It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are intended to be illustrative only and are not intended to be limiting. It will be apparent to one skilled in the art that the present application may be practiced without some of these specific details. The following description of the embodiments is merely intended to provide a better understanding of the present application by illustrating examples thereof.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of this application and in the drawings described above are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the application described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. Rather, they are merely examples consistent with certain aspects of the present application, as detailed in the appended claims.
Based on the background technology, the service response method in the prior art has poor effect and low user satisfaction.
Specifically, with the popularization of smart phones and the development of mobile internet, more and more content platforms are in contact with users, and not only the content is consumed, but also the content is produced as an author. For example, when a user issues information, the system stores fields such as a device model used by the user, an IP address, issuing time, latitude and longitude information of the user when issuing the information in a database, in addition to text content to be issued. When other users open the client (web page or APP), refresh the page, the system will present the existing content in a specific order. At present, the following display modes are mainly available:
1. displaying according to the release time of the information: when a page is refreshed, the system firstly obtains the time stamp of each piece of information in original data at a server side, calculates the difference value between the time stamp and the current time stamp, arranges an original data set according to the difference value from small to large, and responds to the client side for displaying. The user can see the newly published content on the home page.
2. Displaying according to the geographic position of the information: nearby content is displayed by distance. When a page is refreshed, the system firstly acquires longitude and latitude coordinates of the current location through the mobile terminal equipment, the client initiates a request to the server by taking the coordinates as parameters, the server acquires the longitude and latitude coordinates of each piece of information in the original data, calculates the distance between the server and the current coordinates, arranges the original data set according to the distance value from small to large, and responds to the client for displaying. The user can see the content closest to the current position of the user on the home page.
3. And combining the geographic position and the time, weighting, and issuing the service request information with the shortest priority response distance and the shortest issuing time.
For the existing three schemes, no matter the priority time, the location or the two weighted responses, the hierarchical equity service to the location customer cannot be realized, for example, during the 5G customer promotion experience, in a certain exhibition hall arrangement area in a downtown area, the priority access of the 5G customer needs to be realized, and the downlink rate is 2 times of the 5G conventional rate, the above methods cannot realize precise control.
Based on the above findings, embodiments of the present application provide a service response method, apparatus, device, and storage medium, which increase service area priority weighting on the basis of time + position priority processing of an existing service response, and provide a sequencing method for service response that is more accurate and effectively improves customer perception.
The service response method provided by the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a service response method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the method may include steps S110 to S140.
Step S110, a first service request from a terminal is obtained, where the first service request carries the location information of the terminal and the service identifier of the first service.
The terminal is a device that can access an operator network, and specifically may be a mobile phone, an intelligent tablet, or the like.
The method comprises the steps of first service request, wherein the service in the service request can be network service or communication service.
The terminal sends the first service request through the base station accessed by the terminal, and the system can obtain the first service request sent by the terminal base station through the base station where the system is located. The first service request may carry information of a base station to which the terminal accesses and a service identifier corresponding to a service requested by the terminal.
Step S120, based on the position information, determining a first base station accessed by the terminal.
The first base station, the base station to which the terminal accesses when sending the service request in the foregoing.
The system determines the first base station according to the acquired position information carried by the first service request.
Step S130, based on the first service identifier, determining a first target base station set associated with the first service through a preset association relation between the service and the base station, wherein the base station in the first target base station set is a preferential response base station of the first service.
And the first target base station set comprises a plurality of base stations, wherein each base station is a priority response base station of the first service.
The priority response base station of the first service can respond to the first service preferentially when processing a plurality of service requests. For example, the request queue of the base station includes a video service, a navigation service, and a shopping service, where the navigation service is a first service, and then the base station that responds to the first service preferentially processes the navigation service, and processes the video service and the shopping service based on the existing method after the processing is completed.
The system queries and obtains a first target base station set in the association relation table of the service and the base station through the first service identifier. The association relation table of the services and the base stations can be constructed in advance according to each service and the corresponding priority response base station.
Step S140, responding to the first service request of the terminal when the first base station belongs to the first target base station set.
The system determines whether the first base station determined in the foregoing description belongs to the first target base station set, and if the first base station belongs to the first target base station set, it determines that the first base station is a preferential response base station of the first service request, and then it is required to respond to the first service request of the terminal preferentially.
As an example, in the case that the first base station does not belong to the first target base station set, it is determined that the first base station is not a priority response base station of the first service request, and then the service request is responded based on the original method. That is, the service response method may further include steps S150 to S160, where steps S150 to S160 are parallel to step S140, and the execution sequence of steps S150 to S160 has no precedence relationship with step S140.
Step S150, in case that the first base station does not belong to the first target base station set, determining a response sequence of the first service request of the terminal in the service request queue of the first base station based on the time information and the location information.
The first service request also carries time information sent by the first service request.
The system may perform weighting according to the time information sent by the first service request and the location information of the terminal sending the first service request to obtain a response sequence of the first service request in the first base station when determining that the first base station does not belong to the first target base station set.
Step S160, responding to the plurality of service requests in the service request queue of the first base station based on the response sequence.
And sequentially responding to the plurality of service requests in the service request queue of the first base station according to the response sequence.
The service response method provided by the embodiment of the application determines a first base station accessed by a terminal based on the position information; determining a first target base station set associated with a first service through a preset association relation between the service and the base station based on the first service identifier; and responding to the first service request of the terminal under the condition that the first base station belongs to the first target base station set. In a specific area, the traditional method for realizing the prior response to the signing service user by utilizing the position information and the time information realizes the rights and interests grading perception to special customers, so that the service response is more accurate and the customer perception is effectively improved.
In some embodiments, determining the first target base station set associated with the first service through a preset association relationship between the service and the base station based on the first service identifier may further include a process of constructing an association relationship between the service and the base station. Based on this, the service response method may further include steps S170-S180.
Step S170, determining a second target base station set corresponding to each service based on the service area of each service in the multiple services, where the second target base station is a service priority response base station.
Step S180, associating each service in the plurality of services with the corresponding second target base station set to obtain the association relation between the service and the base station.
To facilitate understanding of the above steps S170-S180, two specific examples are explained below.
As an example, each base station in the second set of target base stations is within a service area location range of the service.
For example, during the 5G client promotion experience, in a certain exhibition hall arrangement area in the downtown area, the preferential access of the 5G client needs to be realized. At this time, the available base stations nearby the exhibition hall can be searched according to the position of the exhibition hall, and then the searched base stations are determined as the preferential response base stations of the 5G service.
In the above case, the first service is 5G service, the service area of the 5G service is the exhibition hall and its vicinity, and the second target base station set is the base stations in the vicinity of the exhibition hall. The above steps S170-S180 are to associate the 5G service with the base station near the exhibition hall. Based on this, the foregoing steps S110 to S140 can achieve preferential access when the terminal in the exhibition hall uses the 5G service, and can facilitate service personnel to promote the 5G service.
As another example, the area characteristic id of each base station in the second target base station set of the service is one of at least one area characteristic id associated with the service.
Based on the area feature identifier and the steps S110 to S180, the precise grid service promotion service can be realized.
The merchant and the operator cooperate to realize accurate business marketing and releasing of active clients in the region by using the method, for example, the operator can utilize the remaining time of the clients in the region. According to the position and time parameters, proper services are promoted by combining with regional characteristic marks (hot business circles, agricultural and sideline markets, villages and towns, campuses and the like), for example, a certain hot pot shop is newly opened, and the advertisement is put in the business region where the hot pot shop is located by cooperation with an operator.
The service response method provided by the embodiment of the application increases the service area priority weighting on the basis of the time + position priority processing of the current service response, and provides a sequencing method for more accurately and effectively improving the customer perception for the service response; the equity classification of the client is realized according to the position information, and the differentiated service value is favorably provided; the Internet service and the operator basic communication technology are fused, the service is provided according to the emergency degree of the user, and the experience is improved; regional hierarchical marketing is carried out according to position information and time, and gridding accurate popularization is achieved; the base station technology is used for matching the user position, positioning track information provided for a service provider by user terminal equipment is replaced, and user privacy is effectively protected.
In some embodiments, in response to the first service request of the terminal when the first base station belongs to the first target base station set, step S140 in the foregoing embodiments may specifically include steps S141 to S142.
Step S141, determining the ordering of the first service in the service request queue of the first base station based on the service identifier and the preset service priority table.
Step S142, responding to the first service request of the terminal when the first base station belongs to the target base station set and the sequence of the first service in the service request queue of the first base station is a preset sequence.
In order to facilitate understanding of the effect of the above steps S141-S142 in practical application, a specific example is described below, in which the service priority table is constructed based on the requirement of each of the plurality of services for the response speed.
Aiming at the service types actively initiated by users, setting priorities for different services in advance according to the service types to construct a service priority table.
In the priority table, each service may be specifically ordered to obtain its corresponding order, or the services may be ranked, and the corresponding priorities of the services at the same level are the same. When the service with the same priority is executed in detail, the response sequence of the service can be determined again based on the weighting of the position and the time. The following is an exemplary description of the ranking of traffic.
The service is divided into three levels, high priority, medium priority and low priority. The high priority can comprise navigation, instant messaging, video conference and payment, and services with high requirement on response speed; the medium priority can comprise a takeaway class, a shopping class and a priority class; the low priority may include entertainment services such as online video, short video, news information, etc., with a relatively low priority.
According to the service response method provided by the embodiment of the application, when a large number of users in one area initiate requests simultaneously and the base station load is relatively large, the response sequence is selected according to the service priority which is automatically identified, and the user experience is improved. When the base station processing capability is sufficient, the responses are made in the normal request initiation order.
Generally, a certain service will focus on a service part area, and the same area may have superposition of a plurality of different services.
In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solutions in the present application, a complete process from establishment to application of the response method for a service is described below with an example, please refer to fig. 2.
Firstly, binding service (interest) and area, determining high priority service area, associating with base station, and establishing identification in IT system. Namely, the step of pre-constructing the association relationship between the service and the base station in the above embodiment.
And according to the minimum longitude value, the maximum longitude value, the minimum latitude value and the maximum latitude value, a service area is defined in advance. The related base stations can be quickly inquired by using the inquiry statement in the parameter table of the existing network excellent base station. If an irregular area is encountered, manual identification is needed.
Then, according to the customer access information, judging whether the access base station is in the service (interest) preset area, if not, carrying out conventional service response processing according to the general customer treatment.
And finally, if the service request is in a service (interest) preset area, judging whether the current service request of the user is a service with area priority, if so, performing sequencing response processing according to the traditional time + position weighting.
If the request is a regional priority service request, the system prioritizes and responds the current response of the client, provides graded convenient service and improves client perception.
