In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 13 to 16, the corner (the corner enclosed by the wall of the base wall 700) is a female corner, the corner fixing profile is an elongated profile and is integrally formed, the first connecting portion 103 and the second connecting portion 104 are perpendicular to each other, i.e. they are perpendicular to each other and are all arranged in a long way, correspondingly, the base wall corner should be a right angle, but not limited thereto, the included angle between the first connecting portion 103 and the second connecting portion 104 can be adjusted according to the corner, e.g. the corner is an obtuse angle, and the included angle between the first connecting portion 103 and the second connecting portion 104 matches therewith and is also an obtuse angle. As shown in fig. 14 and 15, the first main plate 1031 extends linearly, and one plate surface of the first main plate 1031 is a flat surface, which constitutes the first plane 107. The second plate 1034 has two parallel first protrusions 106 on the side facing away from the first plane 107, the first protrusions 106 are disposed in a full length, and the fixing screw 600 is located between the two first protrusions 106, so as to provide a positioning basis for fixing the screw 600. The two supporting ribs are divided into a first supporting rib 1032 and a second supporting rib 1035, the first supporting rib 1032 and the second supporting rib 1035 are respectively arranged at two ends of the first main board 1031 and are perpendicular to the first main board 1031. The second support rib 1035 is provided with a first bend 1036 at an end away from the first main plate 1031, and the first bend 1036 extends away from the first support rib 1032. But not limited thereto, the number of the support ribs may be two or more, and not only the first support rib 1032 and the second support rib 1035, but also other vertical rib plates between the first support rib 1032 and the second support rib 1035 are included. The first support rib 1032 is flush with the second support rib 1035 at the end away from the first main plate 1031. The first support rib 1032 and the second support rib 1035 extend away from the first plane 107 by a distance of 10mm in the up-and-down direction as shown in fig. 14, and support the space between the decorative integrated sheet 500 and the base wall 700.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, the third main board is located at an end of the first main board 1031 and perpendicular to the first main board 1031, the third main board is spaced apart from the second main board 1046, and both the third main board and the second main board 1031 extend in the same direction (i.e., in the up and down direction in fig. 14) to form the first slot 105, and the extension length of the third main board is greater than that of the second main board 1046, so as to form a third main board protruding from the second main board 1046. The third main board includes a first board 1041 and a groove section 1042 connected to each other, the first board 1041 is disposed parallel to the second main board 1046 and slightly protrudes from the second main board 1046, the first board 1041 and the second support rib 1035 are disposed on the same plane, and the groove section 1042 is in a groove shape and has a notch facing to a side of the second main board 1046. The trough-shaped section 1042 comprises a first trough wall 1043, a bottom plate 1044 and a second trough wall 1045 which are sequentially connected, wherein the first trough wall 1043, the bottom plate 1044 and the second trough wall 1045 enclose a groove shape, the first trough wall 1043 is vertically arranged with the first flat plate 1041, the bottom plate 1044 is parallel to the first flat plate 1041, and the second trough wall 1045 is vertical to the bottom plate 1044. The side of the bottom plate 1044 facing away from the second main plate 1046 is a second plane, which is flush with the free end (the end away from the first supporting rib) of the first bend 1036, for being attached to the base wall. In addition, the second main plate 1046 is provided with a through-long second protrusion 108 on the end surface facing away from the third main plate to form a groove, so as to be conveniently bonded with the decoration integrated plate 500. A rib 109 is disposed in the first slot 105, the rib 109 is parallel to the first main plate 1031, and two ends of the rib 109 are respectively connected to the second main plate 1046 and the first plate 1041, thereby dividing the first slot 105 into an inner cavity 1052 and an outer slot 1051.
As shown in fig. 13 and 16, the decoration integrated board mounting system also fixes the decoration integrated board through the same cross keel and the same support frame, wherein the board surface of the inner side of the first decoration board 501 is attached and fixed to the first plane 107, the end of the first decoration board abuts against the second main board 1046, and the length of the second main board 1046 in the length direction of the second decoration board 502 is smaller than the thickness of the first decoration board 501, so that the second main board 1046 completely covers the thickness direction of the first decoration board 501. The connecting piece 200 is fixed on the inner side of the second decorative plate 502, and one end of the connecting piece 200 is inserted into the first slot 105 to limit the second decorative plate 502 to be separated from the corner fixing section bar 100 in the direction away from the third section bar. The end of the second decorative plate 502 abuts against the outer surface of the first decorative plate 501. For example, the end of the first decorative plate 501 may be placed against the surface of the second decorative plate 502, and the end of the second decorative plate 502 may be placed against the first mold plate 1031. After the fixing structure is assembled, the first end 202 is inserted into the first slot 105 (the outer slot 1051), and the second main board 1046 is inserted into the second slot 205 to form an insertion connection, so as to complete the connection between the connecting member 200 and the corner fixing profile 100. On one side of the first decorative plate 501, the first support rib 1032 and the second support rib 1033 extend from the first decorative plate 501 to the cross keel 400, so as to support the first cavity 401 between the first decorative plate 501 and the cross keel 400, and increase the sound insulation performance of the wall. Meanwhile, the lengths of the first supporting rib 1032 and the second supporting rib 1033 are both 10mm, so that the size of the first cavity 401 can be integrally compressed, and compared with the existing cavity structure, the loss of indoor use area can be reduced. In addition, on one side of the second decorative plate 502, the top rib 203 is extended to the cross keel 400 by the second decorative plate 502, the first cavity 401 between the second decorative plate 502 and the cross keel 400 is supported, the sound insulation performance of the wall body can also be increased, meanwhile, the second groove wall 1045 is extended to the connecting piece 200 by the cross keel 400 and is abutted to the substrate 201, the second groove wall 1045 is flush with the top rib 203, the assembly can also be limited, and the second groove wall 1045 can limit the first end 202 in the horizontal direction to a certain extent. The first decoration plate 501 is adhered to the first plane 107 of the first pattern plate 1031 by an adhesive and further fixed by a screw 600. The bottom plate 1044 is adhered to the outer side surface of the cross runner 400 by an adhesive and is further fixed by the screw 600. The connecting member 200 is adhered to the second decorative plate 502 by an adhesive and further fixed by a screw 600, and the length of the screw 600 is preferably smaller than the thickness of the decorative integrated plate 500.
As shown in fig. 13 and 16, the installation steps of the decorative integrated board installation system of this example are also the same as those of the previous example, and mainly include leveling, punching, leveling, fixing the cross keel 400, the connecting piece 200 and the corner fixing profile 100 to be fixed on the board surface, and the cross keel 400 is fixed with the corner fixing profile 100 and the connecting piece 200 is inserted. From this, this installation utilizes the grafting of connecting piece 200 and corner fixed section bar 100, replaces the screw connection of current decorative board and section bar, saves the process of beating the screw, and it is more convenient to install, wholly realizes dry process fast-assembling, and second decorative board 502 can be taken off from corner fixed section bar in addition, can realize harmless dismantlement and maintenance, does benefit to the reuse of decorating integrative board 500.
By combining the embodiment, the decoration integrated plate installation system at the corner of the wall can be spliced with the decoration integrated plate by using the first slot, so that dry fast-assembly is realized, screw connection is not required, the installation is more convenient, the second decoration plate can be taken down from the corner fixing profile, nondestructive disassembly and maintenance can be realized, and the reutilization of the decoration integrated plate is facilitated.

Claims (10)

1. A decoration integrated plate installation system at a corner comprises a foundation wall and two decoration integrated plates, and is characterized by comprising a support, a cross keel and a corner fixing profile;
the two decorative integrated plates comprise a first decorative plate and a second decorative plate, and a connecting piece is arranged on the second decorative plate;
a plurality of supporters are arranged, one end of each supporter is inserted into the foundation wall, and the other end of each supporter is fixed with the corresponding transverse keel so as to horizontally fix the transverse keel on the foundation wall;
the corner fixing profile comprises a first connecting part and a second connecting part which are arranged at an angle, and the first connecting part is fixedly attached to the first decorative plate; the second connecting portion set up to be fixed with the laminating of horizontal fossil fragments, and with the connecting piece is pegged graft, in order to connect first decorative board and second decorative board.

The system of claim 1, wherein the first connecting portion comprises a first main plate and a support rib, the first main plate is provided with a first plane attached to the first decorative plate, and the support rib extends away from the first plane to be supported; the second connecting portion comprises a second main board and a third main board which are arranged in parallel, the second main board and the third main board are connected with the first main board, the second main board is arranged at one end of the first main board, a first slot is formed between the second main board and the third main board, and the first slot is arranged to be used for being connected with the connecting piece in an inserting mode.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the two support bars comprise a first support bar and a second support bar, and the first support bar and the second support bar are respectively disposed at two ends of the first main plate and perpendicular to the first main plate.
4. The system of claim 2, wherein the corner fixing profile comprises a protection portion, the protection portion is disposed at the connection of the first connection portion and the second connection portion, and the ends of the first decorative plate and the second decorative plate are abutted against the protection portion.
5. The system of claim 2, wherein the connector comprises a base plate having a first end portion disposed at a distance from the second panel, the first end portion being inserted into the first slot, and the second main plate being inserted between the first end portion and the second panel.
6. A decorative integrated panel mounting system at a wall corner according to claim 5, wherein the connecting member comprises a top rib, the top rib is arranged on the base plate and is used for supporting a space between the second decorative panel and the cross keel.
7. The system of claim 2, wherein the third plate comprises a first plate and a groove section, the first plate is disposed parallel to the second plate, the groove section is in the shape of a groove, the groove section comprises a first groove wall, a bottom plate and a second groove wall, the first groove wall, the bottom plate and the second groove wall are sequentially connected, the groove opening of the groove section faces one side of the second plate, the first groove wall is perpendicular to the first plate, the bottom plate is disposed to be attached to the base wall, and the second groove wall abuts against the connecting member.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein a rib is disposed in the first slot, and two ends of the rib are connected to the second main plate and the first flat plate respectively.

A decorative integrated board mounting system at a wall corner according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein the support comprises an expansion bolt and a clamping board which are connected, one end of the expansion bolt is inserted into the foundation wall, the clamping board is fixed at the other end of the expansion bolt, and the clamping board is connected with the cross keel in a snap-in mode and fixed through a self-tapping screw.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein the expansion bolts have adjusting nuts.
