A self-service card issuing device based on a computer internet comprises a main body (1) and is characterized in that a computer display screen (2) is embedded in the outer wall of one side of the main body (1), a card outlet (3) is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the main body (1), a card issuing mechanism is arranged in the main body (1), and the card issuing mechanism comprises a card storage chamber (9) for containing an IC card (19), a first conveying belt (10) and a second conveying belt (13); the inner wall of one side of the main body (1) is fixed with a mounting frame (11) through screws, the inner walls of two sides of the mounting frame (11) are rotatably provided with two wheel shafts (30), the outer wall of one side of the mounting frame (11) is fixed with a first motor (5) through screws, one end of one wheel shaft (30) is rotatably connected to the output end of the wheel shaft (30), the outer wall of the circumference of the wheel shaft (30) is fixed with a conveying wheel (31) through screws, a first conveying belt (10) is installed on the outer wall of the conveying wheel (31), a second conveying belt (13) and the first conveying belt (10) are vertically distributed, and the second conveying belt (13) is installed below the first conveying belt (10) through a support frame (15); the outer wall of the support frame (15) is provided with a card outlet guide plate (4) through a support, the position of the card outlet guide plate (4) is matched with one end of the second conveying belt (13), and one end of the card outlet guide plate (4) extends into the card outlet (3); the inner wall of the mounting rack (11) is respectively connected with four supporting wheels (21) and four guide wheels (28) in a rotating way through a shaft; the supporting wheel (21) is rotatably connected to the outer wall of the first conveying belt (10), two symmetrical guide eaves (23) are integrally arranged on the inner side wall of the first conveying belt (10), two guide grooves (22) are formed between the two guide eaves (23) and the first conveying belt (10), four guide wheels (28) are slidably connected into the two guide grooves (22) respectively, and the first conveying belt (10) is supported into a T-shaped structure by the conveying wheel (31), the guide wheels (28) and the supporting wheel (21); the automatic card storing and conveying device is characterized in that vent pipes (32) which are uniformly distributed are fixedly connected to the first conveying belt (10) in an inserted mode, sucking discs (20) and air bags (24) are arranged at two ends of each vent pipe (32) respectively, each sucking disc (20) is located on the outer side of the first conveying belt (10), and a pushing assembly is arranged in the card storing chamber (9).

The self-service card issuing equipment based on the computer internet is characterized in that a pushing assembly in the card storage chamber (9) comprises a supporting plate (18) and a push rod (8), the supporting plate (18) is connected to the inner wall of the card storage chamber (9) in a sliding mode, the supporting plate (18) is fixed to the outer wall of the top end of the push rod (8) through screws, the push rod (8) slides to the inner wall of the bottom end of the card storage chamber (9), a limiting block (16) is fixed to the outer wall of the bottom of the push rod (8) through screws, and the same spring (17) is welded between the limiting block (16) and the outer wall of the bottom of the card storage chamber (9).

The self-service card issuing equipment based on the computer internet is characterized in that an extrusion plate (25) is installed on the outer wall of one side of the mounting frame (11) through an adjusting mechanism, the extrusion plate (25) is located on the inner side of the first conveying belt (10), the height of the extrusion plate (25) is matched with that of the air bag (24), and the extrusion plate (25) is located above the second conveying belt (13).

The self-service card issuing equipment based on the computer internet is characterized in that a cleaning brush (7) is installed below the second conveying belt (13) through a mounting bracket, and the top end of the cleaning brush (7) is in contact with the outer wall of the bottom of the second conveying belt (13).

s1: the card issuing application operation is carried out through the computer display screen (2);
s2: the system controls a first motor (5) to work, a first conveyer belt (10) to work, a supporting plate (18) and a spring (17) in a card storage chamber (9) support an IC card (19) upwards, and a sucker (20) sucks the IC card (19);
s3: the first conveyor belt (10) conveys the IC card (19) onto the second conveyor belt (13);
s4: the system controls the second conveyer belt (13) to continuously convey the IC card (19);
s5: the IC card (19) is conveyed to the card-out guide plate (4) by the second conveying belt (13), and the card-out guide plate (4) outputs the IC card (19) from the card-out opening (3) so as to achieve the purpose of card distribution.
