the worm 4e2, the worm 4e2 is rotatably arranged at the top end of the work box 2, the worm 4e2 is meshed with the worm wheel 4e1, and the worm 4e2 is used for driving the worm wheel 4e1 to rotate around the axis of the worm wheel 4e 1;
the rotary driver 4e3, rotary driver 4e3 are installed at the top end of the work box 2, the output shaft of the rotary driver 4e3 is connected with the end of the worm 4e2, and the rotary driver 4e3 is used for driving the worm 4e2 to rotate.
The rotary actuator 4e3 is a servo motor electrically connected to the controller. and the pressure pump is connected with the output end of the suction pipe 8b and is used for conveying the liquid sewage into the next filtering and purifying device through the suction pipe 8 b.
The pressure pump is electrically connected with the controller. The suction pipe 8b is of a flexible structure, and the input end of the suction pipe 8b is lifted along with the extrusion net 5, so that liquid sewage can be completely sucked out of the extrusion bin 2 b. The controller controls the operation of the suction tube 8b by means of a pressure pump, which is not shown in the figure.
As shown in fig. 9, the opening and closing control mechanism 9 includes,
the supporting frame 9a, the supporting frame 9a is installed at one end of the workbench 1;
the push plate 9b, the push plate 9b can be set up in one side of the supporting arm 9a along the horizontal direction movement and the working direction is set up towards the work box 2, the push plate 9b is fixedly connected with discharging cover plate 7, the push plate 9b is used for controlling the opening and closing of the discharging cover plate 7;
and the second linear driver 9c, the second linear driver 9c is installed on the supporting frame 9a, an output shaft of the second linear driver 9c is fixedly connected with the push plate 9b, and the second linear driver 9c is used for controlling the horizontal displacement of the push plate 9 b.
The second linear actuator 9c is an electric push rod electrically connected to the controller. The controller sends a signal to the second linear driver 9c, and the second linear driver 9c receives the signal and controls the push plate 9b to drive the discharging cover plate 7 to move in the horizontal direction, so that the bottom end of the extrusion bin 2b is controlled to be opened or closed.
As shown in fig. 9, one end of the push plate 9b facing the support frame 9a is symmetrically provided with a guide bar 9b1 which is in clearance fit with the support frame 9a in the horizontal direction, and the guide bar 9b1 is used for preventing the push plate 9b from deflecting.
Through setting up guide bar 9b1 can effectively improve the stability of push pedal 9b motion, improve the stability of ejection of compact apron 7 motion then.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the device realizes the functions of the invention through the following steps, thereby solving the technical problems provided by the invention:
step one, the worker rotatably connects the feeding end of the crushing device 4 with a sewage feeding pipeline.
And step two, after the solid-liquid mixed sewage enters the crushing device 4, the liquid sewage enters the extrusion bin 2b of the working box 2 through the filtering holes in the side wall of the filtering barrel 3. The solid waste with smaller particle size enters the extrusion bin 2b along with the liquid sewage, and the waste with large particle size or mutually bonded is left in the crushing device 4.
And step three, the controller sends a signal to the crushing device 4, and the crushing device 4 crushes the solid waste after receiving the signal, so that the solid waste becomes fine and small-particle waste and then enters the extrusion bin 2b through the filtering holes in the filtering barrel 3.
And step four, the controller sends a signal to the linear driver 6, and the linear driver 6 controls the extrusion net 5 to be pressed down after receiving the signal. The extrusion net 5 cooperates with the discharging cover plate 7 to compress the solid waste at the bottom end of the extrusion bin 2b, and sewage in the compressed solid waste flows to the upper end of the extrusion net 5 through the through holes in the extrusion net 5.
And step five, the controller sends a signal to the suction device 8, and the working end pumps the sewage at the upper end of the extrusion net 5 away after the suction device 8 receives the signal to perform the next filtering process.
Step six, after the sewage in the extrusion bin 2b is completely extracted, the controller sends a signal to the opening and closing control mechanism 9, the opening and closing control mechanism 9 receives the signal and then opens the discharging cover plate 7, and the solid waste accumulated at the bottom end of the extrusion bin 2b falls from the bottom of the extrusion bin 2b to the solid waste conveying device and is conveyed away. The controller can also control the extrusion net 5 to directly push out the solid waste material downwards through the linear driver 6, and the discharging efficiency is further improved.

the crushing device (4), the crushing device (4) is installed in the crushing bin (2 a) of the working box (2), the peripheral wall of the crushing device (4) is attached to the inner wall of the crushing bin (2 a), the axes of the peripheral wall and the inner wall of the crushing bin (2 a) are collinear, and the crushing device (4) is used for crushing solids in industrial sewage;
the device comprises an extrusion net (5), wherein the extrusion net (5) is arranged in an extrusion bin (2 b) of a working box (2) in a lifting manner, one side of the extrusion net (5) is attached to the side wall of a crushing device (4), through holes with the diameter smaller than that of solid particles in the wastewater are uniformly distributed on the extrusion net (5), and the extrusion net (5) is used for extruding the sewage crushed by the crushing device (4) so as to compress the solids to the bottom of the extrusion bin (2 b);
the linear driver (6) is installed at the top end of the working box (2), an output shaft of the linear driver (6) is fixedly connected with the top end of the extrusion net (5), the driving direction of the linear driver (6) is vertically arranged downwards, and the linear driver (6) is used for controlling the lifting of the extrusion net (5);
the discharging cover plate (7) is arranged at the bottom end of the extrusion bin (2 b) of the working box (2) in an openable and closable manner, and the discharging cover plate (7) is used for being matched with the extrusion net (5) to compress the solid waste;
the working end of the suction device (8) is fixed at the upper end of the extrusion net (5), and the suction device (8) is used for recovering the liquid wastewater penetrating through the extrusion net (5);
the opening and closing control mechanism (9), the opening and closing control mechanism (9) is installed on the workbench (1), the working end of the opening and closing control mechanism (9) is fixedly connected with one end of the discharging cover plate (7), and the opening and closing control mechanism (9) is used for controlling the opening and closing of the discharging cover plate (7).
