Preferably, a spacer 20 is disposed between the first wall and the second wall. The distance relationship between the first wall and the second wall can be controlled by the spacer 20.
Preferably, the slats 10 are provided with a plurality of concave slits 13 in the transverse direction. The lath 10 is a gypsum board.
Further, a plurality of holes 14 are longitudinally arranged in the lath 10. Thereby reducing the weight of the plate body and improving the sound insulation capability of the wall body. The surface of the slat 10 is provided with glass fiber coating plastic mesh cloth 15.
Preferably, the slats 10 include a first slat 11 disposed at a middle position of the first wall and a second slat 12 disposed at both side positions of the wall.
Preferably, the first strip 11 is provided with a strip-shaped groove 111 and a protrusion 112 matching the shape of the strip-shaped groove 111 on both sides. Thereby facilitating the splicing of a plurality of first strips 11.
Further, one side of the second strip 12 is a flat structure 121, and the other side of the second strip 12 is provided with a groove 111 or a protrusion 112.
Preferably, the pad 20 is fixed at the concave gap 13. Further, the cushion block 20 is formed by stacking a plurality of spacers 21. The spacer 20 is attached to the slat 10 by a first screw 22 in an expansion bolt 23.
Preferably, the spacer 20 is fixed on the lath 10 by a first screw 22, and each of the decoration plates 30 is fixed on the spacer 20 by a connector 40. Thereby realizing the fixed connection between the decoration board 30 and the lath 10.
Preferably, the decorative panel 30 includes at least a first decorative panel 31 and a second decorative panel 32 disposed adjacent to each other. And limiting holes (31a, 32a) are arranged on the side walls of the first decorative plate 31 and the second decorative plate 32.
Preferably, the connecting member 40 has an i-shaped structure, and the connecting member 40 includes a second screw 41, a fixing plate 42, a supporting rod 43, a first limiting rod 44 and a second limiting rod 45.
The supporting rod 43 is vertically disposed on the fixing plate 42, and the first limiting rod 44 and the second limiting rod 45 are vertically connected to the supporting rod 43. The first limiting rod 44 and the second limiting rod 45 are respectively clamped with the first decorative plate 31 and the second decorative plate 32 which are adjacently arranged. The second screw 41 is inserted into the fixing plate 42, and the fixing plate 42 is engaged with the pad 20. That is, the fixing and the limiting of the two adjacent decoration plates 30 can be realized by the structural arrangement of the connecting member 40 under the condition that the structure of the decoration plates is not damaged.
Through the structural design of the assembled wall body, keel-free supporting, dry construction and glue-free engineering are realized, the material consumption is less, and the cost is saved. The quality problems of wall surface cracking, bulging and the like in the traditional decoration can be solved. And the quick disassembly and quick assembly of the wall body are realized. Because the deviation of the batten is small, a large amount of adjustment is not needed after installation and molding. Thereby greatly improving the construction and installation efficiency.
