends underwater along the inside of the lantern ring 4 until the position is 100 meters away from the water surface, then the lantern ring 4 is fixed with the water intake pipe 1 through the buckling device, the water intake pipe 1 is positioned by utilizing the lantern ring 4, so that the water intake pipe 1 continues to go deep into the water until the bottom end of the water intake pipe 1 is at least 300 meters away from the water surface, and the water intake pipe 1 is ensured to reach an underwater specified position.
During the use, through 8 hinged-support 3 control wire rope 2, then control lantern ring 4 to guarantee that the intake pipe can extend to the assigned position.
The invention adopts a prestressed steel wire rope 2 to draw the water intake pipe device at the underwater position, thereby realizing the positioning of the water intake pipe; the water taking device is arranged in the ship, so that the influence of load transfer of ship motion on the water taking pipe 1 is greatly reduced; the underwater lantern ring 4 not only assists the water taking pipe to be arranged at a designated position, but also greatly reduces stress and deformation of the water taking pipe 1 and improves the safety of the water taking pipe 1; adopt wire rope 2 supplementary installation and dismantlement intake pipe 1, compare with conventional technique, greatly improved the efficiency of installation and dismantlement, can more effectually avoid severe weather such as typhoon.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 4, a multi-thread multi-collar water intake pipe installation mode can be adopted, in this embodiment, the number of the collars 4 is 3, and each collar 4 is respectively suspended at the bottom of the culture ship body 5 through the steel wire rope 2 on 4 hinged supports 3.
The rest is the same as in example 1.
