Background
At present, the anti-dazzle glass sold in the market at home and abroad is generally realized by two methods, one method is realized by coating the surface of the glass, and the other method is realized by etching the surface of the glass by acid. The coated anti-glare glass has good anti-glare effect, but has high production cost, and the coating is easy to fall off, and scratches and the like are easy to remain on the surface, thereby affecting the transparency. The general acid-etching anti-dazzle glass is characterized by that firstly, the surface of glass is frosted, then the frosted surface of glass is polished, and the defects of that the coating film is easy to fall off and the surface is easy to damage can be overcome, but said production process is relatively complex, production period is long and its finished product rate is low.
The invention develops the etching solution and the etching process thereof to realize the technical effects of simple process, short production period and high yield to meet the requirements.
