the wrapping and clamping device comprises a wrapping and clamping cylinder, an upper wrapping and clamping baffle roller, a lower wrapping and clamping baffle roller and an upper wrapping and clamping baffle roller speed regulating motor, wherein the upper wrapping and clamping baffle roller speed regulating motor controls the rotating speed of the upper wrapping and clamping baffle roller;
