A computer storage medium 504 may be stored in the memory of the electronic device, the computer storage medium 504 being used for storing a computer program comprising program instructions, and the processor 501 being used for executing the program instructions stored by the computer storage medium 504. The processor 501 (or CPU) is a computing core and a control core of the electronic device, and is adapted to implement one or more instructions, and in particular, is adapted to load and execute the one or more instructions so as to implement a corresponding method flow or a corresponding function; in one embodiment, the processor 501 described above in the embodiments of the present application may be configured to perform a series of processes, including any steps of the method in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and the like.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a computer storage medium (Memory), which is a Memory device in an electronic device and is used to store programs and data. It is understood that the computer storage medium herein may include both a built-in storage medium in the electronic device and, of course, an extended storage medium supported by the electronic device. Computer storage media provide storage space that stores an operating system for an electronic device. Also stored in this memory space are one or more instructions, which may be one or more computer programs (including program code), suitable for loading and execution by processor 501. The computer storage medium may be a high-speed RAM memory, or may be a non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory; and optionally at least one computer storage medium located remotely from the processor.
In one embodiment, one or more instructions stored in a computer storage medium may be loaded and executed by processor 501 to perform the corresponding steps in the above embodiments; in particular implementations, one or more instructions in the computer storage medium may be loaded by processor 501 and executed to perform any step of the method in fig. 1, which is not described herein again.
It should be noted that the electronic accounting voucher processing method, apparatus, electronic device and medium described above belong to a general inventive concept, and the contents in the embodiments of the electronic accounting voucher processing method, apparatus, electronic device and medium may be mutually applicable.
It can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described apparatuses and modules may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the division of the module is only one logical division, and other divisions may be possible in actual implementation, for example, a plurality of modules or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not performed. The shown or discussed mutual coupling, direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection of devices or modules through some interfaces, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
Modules described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as modules may or may not be physical modules, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network modules. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment.
In the above embodiments, the implementation may be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware, firmware, or any combination thereof. When implemented in software, may be implemented in whole or in part in the form of a computer program product. The computer program product includes one or more computer instructions. The procedures or functions according to the embodiments of the present application are wholly or partially generated when the computer program instructions are loaded and executed on a computer. The computer-readable storage medium can be any available medium that can be accessed by a computer or a data storage device, such as a server, a data center, etc., that includes one or more of the available media. The usable medium may be a read-only memory (ROM), or a Random Access Memory (RAM), or a magnetic medium, such as a floppy disk, a hard disk, a magnetic tape, a magnetic disk, or an optical medium, such as a Digital Versatile Disk (DVD), or a semiconductor medium, such as a Solid State Disk (SSD).

Claims (10)

1. An electronic accounting voucher processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a bill image to be processed and a bill abstract of the bill image to be processed;
carrying out optical character recognition on the bill image to be processed to obtain bill information, and storing the bill image to be processed, the bill abstract and the bill information in a database;
acquiring a generated target accounting voucher, matching the target accounting voucher with each bill information in the database, and determining target bill information matched with the target accounting voucher;
and acquiring a target bill image corresponding to the target bill information, and binding and storing the target accounting voucher and the target bill image.
2. The electronic accounting voucher processing method of claim 1, wherein the ticket information comprises a ticket amount; the matching the target accounting voucher with each bill information in the database and determining the target bill information matched with the target accounting voucher comprise:
obtaining the voucher amount of the target accounting voucher;
and comparing the bill sum of each bill information with the voucher sum to determine the target bill information, wherein the bill sum of the target bill information is the same as the voucher sum of the target accounting voucher.
3. The method for processing the electronic accounting voucher according to claim 2, wherein the step of comparing the voucher amount of each voucher information with the voucher amount to determine the target voucher information comprises the steps of:
comparing the bill sum of each bill information with the voucher sum to obtain first bill information with the bill sum identical to the voucher sum;
and under the condition that the first bill information comprises at least two bill information, comparing the bill abstract of the first bill information with the voucher abstract of the target accounting voucher, and determining that the bill information matched with the bill abstract and the voucher abstract is the target bill information.
4. The electronic billing voucher processing method of claim 2, wherein the target billing voucher comprises a plurality of types of accounting, wherein each type of accounting corresponds to one of the voucher amounts;
comparing the bill amount of each bill information with the voucher amount to determine the target bill information, including:
comparing the bill amount of each bill information with the voucher amount corresponding to each type of accounting subject, and determining target bill information corresponding to each type of accounting subject;
the binding and storing the target accounting voucher and the target bill image comprises:
determining a bill sequence according to the arrangement sequence of the accounting departments of the multiple types in the target accounting voucher, wherein the bill sequence is the arrangement sequence of the target bill image corresponding to the target accounting voucher;
and binding and storing the target accounting voucher and the target bill image, and storing the arrangement sequence of the target bill image corresponding to the target accounting voucher.
5. The method of processing an electronic billing voucher according to claim 4, wherein after the binding storing the target billing voucher with the target ticket image and storing the arrangement order of the target ticket image corresponding to the target billing voucher, the method further comprises:
generating a bookkeeping book according to a plurality of bookkeeping vouchers and a plurality of bill images which are stored in a binding mode, wherein the bookkeeping book comprises one or a plurality of bookkeeping voucher pages which are sorted according to a bookkeeping time sequence, and each bookkeeping voucher page is followed by a bill image page which is sorted according to the bill sequence.
6. The electronic accounting voucher processing method of any one of claims 1-5, wherein storing the ticket image to be processed, the ticket digest and the ticket information in a database comprises:
storing the bill image to be processed, the bill abstract, the company name corresponding to the bill information and the bill image to be processed, the customer number and the time information in the database in an associated manner;
the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring a bill image query request from a front end, wherein the bill image query request comprises a query company name, a query client number and/or query time information;
and inquiring the corresponding bill image in the database according to the name of the inquiring company, the number of the inquiring client and/or the inquiring time information, generating a bill image inquiring result and returning the bill image inquiring result to the front end.
7. The method of electronic billing credential processing according to claim 1 wherein the obtaining the generated target billing credential comprises:
acquiring the target accounting voucher generated by a robot process automation module; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
acquiring the target accounting voucher which is manually input and stored; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and acquiring the electronic target accounting voucher generated by scanning the paper voucher.
8. An electronic accounting voucher processing apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a bill image to be processed and a bill abstract of the bill image to be processed;
the recognition processing module is used for carrying out optical character recognition on the bill image to be processed to obtain bill information;
the storage module is used for storing the bill image to be processed, the bill abstract and the bill information in a database;
the acquisition module is further used for acquiring the generated target accounting voucher;
the identification processing module is further used for matching the target accounting voucher with each bill information in the database and determining target bill information matched with the target accounting voucher;
the storage module is further used for acquiring a target bill image corresponding to the target bill information and binding and storing the target accounting voucher and the target bill image.
9. An electronic device, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the electronic accounting voucher processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to carry out the steps of the electronic accounting voucher processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
