One end (the upper end in fig. 8) of the power shaft 27 is arranged outside the table body in a penetrating way and is provided with a hand wheel (not shown in the figure) for driving the power shaft 27 to rotate, and a driving conical gear 26 and a driving cylindrical gear 29 are arranged on the power shaft 27 at intervals in the table body. The driving bevel gear 26 is engaged with a driven bevel gear 25 arranged on the driving lead screw 22, a lead screw nut 24 is arranged on the driving lead screw 22, and a pressing plate 23 for pressing down the collecting barrel 10 to reset is arranged on the lead screw nut 24. The lower edge of the pressure plate 23 cooperates with the upper edge of one of the lugs 14 on the collection bucket 10 (the lower lug 14 in fig. 8) to simultaneously depress the entire collection bucket 10 during the descent of the lead screw nut 24 along the drive lead screw 22. The pressing plate 23 is rigid and L-shaped to avoid the closing locus of the slot cover 4, and may also be in other shapes such as an arc shape.
The intermediate shaft 34 is a spline shaft, and the intermediate shaft 34 is provided with a plurality of raised keys at intervals on its outer circle. A key sleeve 28 is provided at an end portion of the rotary shaft 2 (an upper end of the rotary shaft 2 in fig. 8), the intermediate shaft 34 is engaged with the rotary shaft 2 to transmit torque after the intermediate shaft 34 is inserted into the key sleeve 28, and the intermediate shaft 34 is disengaged from the rotary shaft 2 and disconnects both torque transmission passages after the intermediate shaft 34 is disengaged from the key sleeve 28. The outer end of the key slot formed in the inner edge of the key sleeve 28 is flared so as to be in butt joint with the bar key on the intermediate shaft 34 and enable the bar key and the intermediate shaft to achieve a torque-transmitting state through insertion. A shaft sleeve 31 is arranged on the table body at the position, away from one end of the key sleeve 28, of the intermediate shaft 34, and the shaft sleeve 31 is used for rotatably matching the intermediate shaft 34 and enabling the intermediate shaft 34 to flexibly slide along the axial direction. A third return spring 33 that abuts against the intermediate shaft 34 is provided in the boss 31, and the third return spring 33 causes the corresponding end portion of the intermediate shaft 34 to protrude out of the boss 31 and to be inserted into the key sleeve 28 in the naturally elongated state. A first pull rope 32 is also connected to the intermediate shaft 34, and the first pull rope 32 is connected with the second pull rope 7 through a pulley 6 and the like in the carding direction, so that the first pin 9 can be synchronously controlled to be disengaged from the slot cover 4 and the intermediate shaft 34 to be disengaged from the key slot through an actuating member such as a pedal 11.
The intermediate shaft 34 is also provided with a driven cylindrical gear 30 which is engaged with the driving cylindrical gear 29. The driven cylindrical gear 30, the driving cylindrical gear 29, the driving bevel gear 26 and the driven bevel gear 25 are rotatably fitted in a gear box (not shown) fixed on the table body to maintain the stability of the rotation of the gears and prevent the gears from moving or vibrating in the axial direction or other directions during the rotation. The slave cylinder gear 30 is connected to the intermediate shaft 34 through a one-way clutch so that the power transmission between the slave cylinder gear 30 and the intermediate shaft 34 is disengaged during the lowering of the collection tub 10 by the rotation of the power shaft 27 in the state where the intermediate shaft 34 is inserted into the key sleeve 28, and the power transmission between the slave cylinder gear 30 and the intermediate shaft 34 is engaged during the raising of the collection tub 10 by the rotation of the power shaft 27. As shown in fig. 10, the one-way clutch in this embodiment includes an inner ring 35 rotatably fitted to an inner edge of the driven cylindrical gear 30, a splined inner hole 38 is provided at the center of the inner ring 35 for the intermediate shaft 34 to slide and transmit torque, a plurality of wedge grooves 37 are provided at an outer edge of the inner ring 35, and cylindrical rollers 36 are provided in the wedge grooves 37. In the counterclockwise rotation of the driven cylindrical gear 30 shown in fig. 10, the cylindrical rollers 36 are located at the large ends of the wedge grooves 37 by the frictional force of the driven cylindrical gear 30, and at this time, the driven cylindrical gear 30 and the inner race 35 rotate freely without transmitting torque. When the driven cylindrical gear 30 rotates clockwise from the driven cylindrical gear 30, the cylindrical roller 36 is pushed to the small end of the wedge-shaped groove 37 by friction force to form a lead member connecting the driven cylindrical gear 30 and the inner ring 35, and at this time, the driven cylindrical gear 30 and the inner ring 35 are combined and pass through the inner ring 35 to enable the driven cylindrical gear 30 to transmit torque to the intermediate shaft 34. In other embodiments of the invention, the effect of unidirectional torque transmission from the driven gear to the intermediate shaft 34 can also be achieved through a ratchet and ratchet matching pair.
The method of use of this example is as follows:
when the pedal 11 is stepped on in the initial state shown in fig. 4 (the same as embodiment 1, not shown in the figure), the first pin 9 is first retracted into the first pin sleeve 12 by the second rope 7, and the slot cover 4 is rotated clockwise around the rotating shaft 2 under the action of the torsion spring 3 to open as shown in fig. 5. At this time, the lower edge of the slot cover 4 is matched with the shifting plate 21 at the left side to press the second pin 18 into the second pin sleeve 20, and the second pin 18 is separated from the positioning plate 17 on the collecting box. The collecting chamber is then raised by the lifting spring 15 to the position shown in figure 6, with the upper edge of the collecting chamber being substantially flush with the lower edge of the vomit chute 5 for the patient to vomit into the collecting chamber. In this process, the pedal 11 is stepped to synchronously pull the first pull rope 32, so that the intermediate shaft 34 is in a state of being disengaged from the key sleeve 28 as shown in fig. 9, the torque of the rotation of the rotating shaft 2 is separated from the intermediate shaft 34, the driven cylindrical gear 30 on the intermediate shaft 34 does not generate a driving force in the reverse direction to the driving cylindrical gear 29, and the height of the screw nut 24 is not changed by the rotation of the driving screw 22.
During return, the pedal 11 is relaxed so that the intermediate shaft 34 is inserted into the key sleeve 28 under the action of the third return spring 33. Firstly, the power shaft 27 is positively driven to rotate, the power of the power shaft 27 is transmitted to the driven cylindrical gear 30 through the driving cylindrical gear 29, the driven cylindrical gear 30 is not connected with the intermediate shaft 34 under the action of the one-way clutch, the driving cylindrical gear 29 only drives the driven cylindrical gear 30 to rotate in a rotating mode and does not drive the intermediate shaft 34 to rotate, so that the rotating shaft 2 does not rotate, and the slot cover 4 is kept in an open state; on the other hand, the power of the power shaft 27 is transmitted to the driving screw 22 through the driving bevel gear 26 and the driven bevel gear 25, the screw nut 24 moves downwards and presses the whole collecting box downwards through the matching of the pressing plate 23 and one of the lug plates 14 to the state shown in fig. 7, the lower edge of the screw nut 24 at the moment touches the stop 16 which is fixed on the table body and sleeved on the periphery of the driving screw 22 and cannot slide downwards continuously, and the height of the collecting barrel 10 is lower than the position in the urging state shown in fig. 4. At the moment, the hand wheel cannot be rotated forward continuously, namely, the hand wheel is rotated reversely, in the process of rotating the hand wheel reversely, on one hand, the driven cylindrical gear 30 is combined with the intermediate shaft 34, the driven cylindrical gear 30 drives the rotating shaft 2 to rotate through the intermediate shaft 34, the slot cover 4 rotates anticlockwise until the slot cover passes over the first spring pin and then reaches a closed state again, and the second spring pin is reset by contacting and pressing the second spring pin in the rotating process of the slot cover 4; on the other hand, the driving screw 22 is reversely rotated to lift the pressing plate 23, the collecting box is lifted by the thrust of the lifting spring 15 during the continuous lifting of the pressing plate 23 until the corresponding lug plate 14 on the collecting box is blocked by the second pin 18 of the ejected second spring pin, and then the power shaft 27 is continuously reversely rotated to lift the screw nut 24 and the pressing plate 23 to the height shown in fig. 1, even if the embodiment reaches the initial state again.
Example 3
