生物饲料是使用国家相关法规允许使用的饲料原料和添加剂,通过发酵工程、酶工程、蛋白质工程和基因工程等生物工程技术开发的饲料产品总称,包括发酵饲料、酶解饲料、菌酶协同发酵饲料和生物饲料添加剂等,生物饲料投喂前需要对两种或两种以上的生物饲料进行混合搅拌再投喂,在阴雨天气下,饲料原料容易结块,现有的搅拌装置不能对结块进行处理,导致搅拌效果不佳,影响饲料的效果,因此,针对这一现状,迫切需要提出一种对结块饲料进行处理并对混合饲料充分搅拌的生物饲料加工用处理装置,,以克服当前实际应用中的不足。

本发明旨在于在解决现有搅拌装置不能对结块的饲料进行处理,导致饲料喂养效果不佳的问题。

将两种生物饲料从进料口3倒入,并掉落在筛网一8上,电机5启动带动搅拌轴6逆时针转动,进而带动搅拌棒一17转动,进而带动搅拌叶片18运动,搅拌叶片18与筛网钢丝16接触,从而使搅拌叶片18转动,搅拌棒一17持续转动带动搅拌叶片18在筛网钢丝16的作用下持续转动,进而带动搅拌叶片18对筛网一8上的饲料进行搅拌,同时搅拌叶片18转动与筛网钢丝16配合对饲料结块进行搅绞碎,进而初步对饲料结块进行绞碎处理,同时搅拌叶片18转动对筛网孔进行清理,防止了筛网一8的堵塞,搅拌叶片18与筛网钢丝16接触,带动时滑块一21上的凸块四22与筛网钢丝16接触,搅拌叶片18转动带动凸块四22在筛网钢丝16上滑动,进而带动筛网钢丝16挤压凸块四22在空腔一20内滑动,在复位弹簧作用下滑块一21复位,通过筛网钢丝16带动滑块一21抖动,进而使得滑块一21弧形内侧上残留的饲料更好的掉落,搅拌棒一17转动带动凸块三19转动,进而带动凸块三19与凸块二15接触将凸块二15向下挤压,进而带动支撑架11向下移动,进而带动筛网二10向下移动,凸块三19继续转动与凸块二15脱离,在弹簧一13的作用下支撑架11复位,进而带动筛网二10复位,通过凸块三19与凸块二15的接触带动筛网二10的上下筛动,进而使得筛网二10上的饲料更容易被筛选掉落,搅拌轴6转动带动搅拌棒二23逆时针转动,进而带动弧板24转动,弧板24转动将筛网二上的饲料进行收拢到压辊26处,进而压辊26对筛网二10上未被筛落的饲料结块进一步地碾压处理,从而使得饲料结块被碾碎后筛分出筛网二10,清理刷30对筛网孔进行处理使其不易堵塞,压辊26转动带动凸块五27转动,进而带动滑块二28移动,在弹簧二29作用下使得滑块二28左右反复移动,进而带动清理刷30转动时自身反复刷动,进而使得对筛网二10的清理效果更佳,同时滑块二28左端与凸块五27接触将压辊26上的饲料清理干净,进而使得压辊26碾碎效果持续保持良好,饲料落入主体1底部在搅拌棒三14的作用下进一步搅拌,最后将出料口4打开,混合后的饲料从出料口4落下。
Claims (6)
1.一种生物饲料加工用处理装置,包括主体(1)、支架(2)、进料口(3)和出料口(4),其特征在于:所述主体(1)下端固定安装有支架(2),所述主体(1)上端右侧固定安装有进料口(3),所述主体(1)下端中央固定安装有出料口(4),所述主体(1)上方中心固定按安装有电机(5),所述电机(5)输出轴固定连接有搅拌轴(6),所述主体(1)内壁上固定安装有筛网一(8),所述筛网一(8)与主体(1)内壁相贴合,所述主体(1)内壁上固定安装有凸块一(12),所述凸块一(12)为圆环状,且凸块一(12)上端呈圆周分布固定连接有若干弹簧一(13),所述弹簧一(13)上端固定连接有支撑架(11),所述支撑架(11)为圆筒形,且支撑架(11)滑动连接在主体(1)内壁上,所述搅拌轴(6)上呈圆周分布固定安装有若干预处理机构(7),所述预处理机构(7)位于筛网一(8)上方,所述支撑架(11)下方固定安装有筛网二(10),所述搅拌轴(6)上固定安装有精处理机构(9),所述精处理机构(9)位于筛网二(10)上方,所述搅拌轴(6)贯穿筛网一(8)和筛网二(10),且搅拌轴(6)与筛网一(8)和筛网二(10)接触面紧密贴合,所述搅拌轴(6)下方固定安装有若干搅拌棒三(14)。
2.根据权利要求1的一种生物饲料加工用处理装置,其特征在于:所述预处理机构(7)包括搅拌棒一(17),所述搅拌轴(6)上固定安装有搅拌棒一(17),所述搅拌棒一(17)上转动连接有若干搅拌叶片(18),所述搅拌叶片(18)设有三片叶片,所述筛网一(8)上固定连接有筛网钢丝(16),所述筛网钢丝(16)将筛网一(8)分成呈圆周均匀分布的筛网孔,且筛网孔为扇面梯形状,所述搅拌叶片(18)截面为圆弧形,且穿插在筛网孔内,所述搅拌叶片(18)弧形外侧与筛网钢丝(16)相接。
3.根据权利要求2的一种生物饲料加工用处理装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌叶片(18)所有叶片内均设有空腔一(20),所述空腔一(20)上滑动连接有滑块一(21),所述滑块一(21)上固定连接有复位弹簧,且复位弹簧另一侧固定连接在空腔一(20)壁上,所述滑块一(21)与搅拌叶片(18)形状相同,所述滑块一(21)弧形外侧设有若干弧形凸块四(22),所述凸块四(22)与筛网钢丝(16)相接。
4.根据权利要求1或2任意一项的一种生物饲料加工用处理装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌棒一(17)外端固定连接有凸块三(19),所述凸块三(19)下端为右端向上倾斜,所述支撑架(11)上呈圆周均匀分布固定安装有凸块二(15),所述筛网一(8)边缘对应处设有若干通孔,所述凸块二(15)插入通孔内与之相贴合,所述凸块二(15)上端为右端向上倾斜,所述凸块二(15)上端斜面与凸块三(19)下端斜面相接。
5.根据权利要求1的一种生物饲料加工用处理装置,其特征在于:所述精处理机构(9)包括搅拌棒二(23),所述搅拌轴(6)上固定安装有搅拌棒二(23),所述搅拌棒二(23)上转动连接有弧板(24),所述弧板(24)通过扭簧与搅拌棒二(23)转动连接,所述弧板(24)下方内部设有空腔二(25),所述空腔二(25)内壁上转动连接有压辊(26),所述弧板(24)下端活动连接有清理刷(30)。
6.根据权利要求5的一种生物饲料加工用处理装置,其特征在于:所述压辊(26)上呈圆周分布设有若干凸块五(27),所述空腔二(25)右端滑动连接有滑块二(28),所述滑块二(28)下端固定安装有清理刷(30),所述滑块二(28)右端固定连接有弹簧二(29),所述弹簧二(29)右端固定连接在空腔二(25)内壁上,所述滑块二(28)左端与凸块五(27)相接。
