after clamping is completed, the slag pressing device 600 loosens the inner barrel 402, the traversing mechanism 8 drives the cover taking and deslagging device 100 to move to the position of the deslagging hopper 300 so as to turn over and deslagging, and in the process, the traversing mechanism 8 drives the slag pressing device 600 to move to the cleaning mechanism 9 for cleaning;
after deslagging is completed, the cover-taking deslagging device 100 covers the barrel cover 403 on the inner barrel 402, the traversing mechanism 8 drives the cover-taking deslagging device 100 to move to the first conveying line 200, and the inner barrel 402 after deslagging flows to a specified position from the first conveying line 200.
In conclusion, the cover-taking and residue-pouring mechanism can replace manual work to automatically pour the residue in the medicine barrel, so that the labor is saved, and the production efficiency is improved;
the residue pouring system is provided with the residue pressing device to realize automatic cover taking, residue pressing and residue pouring of the medicine barrel by matching with the cover taking and residue pouring mechanism, so that the utilization rate of medicinal materials is improved;
the slag pouring system is also provided with a cleaning mechanism, and the cleaning mechanism can clean the slag pressing device so as to avoid pollution.
