Detailed Description

The retainer 230 is movably fixed to the expansion plug 220 in the axial direction of the expansion plug 220, and is used for adjusting the depth of the expansion plug 220 inserted into the drill hole 310 (the drill hole 310 on the wall 300). The expansion plug 220 comprises an expansion section 221 and a pass-through section 222, the pass-through section 222 is positioned between the expansion section 221 and the connecting piece 210, the screw 240 is screwed in the expansion plug 220 through the first through hole 211, and the screw 240 is not screwed in the expansion plug 220.

In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the outer side surface of the segment 222 is provided with a thread, the limiting member 230 is an adjusting nut, the adjusting nut is screwed on the thread, and the adjustment of the depth of the expansion plug 220 inserted into the drill hole 310 can be realized by rotating the adjusting nut.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a limiting portion 212 protrudes from an end surface of the first end of the connecting member 210, a guide groove 213 is formed between the limiting portion 212 and the connecting member 210, the first connecting portion is the guide groove 213, the guide groove 213 includes two symmetrically disposed sets, and the notches of the two guide grooves 213 are opposite to each other. The keel body 100 includes: a bottom plate 110, a plurality of second through holes 111 all located on the bottom plate 110; and two opposite side plates 120, wherein any one side plate 120 is arranged along the length direction of the bottom plate 110, the first ends of the two side plates 120 are connected to the bottom plate 110, the second ends of the two side plates 120 are respectively bent with a guide rail 121, two guide rail grooves 213 of the plurality of adjusting parts 200 are sequentially movably inserted in the two guide rails 121, so that the plurality of adjusting parts 200 are moved to positions corresponding to the plurality of second through holes 111 one by one, and the second connecting part is the guide rail 121.
For example, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a first supporting portion 214 protrudes from an end surface of the first end of the connecting member 210, the first supporting portion 214 is located between the two rail grooves 213, a second supporting portion is provided on the bottom plate 110, after the screw 240 is locked, the first supporting portion 214 abuts against the second supporting portion, and the keel main body 100 is not bent and deformed due to the compression of the screw 240.
For example, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the bottom plate 110 is stamped with an outer concave and inner convex sunken groove 112, the plurality of second through holes 111 are located on the bottom wall of the sunken groove 112, the sunken groove 112 can improve the strength of the keel body 100, and the keel body 100 is less prone to bending deformation. In addition, the bottom plate 110 is stamped with a reinforcing rib 113, and the reinforcing rib 113 further improves the strength of the keel main body 100, so that the keel main body 100 is less prone to bending deformation. After the screw 240 is tightened, the nut of the screw 240 is sunk into the sinking groove 112. The second support portion is the bottom wall of the sink 112.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 1, the second through hole 111 is a kidney-shaped hole, which can better achieve alignment with the first through hole 211, the bore 310 and the screw 240.
Of course, the second through hole may also be a circular hole or a rectangular hole, and the purpose of the present application can also be achieved, and the purpose of the present application does not depart from the design concept of the present invention, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted, and all of the purposes of the present application should fall within the protection scope of the present application.

In summary, in the leveling support keel assembly provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the plurality of adjusting members are installed on the keel, the plurality of expansion plugs are inserted into the plurality of drill holes in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and for uneven positions on the keel, the depth of the corresponding expansion plugs inserted into the drill holes is adjusted by adjusting the limiting members near the uneven positions, so that the uneven positions are leveled, and the leveling process of the whole keel is simpler, more convenient and faster.

7. A runner for use with an adjustment member as defined in any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising:
the keel body is provided with a second connecting part and a second through hole, and the first connecting part is used for being fixed on the second connecting part.
8. The runner of claim 7, wherein the runner body comprises:
the bottom plate is provided with a plurality of second through holes at intervals along the length direction of the bottom plate, and the plurality of second through holes are used for being matched with the plurality of adjusting pieces; and
