Claims (5)
1. A bag-liquid separation device for a hemodialysis chamber, which is characterized in that; the bag liquid separation device comprises a support frame (1);
the bag liquid separation device also comprises a shell (2) which is fixedly arranged at the top of the support frame (1); the top of the shell (2) is open;
the bag liquid separation device also comprises a first cover body (4) which is arranged at the opening at the top of the shell (2) and is hinged with the shell (2);
the bag liquid separation device also comprises a first driving device (3) which is arranged at the upper part of the shell (2);
the bag liquid separation device also comprises a first feed hopper (10) arranged in the shell (2);
the bag liquid separation device also comprises a crusher (12) which is arranged at the outlet of the feed hopper (10) and is rotationally connected with the shell (2) through a connecting shaft (17); the first driving device (3) drives the pulverizer (12) to rotate around the axis of the connecting shaft (17);
the bag liquid separation device also comprises a second feed hopper (13) which is arranged below the pulverizer (12); the separating cylinder (16) is communicated with an outlet of the second feed hopper (13), and a water leakage hole is formed in the bottom of the separating hopper (16);
the bag liquid separation device also comprises a second driving device (18) which is arranged at one end of the separation cylinder (16);
the bag liquid separation device also comprises a discharge barrel (8) which is communicated with the end of the separation barrel (16) far away from the second driving device (18); the end, far away from the separating cylinder (16), of the discharging cylinder (8) penetrates through the shell (2) and extends out of the shell (2); a discharge hole (7) is formed in the bottom of the end, extending out of the shell (2), of the discharge barrel (8);
the bag liquid separation device also comprises a conveying screw (14) which is rotatably connected with the discharge barrel (8) and the separation barrel (16) and acts on the bag slag to drive the bag slag to move from the separation barrel (16) to the discharge barrel (8); the second driving device (18) drives the conveying screw (14) to rotate around the axis of the conveying screw;
the bag liquid separation device also comprises a water collecting tank (15) which is arranged at the bottom of the separation cylinder (16).

The bag-liquid separating device for a hemodialysis chamber according to claim 1, wherein; the bottom of the shell (2) is provided with an opening, the opening of the bottom is provided with a second cover body (9), the second cover body (9) is hinged to the shell (2), and the second cover body and the shell (2) are fixedly sealed through a lock catch.

The bag-liquid separating device for a hemodialysis chamber according to claim 1, wherein; the side face of the shell (2) is provided with a hole (5) communicated with the inside of the shell (2), a holding rod (6) penetrates through the hole (5) from the outside of the shell (2) to extend into the shell (2) and is connected with a poking plate (11), and the poking plate (11) is arranged at an inlet of a first feed hopper (10).
4. The bag-liquid separating device for a hemodialysis chamber according to claim 1, wherein; the bottom of the support frame (1) is provided with universal wheels.

A method of using the bag-in-liquid separator device for a hemodialysis chamber of claim 1; during implementation, open first lid (4), drop into infusion bag in casing (2), infusion bag gets into in casing (2), enter grinder (12) through first feeder hopper (10), after being smashed by grinder (12), infusion bag sediment and liquid together get into knockout drum (16) through second feeder hopper (13), liquid leaks in sump (15) from knockout drum (16) bottom hole, second drive arrangement (18) drive conveying screw (14) rotate, drive bag sediment from knockout drum (16) to advancing to play feed cylinder (8) direction, fall out in the garbage bin from discharge gate (7) at last.
