本发明涉及口罩领域,具体的涉及一次针织成型口罩及其成型工艺。
背景技术
口罩是一种卫生用品,一般指戴在口鼻部位用于过滤进入口鼻的空气,以达到阻挡有害的气体、气味、飞沫、病毒等物质的作用,以纱布、面或无纺布等材料做成。口罩对进入肺部的空气有一定的过滤作用,在呼吸道传染病流行时,在粉尘等污染的环境中作业时,戴口罩具有非常好的作用。口罩可分为空气过滤式口罩和供气式口罩。其中普通针织布口罩是防止环境中的尘埃、细菌和病毒吸入人体的日常防护用品,也可用以可能携有呼吸道传染原的患者的基本阻隔,用以保护个人和公众健康与安全。针织布口罩的阻菌性能,除了取决于针织布的层数外;还取决于纱线的材质、细度、针织物的密度或组织结构,它等于针织布的平方米干燥重量与口罩层数的乘积。现有的针织口罩为平面结构,无法很好的贴合面部,导致边缘和面部之间存在间隙,影响防护效果,穿戴舒适性不好,且口罩容易压迫口鼻处,导致呼吸不顺畅,容易导致血氧降低,此外现有的口罩在呼吸过程中容易吸收湿气,导致细菌滋生,抗菌功能差,有鉴于此,本案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是解决至少上述问题,通过一次针织成型口罩,提高口罩与面颊贴合度,提升透气性、抗变形能力、耐用性和抗菌性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一次针织成型口罩,其特征在于:所述口罩包括相互连接的主体和挂耳,所述主体包括口鼻部和面颊部,所述口鼻部凸出于主体,口鼻部内部形成呼吸通道,所述面颊部呈弧形,所述主体的宽度从口鼻部向面颊部的末端逐渐收窄,所述主体由抗菌纱线和放湿纱线编织而成,所述挂耳由亲肤纱线编织而成,所述主体上设有过滤片开口。本发明一次针织成型口罩结合人体面颊丰度于下颚部作弧形处理,流线型侧边向上编织,并以高弹纱原身编织出圆同挂耳,口鼻部采用局部凸型编织,形成立体结构,与人体面部始终保持贴合,呼吸更加顺畅自由,避免使用普通口罩导致的血氧降低问题。在组织方面并赋予各种个性化的花型图样,同时体现出口罩的功能性与时尚性。
优选的,所述主体由平针组织、变化平针组织、空气层组织、集圈组织、添纱组织、提花组织、移圈组织、绗缝组织或间隔组织中的一种或多种编织而成。主体采用强度较高的纱线编织,并使用透气性好且不易变形的组织编织,能够降低呼吸阻力,同时给予口罩一定抗变形能力,提高耐用性。
优选的,所述高弹纱线由棉纤维、麻纤维、羊毛纤维、聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维和粘胶纤维中的一种以上混纺组成。
优选的,所述主体为包括表层和里层的双层组织,所述表层的放湿纱线的纤维表面具有六个沟道,所述里层的放湿纱线的纤维表面具有四个沟道,所述放湿纱线的材质为添加有0.3-0.8%紫外线屏蔽剂的涤纶。由于含有沟道的纤维具有良好的吸湿和放湿性能,加上放湿纱线采用疏水材料制成,因此能够快速的将口鼻呼出的水蒸气借助芯吸效应导到口罩表面进行快速蒸发冷却,加上表层的纤维的沟道比里层更多,其因此表面的导湿性能比里层强,能够避免外部水汽反渗至口罩内部,进而避免微生物滋生,此外由于湿纱线添加有紫外线屏蔽剂,加上双层组织结构,因此具有较好的抗紫外线能力。
优选的,所述抗菌纱线的纤维横截面结构为异形皮芯组织,所述异形皮芯组织包括抗菌芯层和覆盖于抗菌芯层外部的异形皮层,所述抗菌芯层的材质为甲壳素重量比为0.5-1%的甲壳素和聚氨酯的混合物,所述异形皮层为截面形状为三角形、材质为聚氨酯。异形皮层呈三角形结构,其棱角的存在能够使得微生物不易粘附和存活,加上皮芯含有的抗菌功能的甲壳素,使得口罩整体具有良好的抗菌作用;三角形结构使得纤维具有分光作用,口罩的面料具有独特的闪光性,还能提高纤维抗起球性、膨松性、透气性和抗抽丝性,提高口罩的耐洗性和重复使用次数。
优选的,所述亲肤纱线为纯纺纱、混纺纱或者为多根纱线合并形成的纱线,所述挂耳由平针组织、变化平针组织、双罗纹组织、集圈组织、空气层组织或间隔组织中的一种编织而成,所述挂耳在1Kg负载下的拉伸率小于等于5%。

优选的,所述挂耳部位采用弹性纱线直织与橫织交接方法,原身出勾耳仔加针。挂耳带子为一体成型无需额外的缝合或粘结处理,提高生产效率。
优选的,编织主体时,先织出内层组织,口罩主体中部的左右两侧边做开口缝合,在编织里层中部时采用引返处理对里层的左右两侧进行收省,鼻尖部位的元同组织中做开口插入固定条,口罩主体采用边缘部位采用元同组织,中间口鼻部隆起部位采用提花组织、移圈组织相结合编织。

如图6,所述抗菌纱线6的纤维横截面结构为异形皮芯组织,所述异形皮芯组织包括抗菌芯层61和覆盖于抗菌芯层61外部的异形皮层62,所述抗菌芯层61的材质为甲壳素重量比为0.5-1%的甲壳素和聚氨酯的混合物,所述异形皮层62为截面形状为三角形、材质为聚氨酯。异形皮层62呈三角形结构,其棱角的存在能够使得微生物不易粘附和存活,加上皮芯含有的抗菌功能的甲壳素,使得口罩整体具有良好的抗菌作用;三角形结构使得纤维具有分光作用,口罩的面料具有独特的闪光性,还能提高纤维抗起球性、膨松性、透气性和抗抽丝性,提高口罩的耐洗性和重复使用次数。
所述亲肤纱线为纯纺纱、混纺纱或者为多根纱线合并形成的纱线,所述挂耳1由平针组织、变化平针组织、双罗纹组织、集圈组织、空气层组织或间隔组织中的一种编织而成,所述挂耳1在1Kg负载下的拉伸率小于等于5%。
所述主体的过滤片开口4内装有过滤片,所述过滤片的材质为过滤纤维构成的热风无纺布,所述过滤纤维的材料为含银沸石和聚氨酯的混合物,其中含银沸石占混合物的重量比为0.6-0.8%。在污染度较好的环境中内内层添加可更换的过滤片,可以进一步的提升口罩过滤和抗菌性能。
一次针织成型口罩的制备方法,包括以下步骤:在编织口罩主体中部采用双层空转组织,在空转组织进行引返形成3D立体结构,在编织口罩主体上下两侧时采用铲针编织方法对口罩主体的上下两侧进行收省,挂耳1采用横向编织方法。
所述挂耳1部位采用弹性纱线直织与橫织交接方法,原身出勾耳仔加针。挂耳1带子为一体成型无需额外的缝合或粘结处理,提高生产效率。
编织主体时,先织出内层组织,口罩主体中部的左右两侧边做开口缝合,在编织里层中部时采用引返处理对里层的左右两侧进行收省,鼻尖部位的元同组织中做开口插入固定条,口罩主体采用边缘部位采用元同组织,中间口鼻部2隆起部位采用提花组织、移圈组织相结合编织。

Claims (4)
1.一次针织成型口罩,其特征在于:包括相互连接的主体和挂耳,所述主体包括口鼻部和面颊部,所述口鼻部凸出于面颊部,口鼻部内部形成呼吸通道,所述面颊部呈弧形,所述主体的宽度从口鼻部向面颊部的末端逐渐收窄,所述主体由抗菌纱线和放湿纱线针织而成,所述挂耳由亲肤纱线针织而成,所述主体上设有过滤片开口,放湿纱线采用疏水材料制成;
所述主体为包括表层和里层的双层结构,所述表层的放湿纱线的纤维表面具有六个沟道,所述里层的放湿纱线的纤维表面具有四个沟道,所述放湿纱线的材质为添加有0.3-0.8%紫外线屏蔽剂的涤纶;
所述抗菌纱线的纤维横截面结构为异形皮芯结构,所述异形皮芯结构包括抗菌芯层和覆盖于抗菌芯层外部的异形皮层,所述抗菌芯层的材质为甲壳素重量比为0.5-1%的甲壳素和聚氨酯的混合物,所述异形皮层为截面形状为三角形、材质为聚氨酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一次针织成型口罩,其特征在于:所述主体由平针组织、变化平针组织、空气层组织、集圈组织、添纱组织、移圈组织、绗缝组织中的一种或多种针织而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一次针织成型口罩,其特征在于:所述亲肤纱线为纯纺纱或混纺纱,所述挂耳由平针组织、变化平针组织、双罗纹组织、集圈组织、空气层组织中的一种针织而成,所述挂耳在1Kg负载下的拉伸率小于等于5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一次针织成型口罩,其特征在于:所述主体的过滤片开口内装有过滤片,所述过滤片的材质为过滤纤维构成的热风无纺布,所述过滤纤维的材料为含银沸石和聚氨酯的混合物,其中含银沸石占混合物的重量比为0.6-0.8%。
