Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a probiotic complete mixture at the early stage of nursing of weaned pigs and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of complete mixtures.
Background
The nursery pig is called weaned piglet for short, and is a piglet which is weaned from 3 weeks to 10 weeks after birth and has a greatly changed living condition after weaning. The weaning period to the eating period is gradually adapted, the maternal antibody is rapidly reduced after the weaning, the body resistance is relatively poor, and various diseases are easy to occur. Particularly, the preventive treatment by using antibiotics can cause the generation of pathogenic micro-drug resistance, and the problem of drug residue is increasingly outstanding, so the development and the application of the microecological preparation without drug residue and drug resistance are very important.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems that after weaning of nursery pigs, the immune system is not completely developed, the digestive system is weak, the weight of the nursery pigs is reduced during the feeding period, and various diseases and even death are easy to occur. The invention provides a probiotic complete mixture for a weaned pig at the early stage of nursing and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a probiotic complete mixture in the early stage of nursing of weaned pigs is prepared by mixing a probiotic component, a mixed coarse material component and a carrier component, wherein the probiotic component comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-10 parts of bacillus subtilis, 2-8 parts of streptococcus lactis, 1-6 parts of yeast and 3-10 parts of enterococcus faecalis.
The mixed coarse material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: expanded corn flour of 150 plus 200 portions and wheat bran of 20 to 30 portionsThe preparation method comprises the following steps of (1),30-50 parts of puffed soybean meal, 0.5-1 part of compound mineral substance and compound micro0.02-0.05 part of element, 0.05-1 part of vitamin complex, 0.02-0.025 part of satin amino acid, 0.01-0.18 part of tryptophan, 0.025-0.03 part of threonine, 0.03-0.1 part of methionine, 1-2 parts of sodium caseinate, 5-10 parts of red yeast rice powder, 0.1-0.15 part of L-malic acid and 20-30 parts of whey powder.
Preferably, the carrier component is a mixture of zeolite powder and oligosaccharide or a mixture of diatomite and microecological bacteria liquid, wherein the weight parts of the raw materials are 9-18 parts.
Preferably, the probiotic complete mixture at the early stage of nursing of the weaned pigs is prepared by mixing a probiotic component, a mixed coarse material component and a carrier component, wherein the probiotic component comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8 parts of bacillus subtilis, 6 parts of streptococcus lactis, 5 parts of saccharomycetes and 8 parts of enterococcus faecalis.
The mixed coarse material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 180 parts of puffed corn flour and 25 parts of wheat branThe preparation method comprises the following steps of (1),40 parts of puffed soybean meal, 0.8 part of composite mineral substance, 0.04 part of composite trace element, 0.08 part of composite vitamin, 0.023 part of satin amino acid, 0.15 part of tryptophan, 0.028 part of threonine, 0.08 part of methionine, 1.5 parts of sodium caseinate, 8 parts of red yeast rice powder, 0.12 part of L-malic acid and 24 parts of whey powder.
Preferably, the carrier component is a mixture of zeolite powder and oligosaccharide or a mixture of diatomite and microecological bacteria liquid, wherein the weight parts of the raw materials are 12 parts.
A preparation method of a probiotic complete mixture at the early stage of nursing of weaned piglets comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps: weighing probiotic components in parts by weight, carrying out liquid fermentation, and then spraying the probiotic components into a carrier by detection and calculation, wherein the mass ratio of the probiotic components to the carrier is 1: 1;
and step two, adding the mixed coarse material components, mixing and stirring uniformly, and granulating by using a granulator.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the mixture has good palatability and high digestibility. The weaned pig can adapt quickly. By proper proportioning and adding amino acids, the daily gain of piglets can be improved, the feed proportion in the feeding period is reduced, the immunity is enhanced, and the diarrhea and respiratory tract morbidity of the piglets can be effectively reduced.
Description of the drawings:
fig. 1 is a flow chart of preparation of a probiotic complete mixture at the early stage of nursing of weaned pigs.

Comparative experiment of feeding with different complete mixture ratios of experimental examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3;
in the experiment, 600 weaned piglets with similar health conditions of 21 days old and born piglets in the same period are selected and divided into six groups, each group comprises 100 piglets, all the piglets are three-element pig varieties, the piglets are fed by the feed of the embodiment 1-3 and the comparative example 1-3, the feeding is carried out for 6 times every day in the experiment period of 14 days, and the piglets are fed three times in the afternoon. Feed intake and health of the pigs were recorded daily.
Before the test, piglets are weighed on an empty stomach collectively in the morning, the number of the stored piglets is counted, the piglets are weighed collectively after the test, the average weight is calculated, and the test results are shown in a table 2.
