the butyl rubber vibration damping belt discharging traction machine is used for drawing the butyl rubber vibration damping belt discharged by the butyl rubber vibration damping belt feeding extruder, so that the butyl rubber vibration damping belt is ensured to have stable tension, the drawn butyl rubber vibration damping belt is smooth, and the size meets the requirement; the butyl rubber vibration damping belt discharging traction machine is provided with a traction machine base (6), and a tension wheel (10), a second butyl rubber vibration damping block size shaping plate (11) and a traction wheel (12) are sequentially arranged on the traction machine base (6) along the feeding direction; the sizing channels are respectively arranged on the first butyl rubber damping block size sizing plate (5) and the second butyl rubber damping block size sizing plate (11), and the size of the butyl rubber damping band is controlled through the first butyl rubber damping block size sizing plate (5) and the second butyl rubber damping block size sizing plate (11); the tractor base (6) is further provided with a rubber film wheel (14), a first release paper fixed pulley (7) and a second release paper fixed pulley (9), the rubber film wheel (14) is connected with the traction wheel (12) through a rubber film (13) and used for covering the rubber film (13) on the upper surface of the butyl rubber vibration damping belt, and the first release paper fixed pulley (7) and the second release paper fixed pulley (9) are connected through release paper (8) and used for covering the release paper (8) on the lower surface of the butyl rubber vibration damping belt; the butyl rubber damping band is clamped between the adhesive film (13) and the release paper (8) by the traction wheel (12), and the butyl rubber damping band with the adhesive film (13) and the release paper (8) is formed by traction and extrusion of the traction wheel (12); the traction wheel (12) is driven by a variable frequency motor, and the first release paper fixed pulley (7), the second release paper fixed pulley (9) and the adhesive film wheel (14) are driven by the traction wheel (12) in operation;
the butyl rubber vibration damping belt tension control device comprises a tractor discharging speed sensor (17), a tension sensor (18), an extruder discharging speed sensor (19), a PLC control system for connecting the tractor discharging speed sensor (17), the tension sensor (18), the extruder discharging speed sensor (19) and a variable frequency motor and realizing data acquisition and tension control, wherein the tractor discharging speed sensor (17) is installed on a butyl rubber vibration damping belt discharging tractor, the tension sensor (18) is installed on a tension wheel (10), the extruder discharging speed sensor (19) is installed on a butyl rubber vibration damping belt feeding extruder, the tractor discharging speed sensor (17) and the extruder discharging speed sensor (19) are used for feeding back the forward speed of the butyl rubber vibration damping belt, the tension sensor (18) is used for feeding back the actual tension of the butyl rubber damping belt, and the PLC control system is used for adjusting the rotating speed of the variable frequency motor and the rotating speed of the traction wheel (12) according to the feedback of the tractor discharging speed sensor (17), the tension sensor (18) and the extruder discharging speed sensor (19), so as to realize tension control of the butyl rubber damping belt, and determine the damping belt flatness and the damping belt; after the butyl rubber vibration damping belt discharging traction machine stably outputs the butyl rubber vibration damping belt, the automatic production of the butyl rubber vibration damping belt is realized by means of the continuous operation and the automatic tension control of the butyl rubber vibration damping belt discharging traction machine;
